SHORT HILLS, N.J. –  Four people are in custody in connection with a deadly carjacking outside an upscale mall in northern New Jersey that left a lawyer dead after two men shot him as he reportedly tried to protect his wife, authorities said early Saturday.
Katherine Carter, a spokeswoman for the Essex County prosecutor’s office, did not provide details or elaborate on the arrests, but said additional information will be released at a news conference Saturday morning, according to The New York Post. (more…)

Sounds silly unless you are gay, or another (fill-in-the-checkbox) victim role-player;  because then you can demand the Chinese restaurateur acquiesce to your preference through your victimization leverage.

The fringe liberal left is so far out on the plank of hypocrisy with their attacks against Phil Robertson (aka the Duck Dynasty brand) the bend in their platform affords no retreat.
What happened with A&E network was pure acquiescence to a politically correct fear based on a tireless minority voice within the homosexual victim community.
In every state where “Gay Marriage” has been put to a voter referendum it has failed.   Yes, it failed even in California – so the gay minority focused on legislation by removing the will of the majority to express their rights upon a minority.
In order to accomplish this the minority interest always need to be portrayed as victims.   Their ideological position cannot stand on it’s own;  it needs to be victimized in order to be valuable.   Hence the numerous fake homophobic-labeled hate attacks.
Against that backdrop, a massively overrepresented minority gay sentiment in the media has aided the pink mafia (GLAAD) victimization cause, and worked diligently to make being “gay” equivocal to being “cool”.    If you doubt that – ask any middle schooler about “being gay” and they’ll be able to pull out their State issued bullying brochure (page 2).

Unfavorable views of the federal government continue to climb.
A new Rasmussen Reports national telephone survey finds that 68% of Likely U.S. Voters now view the federal government at least somewhat unfavorably. That’s up from 64% in October and 63% in November of last year. Just 29% view the feds favorably. This includes five percent (5%) who view the government Very Favorably and 29% who view it Very Unfavorably.  (link)

BOSTON (CBS) – Boston Police are investigating three similar attacks on city residents in which someone comes right up to their front door pretending to be delivering a package.
In the most recent case, on Dorchester’s Lonsdale Street, a pair of criminals entered the victims’ home and pistol whipped the elderly couple that let them in.

“We don’t usually see that, but it’s definitely what happened,” says Boston Lt. Detective Thomas Hopkins. “There have been two home invasions and one B&E where Asian victims were targeted, in two of the incidents people were duct taped with zip ties.” (more…)

We want to thank all of you for your prayers and support. The family has spent much time in prayer since learning of A&E’s decision. We want you to know that first and foremost we are a family rooted in our faith in God and our belief that the Bible is His word. While some of Phil’s unfiltered comments to the reporter were coarse, his beliefs are grounded in the teachings of the Bible. Phil is a Godly man who follows what the Bible says are the greatest commandments: “Love the Lord your God with all your heart” and “Love your neighbor as yourself.” Phil would never incite or encourage hate. We are disappointed that Phil has been placed on hiatus for expressing his faith, which is his constitutionally protected right. We have had a successful working relationship with A&E but, as a family, we cannot imagine the show going forward without our patriarch at the helm. (Via COFCC)  Trevonnte Brown, 19, boarded a Seattle public bus with a ski mask and a handgun. He immediately started robbing passengers at gunpoint.
After taking possessions from three people, the fourth would-be victim fought back. He stuck his finger into the trigger guard, behind the trigger, to prevent the thug from being able to fire the gun. Others joined in and Brown was pummeled and subdued.

After police placed him in a squad car, he smashed a car window with his feet.
Relatives of the 19 year old monster told media that “he is a good kid.” Trevonnte Brown pleaded not guilty despite the video of his dastardly crimes.  Brown has been convicted of theft in the past, but it was removed from his record because he was a juvenile.
