First up The White Guilt Queer Fem College Professor – Capitalism and white supremacy both played roles in the killing of Trayvon Martin, a public university professor said last Thursday.

Dr. Erica R. Meiners, a professor in the Gender and Women’s Studies Department at Northeastern Illinois University, made the remarks while speaking on a panel of self-described “queer feminist scholars.”
“[T]he web of interconnected histories and contexts that made it possible for George Zimmerman to shoot Trayvon Martin and walk away cannot be separated from white supremacy, colonialism, heteromasculinity, and capitalism,” said Meiners. (more…)

• The mass murder of white people. His site says, “warfare is eminent, and in order for Black people to survive the 21st century, we are going to have to kill a lot of whites – more than our christian hearts can possibly count.”

He’s either going to get quickly promoted, or he’ll become a paid pundit for MSNBC.
(Via The Atlantic)  A Department of Homeland Security employee who works on, among other things, the procurement of guns and ammunition for U.S. Immigration and Customs Enforcement, spends his nights and weekends preparing for a coming race war and advocating for anti-gay causes, according to a new report from the Southern Poverty Law Center.

Meet Ayo Kimathi, a.k.a. “the Irritated Genie,” who told his bosses at the DHS that his anti-white, anti-gay site, “War is on the Horizon,” was just an entertainment site that sells concert and lecture videos.
You see, DHS employees, even those with office jobs like Kimathi’s, have to get outside activities approved by their supervisors, according to the SPLC. Kimathi’s former supervisor told the watchdog group, which tracks hate speech and groups in the U.S., that despite her former employee’s banal description of his extracurricular activities, the actual content of the site left her “stunned.” (more…)

Memphis TN – It’s a senseless murder you aren’t hearing about.
A young white male was walking to his car on a city street late at night on August 12 when he was confronted by a trio of black individuals. They shot him dead. Police have arrested three people and charged them with first degree murder. But some in the victim’s family can’t understand why the shooting is being called a failed robbery when they say the evidence suggests something possibly more sinister: a hate crime.

David Santucci, 27, had just started his new job as a nurse. According to his family, “he was an awesome guy…he wanted to be a missionary…he wanted to help people.” (more…)

Avowed and well known media racist, Joy Ann Reid (The Grio – Editor, Miami Herald – columist, CNN – contributor, and MSNBC – TV Host) displayed another typical batch of her racist and pretzel-logic views yesterday, when she said:

Seeing the right “directly trying to bait the president on race, a situation with the baseball player that’s already so tragic,” Reid asked, “Why do they seem so determined to also make it racial?”  (link)

The entire aired segment is quite typical of how the race-baiting media class of Black Grievance Specialists join with Professional Left-Wing White Guilt pontificators and create an alternate reality that only makes sense to them.

SANFORD  FLORIDA —   Attorneys for George Zimmerman’s wife, Shellie Zimmerman, have deferred a hearing that was supposed to take place Wednesday. Instead, a status conference on her upcoming trial will be held next week.
Shellie Zimmerman is facing perjury charges for lying in court about how much money the couple had during a bond hearing for her husband. Her perjury case was put on hold until after her husband’s murder trial.  [… because it is ridiculous /SD]
Those expected to testify at her upcoming trial include George’s sister, a court reporter and investigators from the state attorney’s office.  (link)

22-year-old college baseball player Chris Lane was gunned down this week in Oklahoma while out for jog. One of the three perpetrators reportedly told police they did it simply because they were “bored.”  Two of the three teenagers were black; the other was white. All were under the age of 18.

“No matter where you look in the media, it’s not a racial event,” the host said. “This is the epitome of media irresponsibility. This is a classic illustration of just what role the mainstream media is playing in the destruction of American culture and society.” (more…)

In Houston Texas a middle-aged black woman named Mona Nelson kidnapped a 12-year-old white boy, Jonathan Foster, from his home on Christmas Eve 2010.  She tied him up with string, tortured him, then burned him with a blowtorch and dumped his body in a ditch.  Reverse the races and this would be the lead story every night in the media – the same reason it’s being ignored.
Court resumed Wednesday – HOUSTON (KTRK) — New revelations are coming from testimony in the murder of a 12-year-old boy.  Three forensic scientists took the stand on Wednesday, testifying about the evidence in the Mona Nelson trial. She’s charged with capital murder. Prosecutors are pointing out newly introduced DNA evidence.

A Looney Tunes sweatshirt has been the focus of a lot of testimony in the trial of Nelson so far. Jonathan Foster’s mother and a neighbor say it belonged to the murdered 12-year-old. Police testified they found it was in mona Nelson’s garbage can, and on Wednesday, an FBI scientist said he found Nelson’s blood and DNA on several areas of it. (more…)

WASHINGTON DC – The National Security Agency’s (NSA) reach covers about 75 percent of all U.S. Internet traffic through a slew of partnerships with some of the largest telecom companies in the country, according to a Wall Street Journal report released late Tuesday.
According to the report, gathered from interviews with current and former government officials and telecom industry workers, telecom companies like AT&T filter the data for the NSA, but in looking for communications that begin or end outside of the country, often sweep up unrelated domestic communications.
In addition, the surveillance network at times retains the content of emails and phone calls sent between U.S. citizens as part of a dragnet meant to capture correspondences between foreign targets.
The NSA defended the practice, telling the Journal that if domestic communications are “incidentally collected during NSA’s lawful signals intelligence activities,” that the agency follows “minimization procedures that are approved by the U.S. attorney general and designed to protect the privacy of United States persons.” (read more)

The part of this story which draws the biggest distinction for me, is how everyone acts like this is a rare or isolated example. It’s not. There are hundreds of “Thrill Kills“, or successful “Polar Bear Hunts“, every single day.
The media act like this is incredibly rare – it’s not; The only reason they are talking about this one is because the police Chief told the media the kids admitted to being bored, and did it just for the heck of it. Usually the police don’t talk about motive or perpetrator statements, that’s why you do not hear the frequency of this. Its quite common – although the victims do not always die.

WASHINGTON – President Obama’s spokesman described the murder of Australian baseball player Christopher Lane in Oklahoma as a “pretty tragic case,” saying that Obama’s comments after the Trayvon Martin case apply to Lane. (more…)
