To quote the Obama administration: “Call it the stupidity of the American voter, or whatever“, but for obvious reasons the beltway oxygen is being sucked into telling the story of the Senate Committee Intelligence report on “Enhanced CIA Interrogation Techniques”, while ignoring the fact that another pentagon report has yet to surface.

As the CIA report is breathlessly awaited by the leftist storytellers, and media – but I repeat myself, almost no-one is asking about releasing the Army investigation into Bowe Bergdahl which has been complete for three months.
Obviously one report, the CIA report, allows a story to be told which will disparage U.S. interests; the other report, Bergdahl, represents a political risk.  To the latter, back in October as the investigation was announced to be complete:

[…] Army spokesman Wayne Hall said the review process likely would be lengthy, and that “the Army’s priority is ensuring that our process is thorough, factually accurate, impartial, and legally correct,” according to the report.

The Army is looking into whether Bergdahl had deserted his post in Afghanistan or was away without leave before he was captured, which would be violations of, and punishable, under the Uniform Code of Military Justice. (link)

♦  Whatever happened to the results of the Bowe Bergdahl investigation that was completed by the Army?  (link)
♦  What about that Unaccompanied Alien Children crisis that Jeh Johnson was saying required the emergency $3.7 BILLION dollar “emergency” appropriations that never took place? (link)  Apparently HHS found a way to get the money from somewhere?
♦  The IRS scandal which now appears to contain direct ties to the White House and former Chief of Staff Jack Lew (link)
♦  2015 ObamaCare premium increases that were never supposed to happen and all the various issues.  (link)

It’s enough to make you think this is all just a distraction; enabling the White House to kick the can past the distracted media.

Dear Readers, the unknown White House motive for distracting people toward all of this racial/Police anxiety stuff just gained exponential sunlight.

As the Daily Caller partly outlines – Secretary of the Treasury Jacob Lew, Obama’s former White House Chief of Staff, who was chief of staff when the illegal IRS/White House scheme was rolled out, took the emails and documents that were set to be released and now refuses to ever turn them over.
His rationale? Secretary Lew claims he cannot release information about improper disclosures of confidential taxpayer information – because, wait for it,…  that would be an improper disclosure of confidential taxpayer information.

PAUSE AND READ SLOWLY => Inherent in this position is the absolute admission the content of the documents, he is now refusing to turn over, contain illegally shared information from the IRS to the White House.

In order for Secretary Jack Lew to claim the content of the documents contain information illegal to share with the plaintiff he is admitting the content was originally, and similarly, illegal to share with the White House.
The documents were found pursuant to a lawsuit that the legal advocacy firm Cause of Action filed against the Treasury Department’s inspector general.
The lawyer for the inspector general, Gregory M. Miller, told Cause of Action this week in a letter that Lew seized the documents. (more…)

Mike Brown’s mom’s boyfriend, Louis Head, is being investigated for his leadership role in coordinating the riots, looting and arson which came as an outcome of his screaming commands on the night of the Ferguson Grand Jury announcement.

New York Post – President Obama likes to claim he’s been forced into rogue executive actions, laying the blame on an intransigent Congress. In fact, his lawlessness is coldly calculated, dating back to his days as a Chicago community organizer.
Consider what he wrote on page 276 of his 1995 memoir, “Dreams from My Father,” reflecting on his decision to study law: “I had things to learn in law school, things that would help me bring about real change. I would learn power’s currency in all its intricacy and detail, knowledge that I could now bring back to where it was needed…bring it back like Promethean fire.”

RUSH LIMBAUGH – “The grand jury system, I was kind of surprised. I know the legal beagles that I’ve listened to, a lot of legal people for whom I have great respect said, Rush, this is a slam dunk. There is, we’ve seen the evidence, as much as we’ve seen and as much as we’ve heard about, the testimony, there’s no way this cop gets indicted.
And I said yeah but that’s not the way things happen in the country anymore. Everybody, episodes like this need sacrificial lambs and everybody’s going to be focused on keeping the peace and everybody’s going to be focused on, you know, just make the problem go away.
So I was surprised, grand jury system worked, despite enormous pressures exerted by the president’s representative, Eric Holder, the attorney general. Darren Wilson today, just like George Zimmerman in 2012, doesn’t understand this is not a legal case – it’s a political case using the legal system….

You might be aware of our prior position on this.   It’s understandable when facing a process you cannot understand to reconcile your location based on prior reference points.  Darren Wilson has never been inside the political machine, he holds no frame of reference and just like Zimmerman he made a huge mistake. President Obama sat down with ABC’s George Stephanopoulos, a fellow traveler and ideological compatriot for Democrat political administrations, to frame their collective narrative and discuss their united approach.   The Hill published an article about it.
During the recorded, edited and broadcast, conversation the subject of Ferguson Missouri came up.  Of course it did.  Controlling the forward narrative is now of paramount concern.
For those who willingly digest the manipulation much buffet was offered.  For others, those who see the larger picture, the falsehoods were a stark contrast.
