DETROIT – The FBI has announced a $25,000 reward for information leading to the suspects wanted in the shooting of U.S. District Judge Terrence Berg, who was shot in Detroit Thursday night on his front porch after refusing to let two would-be intruders inside.

The tips must lead to the arrest and convictions of those responsible for the shooting.

According to police, two armed men approached Berg around 9:10 p.m. as he was outside his home in the University District on the city’s west side. Berg had just retrieved his garbage bin from the curb when he was approached by the two men on his porch.

According to Berg’s wife, Anita Sevier, one of the men told Berg that he had a gun, that he didn’t want to hurt him, but that they wanted to go inside the house. When Berg refused to let them inside, he was shot in the leg and the men fled. (more…)

Despite the media report that will use Anthony Gray as the primary name when discussing the Mike Brown family attorneys, the real attorneys -the ones with the political connections and leverage needed- are Daryl Parks and Benjamin Crump.

After reading through the full DOJ report on Ferguson it started to become obvious what emphasis Holder’s DOJ was placing on the findings, and the motives therein.

The DOJ, and Civil Rights Division Community Relations Service, is doing the same groundwork as a Grand Jury; meaning they are positioning Crump and Parks for their lawsuit.

A subtle tack in an otherwise consistently played out strategy.

In the Martin Lee Anderson, Trayvon Martin, Kendrick Johnson and now Mike Brown cases, the Black Grievance Industry (BGI) needs ’cause’, or ‘standing’, for their civil rights lawsuits. All of the aforementioned families were/are represented by Ben Crump and Daryl Parks.

We have called Parks, Crump and their team, the “scheme team”, because they use the scheme of demanding arrests to gain their legal threshold of proof for their lawsuits. They don’t demand convictions, they only want arrests.

In all their prior Scheme Team cases the strategy was to use “the arrest” as enough probable cause to leverage wrongful death lawsuits. After all, presumably the arrest of an individual indicates probable cause by itself. This saves them from any work in court to prove the basis for their claim, and this established burden is what they need for a successful civil suit. (more…)

UPDATE 7:00pm: A Minneapolis police officer was shot this morning in what the police department believes to be a targeted shooting; that is, he was shot at specifically because he was a cop.
Officer Jordan Davis and his partner were responding to a burglary when Davis was shot standing around the police car. He was rushed to the hospital and other officers ended up arresting Andrew Neal (pictured here –>).
Police Chief Janeé Harteau believes Davis was targeted, saying, “There is little doubt that an officer was the intended target of this shooting and that this officer just happened to be the one who was there. This is a reminder to all that every one of our officers face such danger simply because they choose to wear a uniform.”  (link)

(CNN)—A Minneapolis police officer sitting in his patrol car was shot Saturday morning, and Police Chief Janee Harteau said “there is little doubt that an officer was the intended target.”

The wounded officer was one of two who had just finished responding to a reported burglary when he was shot just before 5 a.m. (6 a.m. ET), Minneapolis police said in a statement. His partner promptly drove him to a nearby hospital, where he was in stable condition later Saturday morning. (more…)

This happened last night and both police and media are downplaying the story as “kids and teens just being kids”; as would be expected in the new normal reality.  Another report shares “just a bunch of stupid kids”. REPORT #1 – OCOEE, Fla. — Orange County deputies are trying to figure out why hundreds of teenagers suddenly rushed into the movie theater at West Oaks Mall in Ocoee Saturday night. Deputies said as many as 900 kids, described as being in middle or high school, attempted to rush the theater at once.

“My anxiety hit the roof. I was like, ‘How do we get out?’” said moviegoer Jessica Weckerly.
Nearly 300 teenagers were able to get in before the security gates were closed. Police said a group of about 100 rushed into the theater and continued causing a disturbance. (more…)

GEORGIA – A Georgia middle school teacher has been suspended for 10 days after she responded to a “Black Lives Matter” Facebook photo by saying, “All lives matter.”
Eighth Street Middle School teacher Kelly Tucker posted that and the following on December 8 after seeing a Ferguson-related protest sign in her town’s Christmas parade:
“Its turned into a race matter. What about the thugs that beat the father in his vehicle because he didn’t slow down? What about the thugs that shot the college baseball player because they were bored? The list can go on and on. If the dude hadn’t have stolen, he would be alive. I think signs should read, take the hood off your head and pull up your dang pants and quit impregnating everybody. I’m tired of paying for these sorry [expletive] thugs. I would much rather my hard earned money, that the government takes, go to people who need it, such as abusive adults with children. Not to mention the animals that they beat and fight too. The juror obviously held an agenda, and manipulated his way onto the jury intent on creating antagonism.  He sat through the MURDER trial, then when it came to deliberations, presto – he sat in corner and refused to participate.

Result = Mistrial

ST. LOUIS • A five-day murder trial ended in a hung jury last week in St. Louis Circuit Court when one of the jurors sat in the corner of the jury room and refused to participate in deliberations.

The lone juror never cast a vote over the nine hours of deliberations, said the judge presiding at trial, St. Louis Circuit Judge Jimmie M. Edwards.
The jury forewoman wrote nine notes to the judge over two days, alerting him to the trouble they were having with “Juror 1317” in the secret deliberations of the jury room.
She told the judge that the dissident juror at first pretended he didn’t speak English. The man, about 40 years old, is from Somalia but does speak English and had no issues during jury selection or in reading a transcript during the trial itself, the judge said. The man later told the other jurors — and the judge — that it was against his religion to sit in judgment of someone else. Edwards said the man never mentioned anything of the sort during the selection process. (more…)

Maryland, the most progressive and race-driven Marxist state within the union. Time and time again Maryland shows up as a hotbed of racial violence.
In this latest attack another school teacher was brutally beaten and left bloodied on the floor. The media claim a “racially insensitive” remark provoked the student to attack. In Maryland a “racially insensitive remark” could be the teacher saying “all lives matter”, that’s enough.
And don’t forget what the school district did last month….

On October 8th, 2014, the black grievance industry (BGI) helped the “FTP” #Ferguson protestors coordinate the Occupy SLU movement at Saint Louis University. SLU is a private catholic university.
The BGI extorted the school to give race-based concessions including payoffs for black students, scholarships, black studies programs and additional aid for black students only. Apparently, the school president, Fred P. Pestello, Ph.D., acquiesced:
SAINT LOUIS – Saint Louis University has commissioned a sculpture to be erected on campus that administrators say they hope “captures the spirit and importance” of a weeklong “Occupy SLU” protest last fall on the urban campus that decried oppression, racism, racial profiling and police tactics.

For six days in mid-October, community activists refused to leave the St. Louis campus in a protest intended as an extension of the summertime riots that had wracked nearby Ferguson over the police shooting of Michael Brown.
Three social justice groups – Tribe X, the Metro St. Louis Coalition for Inclusion and Equality, and the Black Student Alliance – took over the campus and lived in tents around its clock tower. (more…)

Saint Paul Minnesota is a hotbed of racially driven black mob violence, but the media work diligently to keep it hidden. Recently the frequency of the attacks has increased in severity and now even the local media are forced to discuss it.
However, the media avoid the racial motive inherent in all of the suspects being black and all of the victims are white.  The community is shocked, SHOCKED.  (make sure you click the links and watch the videos)
SAINT PAUL – A string of group [BLACK] attacks has taken place in downtown St. Paul in recent weeks.  Last Monday, a 23-year-old [WHITE]  man and his 56-year-old friend were brutally assaulted by six [BLACK] people in a skyway downtown near Cedar Street.
According to police, a restaurant near the new St. Paul Saints stadium was also rushed by a group of about nine [BLACK] people who started eating and drinking from the [WHITE] customers’ tables.

5 EYEWITNESS NEWS obtained security video that showed a [BLACK] woman in the group suddenly throw a glass of water at another [WHITE] customer. Another [BLACK]man she was with grabbed a cell phone off the table, and then the entire group bolted out the door and down the street, police officials said. (more…)
