Yesterday, we attended, photographed and documented the Federal DOJ-CRS meeting with Law Enforcement in Broward County. Why? Simply because it just further evidences the scheme we have documented the Trial of George Zimmerman to be.
We are all bearing witness to a pre-scripted event being played out for a national audience. What the Sandra Fluke story was for the DNC/Charlotte, so too is the Trayvon story for the Black Grievance Industry; Only this time instead of the DNC the puppeteer is the Dept of Justice, Civil Rights Division, Community Relations Service.

The argument, not by the State, but by Judge Nelson herself, regarding authentication, is so weak and insufferably devoid of legal analysis it is absurd on its face. Then again this is the same judge who said a few days ago, flippantly in open court, that evidence should be “shredded” (Dr. Bao notes).
Essentially she’s arguing that the phone records (texts and pics) cannot be authenticated to have originated by Trayvon Martin (despite two security codes) because anyone could have sent them. Whiskey*Tango*Foxtrot !! How can an email be used in a sex offender case? How can phone records be used in RICO cases? How can GPS evidence be used in Insurance Cases? Think about it.
You can’t argue that evidence cannot be admitted because someone else might have made the phone call; Someone else might have sent the email; Someone else accessed the website; Someone else might have driven the car etc.
Not to exclude evidence.
Sure it can be argued by the other side, as a counter point to the jury, but it can’t be a reasonable consideration for exclusion.
I’m evaluating how much we can reasonably share and cite without compromising people and structures which could be placed at risk.

The firm Schulman & Mathias represents Aurelia Fedenisn, a former investigator at the State Department’s Office of the Inspector General. Prime Minister Erdogan of Turkey is one of President Obama’s closest friends. They have a close personal and professional bond. President Obama has also said Erdogan is one of his “top five friends“. You will not hear the media talk about this, nor will they critique the President’s relationship TURKEY – Every Tuesday, Turkey’s Prime Minister Recep Tayyip Erdoğan addresses his Justice and Development Party (AKP) cohorts. Speaking before a friendly audience, he often lets his guard down and lets the real Erdoğan shine through. Alas, increasingly it’s apparent that the real Erdoğan is not only an anti-Semite—ranting and raving about Jews or some amorphous “interest rate lobby”—but also a racist.
Criticizing Kemal Kılıçdaroğlu, the leader of the center-left and secular Republican Peoples Party (CHP), Erdoğan declared, “Kılıçdaroğlu is striving every bit he can to raise himself from the level of a black person to the level of a white man.” The Turkish word—Zenci—Erdoğan used is often used in a derogatory way. Communists believe in the government owning the business/liberty of citizens. Socialists believe the government should control the business/liberty of citizens. The difference is merely the length of chain in the shackles which confine.
However, the Fascists, well, they are the ones who determine how many links are permitted in the chains.
This is beyond hilarious. After spending over a year hand-in-hand with President Morsi, now egg-faced President Obama tries to say he was never an advocate of the radical Islamist. What’s next? Denying his pal Erdogan too? WASHINGTON (AP) — President Barack Obama on Saturday reiterated that the US is not aligned with and is not supporting any particular Egyptian political party or group and again condemned the ongoing violence across Egypt.
Obama made those points during a telephone conference with the National Security Council about developments in Egypt, according to a statement issued by the White House. He was spending the weekend at Camp David, the presidential retreat in Maryland.
“The United States categorically rejects the false claims propagated by some in Egypt that we are working with specific political parties or movements to dictate how Egypt’s transition should proceed,” the White House statement said. “We remain committed to the Egyptian people and their aspirations for democracy, economy opportunity and dignity. But the future path of Egypt can only be determined by the Egyptian people.”
As a nation of people begin to pay attention to the George Zimmerman case, albeit through the media lens, there is an aspect which must be drawn to a comparative contrast.
When you advance a lie, or a series of lies, toward a large semi-engaged electorate, you must control the messaging closely. Sunlight, or the pesky appearance of truth, becomes a risk that might infect your story. The story itself is the optic which is assembled to cover the true intentions of your goals.
Both the BGI (Black Grievance Industry), and the radical elements of Jihad (Muslim extremists) use the same ploy of deception. They also use the same approach toward keeping the truth tellers away from the audience they wish to deceive. (more…)
Congresswoman Fredrica Wilson (D-FL) famously said “Trayvon… was racially profiled”:
She’s right. He was.
But there’s a part where she was wrong.
He was not “racially profiled” by George Zimmerman (even the FBI attested to that); No, he was racially profiled by the Miami-Dade School Police Department. Both Miami-Dade School Superintendent Alberto Carvalho, and his hire Miami-Dade School Police Chief, Charles Hurley, racially profiled Trayvon Martin.

Carvalho and Hurley intentionally used Trayvon’s race and gender to manipulate, and falsify, his engagements with the Miami-Dade Police. They hid his criminal conduct; They never tried to correct his behavior; They profiled Trayvon for diversionary racist treatment because he was black, and because he was a black teen boy. (more…)
