LATEST –  Adam Schiff downplays intelligence reports, and falls back on same strategy deployed in Part 3.

Ranking Intel Member Adam Schiff releases a statement that is fraught with parseltongue and obfuscation in the hopes that average voters/Americans don’t know the difference between executive level intelligence (highest security level), used by President and only available to Oversight Gang-of-Eight, and committee level intelligence (lower security threshold) which can be reviewed by the entire House Intelligence Committee.

Even a public official openly discussing the various levels of “compartmented” intelligence and various differences within the authorized use of SCIF facilities, is itself a violation of classified intelligence rules.  This makes it easy for deceivers to manipulate their words knowing they cannot be publicly challenged.

Holy Cats !!  No-one is watching this intensely important stuff. It’s all happening right in front of media, yet seemingly it’s under their radar. Previously it was reported that President Abdel Fattah al-Sisi of Egypt is coming to the White House on Monday April 3rd.

President al-Sisi’s Monday visit is a huge deal all by itself (more on that later).  However, additionally today the White House announces Sisi’s ideological and regional BFF, Jordan’s King Abdullah III, is arriving on Wednesday.  No coincidences there.

[White House] President Donald J. Trump looks forward to welcoming King Abdullah II of Jordan to the White House on April 5.  President Trump and King Abdullah will exchange views on a range of shared interests in the Middle East, including how the United States and Jordan can best defeat ISIS, end the conflict in Syria, and advance peace between Israelis and Palestinians.  The two leaders will also discuss how to further strengthen cooperation between the United States and Jordan and promote peace and prosperity in the Middle East.

President Trump met earlier today with the National Association of Manufacturers to discuss a survey of 14,000 manufacturer members which reflects intense optimism and a stunning 93% positive outlook for growth.

The Manufacturing Association has been conducting the business review for twenty years and this is the highest ever recorded level of optimism for manufacturing jobs in two decades.  [Keep a close eye on wage rates, they are about to jump – Bigly.. /SD]

SIP SLOWLY – We’ve been waiting patiently to see how the media would obfuscate the Evelyn Farkas accidental revelations about Obama administration current and former officials trying to leak intelligence information. An NBC report provides the answer:

(Via NBC) Obama administration officials were so concerned about what would happen to key classified documents related to the Russia probe once President Trump took office that they created a list of document serial numbers to give to senior members of the Senate Intelligence Committee, a former Obama official told NBC News.

The official said that after the list of documents related to the probe into Russian interference in the U.S. election was created in early January, he hand-carried it to the committee members. The numbers themselves were not classified, said the official.

The purpose, said the official, was to make it “harder to bury” the information, “to share it with those on the Hill who could lawfully see the documents,” and to make sure it could reside in an Intelligence committee safe, “not just at Langley [CIA hq].” (link)

There you see the deflection and cover story angle for the media. The reports themselves were classified intelligence; however, the numbers identifying the classified documents themselves were “not classified”. This provides the cover for all the Farkas-minded parties involved to say they were not actually spreading classified intelligence, they were just spreading the numerical identity of classified intelligence documents.

If you’ve been following along you’ll note ranking member of the intelligence committee  Adam Schiff (pictured above) didn’t want to see the ‘Gang-of-Eight’ level intelligence previously reviewed by Intel Chairman Devin Nunes.

However, as a result of President Trump publicly sending a letter to Adam Schiff and Senator Mark Warner, ranking member Schiff no longer has an option to keep looking away.  If he refused to look at the surveillance intelligence Schiff would be exposing his political motivations – an entrenched ideology attempting to protect President Obama.

Trump smartly positions Schiff where his only play is to accept the invitation from the White House.   Thus the press conference below and his answers to the questions.  You only need to watch the first 10:00 minutes to get a sense of Shiff’s understanding of where he is:

However, that said, the moment at 08:08 is very revealing in that Adam Schiff states he wants to conduct an additional intelligence hearing with three specific people:  Former CIA Director John Brennan, former DNI James Clapper, and former interim Asst. Attorney General Sally Yates. (more…)

Mrs. Evelyn Farkas appeared on a Boston am news broadcast to explain her previous March 2nd comments about leaking intelligence information, gathered by the Obama administration, to “people on the Hill”.

Today’s attempt to obfuscate her prior revealing commentary is demonstrably false against the actual words she used in her prior statements.  Here’s her attempt at deflection along with the prior transcript of her words on MSNBC:

When you review her actual statements to MSNBC you can see how weak her current denials are:

“I was urging my former colleagues, and, and frankly speaking the people on the Hill [Democrat politicians], it was more actually aimed at telling the Hill people, get as much information as you can – get as much intelligence as you can – before President Obama leaves the administration.”

“Because I had a fear that somehow that information would disappear with the senior [Obama] people who left; so it would be hidden away in the bureaucracy, um, that the Trump folks – if they found out HOW we knew what we knew about their, the Trump staff, dealing with Russians – that they would try to compromise those sources and methods; meaning we no longer have access to that intelligence.”

“So I became very worried because not enough was coming out into the open and I knew that there was more. We have very good intelligence on Russia; so then I had talked to some of my former colleagues and I knew that they were also trying to help get information to [Democrat politicians].  That’s why you had the leaking.”

[TRANSCRIPT]  Rush Limbaugh: “I sat on this story for two days … I mean, it is blockbuster. We’ll get on that. I sat on this for two days … You know, this is a powder keg of a story … so I held off and held off until I could get confirmation of it from somewhere else … and so it’s percolated and it’s broken out there, it’s now everywhere. So we’ll get into it in great detail here …

Evelyn Farkas. As I say, I sat on that a couple days ’cause I didn’t quite trust the original source … Until I’ve weighed in on it, you don’t really know what it means”…

[Transcript Cont.] Let’s move on here to Evelyn Farkas, a former Obama administration official. She has let the cat out of the bag. And if anybody needs to be called to testify, it’s Evelyn Farkas. In case you haven’t heard by now, Ms. Evelyn Farkas — you gotta be real careful on radio pronouncing that name, and I’m just exercising extreme caution here. Evelyn Farkas is an Obama Pentagon Russian expert who told Mika Brzezinski on PMSNBC a couple of days ago that the Regime, the Obama Regime was indeed collecting intelligence on the Trump campaign!

In the White House letter today from Chief-Counsel Don McGahn to Democrat Intelligence Committee Ranking Member Adam Schiff, attorney McGahn queries the discovery and admissions of former Deputy Asst. Secretary of Defense Evelyn Farkas during her March 2nd MSNBC interview.

Remember, the letter to Adam Schiff and Senator Mark Warner was delivered at the exact moment Sean Spicer was giving his press conference:

After removing Katie Walsh from the White House staff, President Trump now moves to confront the #NeverTrump coalition in congress, Hillary’s Favorite Caucus, head on.

More than half of the remaining members of the House Freedom Caucus are still #NeverTrump, entrenched and intransigent Pro-Ted Cruz ideologues.  They oppose Trump and have never moved beyond losing in the primary.  They are still fighting the 2016 primary race they lost.

It appears President Trump has had enough of their ideological gridlock.
