Defying the jackbooted thugs permeating pop culture, singer and song writer Joy Villa grabbed attention tonight at the Grammy’s red carpet event with a gown that declares “Make America Great Again.”

The back of the red, white and blue dress had “TRUMP” bedazzled on the train.

Continuing with the absurd politics of a Mexican Presidents’ desperation to keep Mexicans from returning to Mexico:
… President Enrique Peña Nieto recently budgeted about $50 million to the country’s 50 consulates to help pay the costs of defending migrants who are in the U.S. illegally and facing deportation. –LINK–

A bizarre, albeit understandable policy, given the dependency on the Mexican economy created by $25 billion in remittances sent home from Mexican nationals illegally living/working in the U.S.

Nigel Farage appeared on Fox News Weekend to share his perspectives on the current state of U.S. politics, the Mostly Swamp Media’s (MSM) Trump derangement syndrome, and the newly labeled antagonism surrounding Trump’s “travel ban”:

A person of twitterable consequence known as Steve Kirby happened upon rediscovery of a CNN segment from election night coverage.
Kirby notices something in the Freudian verbiage of Jake Tapper that, in hindsight, appears rather predictive of current narratives; namely, Tapper’s use of “we need”. WATCH:
I was rewatching election coverage and noticed that Jake Tapper let his mask slip. Twice. “We need…” #democratwithabyline pic.twitter.com/HFLU5t7vcb

Linguistic swordsman Stephen Miller heads into the swamp to battle the swamp creatures and brilliantly beheads the three-headed Cerberus guarding the gate.
Unbeknownst to the swamp creatures Miller was carrying the blade of Honjo Masamune. According to legend, when Japan surrendered to the Allies at the end of World War II, Honjo Masamune belonged to Tokugawa Iemasu, President of the House of Peers….
After forfeiture the legendary blade seemingly disappeared forever, until it resurfaced this morning wielded by young master Miller.
The first strike hit George Stephanopoulos of ABC This Week whose poison tongue and head dropped harmlessly amid the weeds:
.
Master Miller spun quickly to face left-wing MSNBC Democrat Chuck Todd who hissed briefly as the angular down strike deconstructed his argument mid ‘splodey. The crowd stood jaw-agape… as the verbose Todd creature’s teeth continued gnashing for several seconds until he realized simultaneous breathing while decapitated was no longer an option.

President Donald Trump and Japanese Prime Minister Shinzo Abe delivered an abrupt joint statement Saturday night, addressing reports that North Korea test fired a ballistic missile into its eastern sea.
“I just want everybody to understand and fully know that the United States of America stands behind Japan, its great ally, 100%.”
~President Donald Trump
Trump and Abe made their remarks from Mar-a-Lago, Trump’s estate in Palm Beach, Florida, and did not take questions from reporters. (more…)
During the last of the DNC regional forum’s today in Baltimore Maryland, leading candidate Keith Ellison outlines why every non-Democrat should hope he wins the chairmanship.
Ellison’s expressed approach is that Supreme Court Nominee Neil Gorsuch should be filibustered by all Senate Democrats. This is Keith Ellison’s strategy:

BALTIMORE – […] Ellison said Democrats should filibuster Gorsuch’s confirmation after Republicans refused to consider Merrick Garland, President Barack Obama‘s nominee for the seat.
“We have to oppose Gorsuch at every millimeter, and the reason why is Republicans stole a Democratic seat,” he said. “We cannot capitulate to that kind of bullying. They’re the ones who broke the rules.” (more)
This short-sighted, inside the bubble and disconnected approach plays brilliantly into the hands of team Trump. This approach is exactly what will trigger the nuclear option as we have described previously.

There is something uniquely bizarre about the President of a country fighting to provide a better life for the citizens of his country by keeping them out of his country.
Yet that’s exactly what Mexican President Peña Nieto did yesterday, when the government of Mexico announced they would be attempting to keep their own citizens out of Mexico in order to provide them a better life in the U.S.

(Via CNN) […] Earlier Friday, Mexico warned its citizensliving in the United States to “take precautions” and remain in contact with consular officials, following the deportation of an undocumented mother while she was on a routine check-in with US immigration authorities.
There are two ways you can tell when moonbats are losing, one is subtle the other is obvious. A subtle indicator is how the entire MSM apparatus switched (literally overnight on Thursday) from calling President Trump’s executive order a “Muslim ban” to calling it a “Travel Ban”.

The more transparently obvious indicator is when someone like swamp defender Jeffrey Toobin tells his fellow travelers: ‘not so fast on that celebration there folks‘.
[…] The botched launch of the order, as well as the President’s crude attempts to disparage the judges who evaluated it, certainly poisoned the atmosphere in which the case was heard. But it’s clear that the Justice Department will keep pressing the defense of the executive order, and the plaintiffs’ celebrations, while understandable, may turn out to be premature. –link–
The best hope for the moonbat’s position against Trump -in final disposition- was expedited travel to the U.S. Supreme Court while there’s still a 4-4 split.
As we pointed out yesterday, the ninth circuit victory to the plaintiff’s side of the argument puts the leverage of requesting a SCOTUS review in the hands of the Trump administration – and they are in no hurry to get there just yet.

Canadian Prime Minister Justin Trudeau is scheduled to visit President Donald Trump at the White House on Monday.

[…] This will be the first face-to-face encounter between the two leaders with radically different approaches to trade, immigration and international relations, although they have had two telephone conversations since Mr. Trump became President.
Global tender sensibility safe-space liberals are urging Bambi, the leader of ‘the resistance‘ or something, to confront the horrible Trump: (more…)
