Additionally the FISA court admits today it has to rely on the information presented to it when it determines legal authority. Also, the court has no mechanism to check the claims brought to it by the NSA or Justice Dept. One example is outlined in the Washington Post article.
(WASHINGTON POST)  The National Security Agency has broken privacy rules or overstepped its legal authority thousands of times each year since Congress granted the agency broad new powers in 2008, according to an internal audit and other top-secret documents.
Most of the infractions involve unauthorized surveillance of Americans or foreign intelligence targets in the United States, both of which are restricted by law and executive order. They range from significant violations of law to typographical errors that resulted in unintended interception of U.S. e-mails and telephone calls.
The documents, provided earlier this summer to The Washington Post by former NSA contractor Edward Snowden, include a level of detail and analysis that is not routinely shared with Congress or the special court that oversees surveillance. In one of the documents, agency personnel are instructed to remove details and substitute more generic language in reports to the Justice Department and the Office of the Director of National Intelligence. First the FAIL –  TALLAHASSEE,  Fla. —Florida’s Republican-controlled Legislature is coming out solidly  against a special session to repeal the state’s “stand your ground” law.
The Department of State on  Wednesday released a list that showed more than half of the state’s 160-member  Legislature has already voted against the idea.
The vote was triggered  earlier after 33 legislators asked for a special session in writing. They were  urged to do so by the Dream Defenders group, which is upset with the July  verdict in the George Zimmerman case.
Under an obscure state  law, the written requests required an official poll. A yes vote by three-fifths  of the Legislature would have resulted in a special session.  (more)

Last month a source provided San Diego 6 News with an alarming email hacked from super secret CIA contractor Stratfor’s President Fred Burton. The email (link here) was posted on WikiLeaks and alleged that then Obama counter-terrorism Czar Brennan, was in charge of the government’s continued crackdown or witch-hunt on investigative journalists.
After providing the Stratfor email to the CIA for comment, the spymaster’s spokesperson responded in lightning speed. (more…)

This does not come as a surprise to anyone who has followed the events in Libya.  Especially those of us who were highlighting the missile issues well before the Benghazi 9/11/12 attacks.

Originally, in March of 2011, our research showed clearly – In 2007, during a little known raid against Islamist forces based in Syria, the United States became aware the origin, and home country, of many al-Qaeda operatives who ended up fighting against us in Iraq.   Captured documents were shipped to the West Point Military Academy’s Combatting Terrorism Center.
From those documents we learned: […]  The eastern Libyan city of Darnah sent more fighters to Iraq than any other single city or town, according to the West Point report. It noted that 52 militants came to Iraq from Darnah, a city of just 80,000 people (the second-largest source of fighters was Riyadh, Saudi Arabia, which has a population of more than 4 million). WASHINGTON — Calling the labor movement in crisis, AFL-CIO President Richard Trumka says he will push far-reaching changes at the federation’s convention next month, including forging closer partnerships and even accepting as members such outside groups as the Sierra Club and the NAACP.
The changes, some of which will require amending the AFL-CIO’s bylaws, are part of a strategy aimed at reviving the labor movement’s falling clout and recasting it as a champion for American workers generally, not just for the declining ranks of dues-paying union members. (more…)

The trial of Fort Hood Shooter, Nidal Hasan, continues.    The entire complex where the trial is taking place is like a military war camp outpost in Eastern Afghanistan.

The building is surrounded with Hesco Barriers and Metalith perimeter blast protection containers.    Hundreds of them.

All of this for the consideration of “workplace violence“?
Why are they so worried about a terrorist attack if the trial is not of a “terrorist”?

So here we go….

In any endeavor of corruption and misleading governance, the control of, and support by, the media, is an absolute necessity. The USSR needed Pravda to keep the ruse of governance for decades. The need of/by the U.S. government has steadily grown over the course of several progressive decades; but the urgency has increased exponentially over the past five years with the extremes of The Obama Administration.
Yesterday another blatant example of this was clearly evident to those who are tuned in to the deceptive enterprise. However, for the sake of those who do not have the time or energy to actually track such things, here is what took place.
CNN broadcast a story about the Benghazi attacks on 9/11/12; a subject of much controversy. So much so, the administration cannot seem to get away from it because the deceptive narrative is so fundamentally false. Enter the need for the Pravda-esque media, CNN.
CNN needs to maintain an optic of middle road media in order to be effective. MSNBC is so far down the water-carrying road they are essentially useless in helping the White House except for motivating and cheerleading the base of Democrats. But CNN has a more important role, they need the illusion of journalism, as it pertains to the current U.S. administration, in order to be effective.

On the very night (tonight @10pm) that CNN will air their Benghazi story outlining the #1 Benghazi suspect walking around freely thumbing his nose at the administration,…. all of a sudden they file the very first criminal charge in the attack.   
Can they be any more obvious in their intent to frame the optic?    The current administration is laughable in such an extreme they diminish the White House.
Washington (CNN) – Federal agents and prosecutors investigating the attack on the U.S. diplomatic compound in Benghazi have filed charges against Ahmed Khattalah, leader of a Libyan militia that officials believe was involved in the assault, people briefed on the investigation said. The charges under seal are the first criminal counts to emerge from the probe.

The investigation of the attack last September 11 that killed Ambassador Christopher Stevens and three others continues, these people said, as investigators try to build their case against Khattalah and others who authorities believe were involved.
Attorney General Eric Holder had earlier this year promised congressional lawmakers the Justice Department would soon make public what actions it would take.  (more)

(Via Mediaite) As the one year anniversary of the deadly attack on an American consulate in Benghazi approaches, journalists have begun to take another look into the scandal surrounding the government’s response to that terrorist event. Last week, CNN aired two striking reports revealing that the Central Intelligence Agency had a large number of agents on the ground on the night of the attack and that a suspect in the attack has never been interviewed by investigators. Following these revelatory reports, which some in President Barack Obama’s administration believe represent a political threat, some CNN reporters now fear for their access to the White House.
