Forward this video to 6:30 to really get the flavor of judicial bias which is NEEDED in order to accomplish a goal driven by outside the FLORIDA court influences.

The argument, not by the State, but by Judge Nelson herself, regarding authentication, is so weak and insufferably devoid of legal analysis it is absurd on its face. Then again this is the same judge who said a few days ago, flippantly in open court, that evidence should be “shredded” (Dr. Bao notes).

Essentially she’s arguing that the phone records (texts and pics) cannot be authenticated to have originated by Trayvon Martin (despite two security codes) because anyone could have sent them. Whiskey*Tango*Foxtrot !! How can an email be used in a sex offender case? How can phone records be used in RICO cases? How can GPS evidence be used in Insurance Cases? Think about it.

You can’t argue that evidence cannot be admitted because someone else might have made the phone call; Someone else might have sent the email; Someone else accessed the website; Someone else might have driven the car etc.

Not to exclude evidence.

Sure it can be argued by the other side, as a counter point to the jury, but it can’t be a reasonable consideration for exclusion.

I’m evaluating how much we can reasonably share and cite without compromising people and structures which could be placed at risk.

The soft bigotry of low expectations

The local Florida Police Departments are politely asking citizens near to the George Zimmerman trial not to break out in riots, attacks, violence or general mayhem.   Apparently the focus of their polite appeal is toward ‘black youth’ within the same communities – such is the target audience as noted by the video participants. 
Youth are being asked, politely, by local law enforcement, not to kill people and to keep their violent proclivities under control.  Kindly requested if at all possible do not raise their fists.  
Protecting and Serving.   How magnanimous of our new national normal.
(Via Breitbart.Com )On Monday, the Broward County Sheriff’s Office released a video calling on the public not to riot in the wake of the George Zimmerman verdict, expected this week or next in Florida. The Sheriff’s Office released a statement explaining that it was “working closely with the Sanford Police Department and other local law enforcement agencies” to coordinate “a response plan in anticipation of the verdict.”

Sheriff Scott Israel said, “We don’t have information about a specific event that might take place at the conclusion of the trial, but we encourage everyone to keep any protests peaceful.” (more…)

Today, July 9th, is DAY #21 (of 5th week) State of Florida V. George Zimmerman case.
Yesterday was the first full day of defense witnesses. Perhaps the most significant of the first set were the two police officers who stated Tracy Martin, Trayvon’s father, said on 2/28/12 the cries for help on the 911 calls were NOT Trayvon. Later in the day Tracy Martin took the stand and essentially said the two detectives were lying. A great analysis of the events from yesterday is available HERE.
What additionally strikes as important to us is the first signs of desperation from the original nucleus of the Scheme Team construct, Benjamin Crump and Daryl Parks – attorneys for the Martin family. Parks appeared on Piers Morgan show last night and the video should be watched by anyone who knows how the scheme was constructed. (more…)

The week before she had to give Benghazi testimony before congress she hits her head and has a concussion with a blood clot. Then last Thanksgiving when a fire broke out above Hillary’s office on the long weekend. TEXAS – The offices of a Dallas law firm representing a high-profile State Department whistleblower were broken into last weekend. Burglars stole three computers and broke into the firm’s file cabinets. But silver bars, video equipment and other valuables were left untouched, according to local Fox affiliate KDFW, which aired security camera footage of the suspected burglars entering and leaving the offices around the time of the incident.
The firm Schulman & Mathias represents Aurelia Fedenisn, a former investigator at the State Department’s Office of the Inspector General. In recent weeks, she raised a slew of explosive allegations against the department and its contractors ranging from illicit drug use, soliciting sexual favors from minors and prostitutes and sexual harassment. Speaking before a friendly audience, he often lets his guard down and lets the real Erdoğan shine through. Alas, increasingly it’s apparent that the real Erdoğan is not only an anti-Semite—ranting and raving about Jews or some amorphous “interest rate lobby”—but also a racist.

Criticizing Kemal Kılıçdaroğlu, the leader of the center-left and secular Republican Peoples Party (CHP), Erdoğan declared, “Kılıçdaroğlu is striving every bit he can to raise himself from the level of a black person to the level of a white man.” The Turkish word—Zenci—Erdoğan used is often used in a derogatory way. These guys are NOTHING if not predictable. The countdown clock has officially started for Mark O’Mara and Don West to be publically called racist. They have around 18 hours (+/- a few), that’s one media cycle, until the entire construct of the Black Grievance Industry has received the notification to engage:

First out of the blocks with the Scheme Team race whistle will be: MSNBC, CNN, Joy-Ann Reid, The Root, Russell Simmons et al.  Then the Washington Post and HuffPo will report on the other reports;  pulling in the LA Times, Orlando Sentinel and Miami Herald.   If they follow the traditional plan they will begin highlighting this interview with Daryl Parks, then quickly they will each semi-independently (ideological collusion) begin reporting on the other race-baiting media team’s reporting, until a frenzy ensues.
The NAACP Convention, IN ORLANDO, starts in 3 days…. This is how they roll…. Microphones will be staged at the front door to the hotels for opinion and poll taking, which will become a 1/2 cycle news story alone….. {More to follow – soon}

We know with specific certainty that Tracy Martin lied on the stand today when falsely claimed not to have denied the voice of Trayvon Martin to SPD Detective Chris Serino. Tracy also denies ever telling Sybrina that he heard the 911 calls on 2/28/12. Previously, during her testimony, Sybrina Fulton denied ever knowing about the 911 call audio until 3/16/12. However, we know according to court documents, a complaint (suit) was filed against Bill Lee and the Sanford Police Dept demanding release of the call audio 3/09/12.

…. And Mark O’Mara is not willing to point out the corruption. Period.

There is a very real possibility that George Zimmerman will be found “not guilty”.  The case against him is weak at best.  Subsequently there exists a very real possibility that race-based riots and anarchy amid the masses will ensue.  If not physically – verbally in significant proportions.   If you have studied the ideological constitution, and historical predisposition, of defense attorney Mark O’Mara, you would know that he does not want to be any part of the blame for such a predicted occurrence.

The State wrapped up their case last Friday and the first two defense witnesses took the stand. George Zimmerman’s mom, Gladys, and his uncle, Jorge, both testified it was George screaming for help on the 911 tapes. A good analysis of the events from last week and the failed JOA is available HERE:
Against the backdrop of a really weak prosecutorial case filled with lies, deception and outright fraud, the Defense begins today. From the outset of our research, over 15+ months ago, we have asserted this is not a legal case. Far from it, the reality is, as we have outlined continuously, the State V.
