Officer Darren Wilson Will NOT Face Federal Civil Rights Charges – Full Ferguson DOJ Finding Report Included (pdf)

darren wilson november 2Following the shooting death of Mike Brown in Ferguson Missouri the federal DOJ launched two investigations.  One investigation into Officer Darren Wilson, and a second investigation into the Ferguson Police Department.

Officer Wilson was previously cleared by a Saint Louis Grand Jury of any wrongdoing.

[…] DOJ found that Wilson’s use of deadly force against Brown could not be proven to be considered “objectively unreasonable,” and that federal charges were not appropriate.

“There is no evidence upon which prosecutors can rely to disprove Wilson’s stated subjective belief that he feared for his safety,” states a DOJ report on the decision. (link)

Today, after telling the family of Mike Brown that Officer Wilson will not face any DOJ charges, the DOJ released a report of their investigative findings.  The Saint Louis Post Dispatch has a summary of findings HERE

Yet Another Gay Crime Hoax – Ohio Gay Rights Activist Manufactures Dangerous Kidnapping Hoax…

adam hooverWhy do gay rights advocates have to do these stunts? Not only are these ridiculous stunts nonsense, they are actually dangerous and pull law enforcement officers/officials away from other events which can have horrific consequences.

Moonbattery actually tracks these as “Hate Hoaxes” and the list is ridiculously long – See Here

In this latest stunt an Ohio gay rights activist, Adam Hoover, clams on Facebook that he has been kidnapped and is locked in the trunk of his car. He pleads with the audience for assistance: (more…)

Ferguson Police Department Anticipates Finding Out Results of Federal Investigation Today…

berkely saint louis 1According to a leaked media report the DOJ is anticipated to claim the Ferguson Police Department has discriminated against minority offenders through the use of fines and penalties for legal infractions:

[Via The Hill] The Justice Department will soon release a report condemning the Ferguson, Mo., police department for actions that helped to foster bitterness within the city’s black community ahead of last year’s high-profile shooting of an unarmed black teenager by a police officer, according to The New York Times.

The report will point a finger at police for targeting black residents during traffic stops and using those fines to make up a significant portion of the budget, the newspaper reported. The Times reports that the Justice Department could release those findings this week. If the department doesn’t make clear strides to change its policies, it could face a federal civil rights lawsuit. (more…)

Obama Administration Cuts Israel Out of Intelligence On Iran – Secretary Kerry Concerned About Leaks…

ObamaLast week Secretary John Kerry said no-one should trust anyone else’s opinion on the Iranian deal/negotiations because no-one knows the specifics.

However, if that’s accurate, then why is Kerry/Obama claiming today they are concerned about “leaks” and worried about what Benjamin Netanyahu may, or may not, say tomorrow?

An article today highlights the Obama administration’s decision to cut Israel out of the information pipeline due to the possibility that Israel would expose the details of any intelligence information.

This is a ridiculous U.S. assertion for multiple reasons; not the least of which is A.) Israel has far more accurate intelligence regarding Iran, and, B.) Israel would be the recipient of any adverse consequence from such a security compromise.

What President Obama and Secretary Kerry are more likely concerned with is Netanyahu exposing a reality that Obama and Kerry are hiding information and misleading congress. (more…)

Tomorrow’s Headline Story – Alarming Video Shows LAPD Shoot Homeless Man….

Details are very sketchy – however, the story and video is rapidly gaining attention via social media.

A struggle of sorts between LAPD and what appears to be a homeless man. Baton’s flying, and one of the black LAPD officers yell out “he’s going for my gun, he’s going for my gun”, moments later shots ring out. Several observers in the crowd begin to express outrage.

Warning for violence and foul language:

SNL Parodies ISIS – People At NBC Actually Thought This Was A Good Idea….

The SNL “skit” is a takeoff on a mainstream commercial for Toyota Camry. Named “My Bold Dad” the Toyota commercial features a father driving his daughter to the airport so she can join the U.S. Army.

The NBC/SNL parody takes a knock at the military by showcasing an actress who “didn’t graduate High School” as a the NBC view of military enrollees. However, it then goes a step further with the ISIS Jihadist angle.

More concerning than the ridiculous SNL delivery is the thought that more than one person in NBC had to think this was actually a good idea, and approve it.

Sometimes humor can walk a precarious edge, and we are not even remotely the humor police.  In this case, however, the humor is lost – it’s just not funny.  Apparently NBC doesn’t actually recognize that ISIS is holding hostages, real people, including Americans’…. and brutally, currently, visibly, killing them.

Asians Penalized 50 Points On SAT – Black Students Given 230 Bonus Points…

Don’t let your jaw drop too far, this fundamental change is not just happening in college application processes.  This exact same methodology is also being applied to Credit Scores for home mortgages and car loans.

black brunch(Via LA TIMES) In a windowless classroom at an Arcadia tutoring center, parents crammed into child-sized desks and dug through their pockets and purses for pens as Ann Lee launches a PowerPoint presentation.

Her primer on college admissions begins with the basics: application deadlines, the relative virtues of the SAT versus the ACT and how many Advanced Placement tests to take.

Then she eases into a potentially incendiary topic — one that many counselors like her have learned they cannot avoid.

“Let’s talk about Asians,” she says.

Lee’s next slide shows three columns of numbers from a Princeton University study that tried to measure how race and ethnicity affect admissions by using SAT scores as a benchmark. It uses the term “bonus” to describe how many extra SAT points an applicant’s race is worth. She points to the first column.

African Americans received a “bonus” of 230 points, Lee says. (more…)

UCLA Student Board Meeting Reveals Major Anti-Semitism, Group Peer Pressure, Visible Bigotry and Liberal Hypocrisy…

This is a rather interesting inside peek into the mindset filling the various boards of “higher education” within the U.S. University system. As you watch the video imagine the people around the table questioning someone because they were “Muslim”, or “Christian”.

Watch what happened at the UCLA student meeting when a Jewish student applied to be a member of the student government’s Judicial Board. In 2015, we’d like to believe that the world has moved beyond race, gender, and religious discrimination, yet recent events portray something much more disturbing.

The left-wing of the political spectrum is so wildly entrenched in a hate filled ideology, these student and faculty leaders’ can’t even see the scope of their hypocrisy, let alone the illegality of conduct. (more…)

The “Random Folks” Weren’t So “Random” – Paris Details Reveal Islamist Gunman Asked Religion Of Hostages Then Killed The Jews….

Obviously President Obama looked like a fool when he proclaimed the victims of the Kosher market killings were just a bunch “of random folks” because he wanted desperately to remain willfully blind and disconnect the hateful ideology of the Islamist killer away from Muslim sensibility.

But the latest revelations of what actually took place inside that market make Obama’s foolishness appear even more foolish.

obama prizeThe British media are outlining what took place within the Jewish market.

Details have emerged of footage filmed by Paris gunman Amedy Coulibaly during a bloody rampage inside a Jewish supermarket, a French website says.

He delivers an anti-Semitic rant and shouts “Stand up or I’ll kill you” at hostages, according to a transcript obtained by Le Nouvel Observateur. […]

Investigators are examining seven minutes 45 seconds of footage apparently filmed by Coulibaly on a GoPro camera worn during the siege, according to reports.

It shows him shouting “Nobody move”, before grabbing hold of a customer, asking his name, and then shooting him dead.

He asks another man what origin he is. And when the hostage replies “Jewish”, he kills him too. (more…)

Attorney General Eric Holder: “Lets Lower Standard Of Proof” To Bring Federal Civil Rights Charges….

Channeling the same ideology of Al Sharpton, and ending his term as the nation’s top LEO, AG Holder gives an extensive interview to Politico outlining his desire to lower the standard of proof to bring federal civil rights charges.

ericholderEric Holder was discussing the Trayvon Martin shooting incident as he gave his ideological assesment that it should be easier to target non-blacks, vis-à-vis George Zimmerman, who defend themselves against black attackers.

Previously Holder argued for, and gained, the removal of school discipline for black violations of school behavioral policy – using the controversial legal auspices of “disparate impact“. Apparently Holder wants to apply the same ideological approach toward what he defines as civil rights violations.

Politico […] “I think that if we adjust those standards, we can make the federal government a better backstop — make us more a part of the process in an appropriate way to reassure the American people that decisions are made by people who are really disinterested,” he said. “I think that if we make those adjustments, we will have that capacity.”
