Disparate Impact Rebuked By Federal Judge – Court Rebukes The Next AG Nominee, Tom Perez and The Social Engineering Construct He's Pushing…

Cudos to the WT for being one of the few media outlets willing to expose the insufferable tentacles of the Social Engineering tool now known as “disparate impact”.

Disparate impact works around the race-baiting problem of equal opportunity by advancing a proposition that only equal outcomes can define whether an adverse impact exists.  A ridiculous proposition.   All people are created equal – but not all people take advantage of the equality afforded them;  some -if not many- are just lazy, and their failures cannot -and should not- be comingled with the success of those who exert effort.
Tom perez and Eric Holder
If the Treehouse had infinite financial resources we would challenge disparate impact everywhere it raises its ugly head.  In the interim we will assist ANY endeavor with research, argument formation, and fact-based analysis to deconstruct the racial underpinning used as the foundation to advance a ridiculous ideological construct.
WASHINGTON TIMES – A federal judge overturned the Obama administration’s “desperation” move to try to find more ways to prove discrimination in housing in a decision Monday that also delivered a searing rebuke to Thomas Perez, a Cabinet official whom liberals are pushing to be the next attorney general.
Judge Richard J. Leon ruled that the administration cannot rely on “disparate impact” to judge discrimination, dealing a blow to civil rights groups that said the analytical tool gave them more room to file discrimination cases. (more…)

Another front line medical worker in Ebola Zone dies

FREETOWN, SIERRA LEONE—A doctor in Sierra Leone has died of Ebola — the fifth local doctor in the West African nation to die of the disease, authorities said Monday.

The death of Dr. Godfrey George, medical superintendent of Kambia Government Hospital in northern Sierra Leone, was a blow to efforts to keep desperately needed health-care workers safe in a country ravaged by the deadly virus.
sierra-leone-ebolaSierra Leone’s health-care system was already fragile before the Ebola epidemic because of past conflict and a lack of resources. The country had two doctors for every 100,000 people in 2010, compared to about 240 doctors for the same number of people in the United States, according to the World Health Organization.

Germany To U.K.: You'll Keep Your Border Open and Pay Welfare To The Riff Raff, Or We'll Kick You Out of EU…

Why? Because Germany, France  and Italy don’t want to be the final resting place for the continual migration flowing Northward  from North Africa through Cyprus…  And before you chuckle – you would be wise to remember the threat from Mexico to us.  Same/Same.
David-Cameron-001(UK Independent) David Cameron has been warned by German chancellor Angela Merkel that she would rather see the UK leave the European Union than change freedom of movement rules, according to reports.
Downing Street on Sunday did not deny that the conversation had taken place, after German newspaper Der Spiegel said Merkel had rejected Cameron’s demands for a cap on unskilled migrants. Sources told the newspaper that the chancellor said demands for any changes to freedom of movement rules represented a “point of no return” and that this would be it for the UK’s membership.
Over the weekend, the Sunday Times also reported that the prime minister has dropped plans for quotas in a bid to placate the Germans and that Cameron is now looking at whether the government can ask EU immigrants to leave the country unless they can support themselves within three months of arriving in the UK. BUSTED – North Carolina Newspaper, Charlotte Observer, Pulls Story of Kay Hagen Family Corruption Just Prior To Election Day…

Senator Kay Hagan holds a razor thin margin over her Republican challenger, Thom Tillis. Senator Kay Hagan was recently outlined in a nepotism scandal regarding her family business profiting off her stimulus vote.  The North Carolina media have curiously avoided discussing the initial scandal….. then last night they published an article outlining a recommendation of “further legal investigation”… and then, quickly scrubbed it.  They are being called to task.
(Via National Review) Republicans accused the Charlotte Observer of engaging in a “conspiracy of silence” after it pulled its story about a state government memo calling for “legal review” of stimulus grants given to the family of Senator Kay Hagan (D., N.C.).

“It’s time to end the conspiracy of silence in the North Carolina media on Senator Kay Hagan’s ‘stimulus’ payday,” the state party chairman, Claude Pope, said in a Sunday statement. “The freedom of the press is a sacred trust – and hiding the truth is tantamount to lying to the people that they, and Senator Hagan, are supposed to serve.” (more…)
