On September 11th 2012 radical Islamists through the Muslim Brotherhood had gained power in the Morsi administration.   As a consequence they scaled the walls of the U.S. Embassy in Cairo Egypt and hoisted the al-Qaeda flag during an organized protest by Brotherhood leader Mohammed Al Zawahiri.  They wanted the U.S. to release the Blind Sheik, an Egyptian terrorist.

But Hillary Blamed a U-Tube Video.

WHY ?   Because she had to !

After you read this article, and the email, you begin to understand why the President of Libya was gobsmacked when Susan Rice attributed the impetus of the Benghazi attack to a U-Tube video. The State Department had just told his Ambassador, Aujali, it was a planned and coordinated terror attack by al-Qaeda elements – then the U.S. UN Ambassador goes on TV with him and begins blaming a U-Tube video.

Sharyl Attkisson – A newly-released government email indicates that within hours of the Sept. 11, 2012 attacks on Americans in Benghazi, Libya; the State Department had already concluded with certainty that the Islamic militia terrorist group Ansar al Sharia was to blame.

The private, internal communication directly contradicts the message that President Obama,Secretary of State Hillary Clinton, U.S. Ambassador to the U.N. Susan Rice and White House press secretary Jay Carney repeated publicly over the course of the next several weeks. They often maintained that an anti-Islamic YouTube video inspired a spontaneous demonstration that escalated into violence.

The email is entitled “Libya update from Beth Jones. ” Jones was then-Assistant Secretary of State to Hillary Clinton. According to the email, Jones spoke to Libya’s Ambassador at 9:45am on Sept. 12, 2012 following the attacks. (more…)

A new Democrat proposal would empower the feds to scour the Internet, TV and more for so-called hate speech.

Democratic Sen. Ed Markey is pushing a bill to have a federal agency monitor anything that it suspects may encourage hate crimes. He wants the agency to work in connection with the Department of Justice and U.S. Commission on Civil Rights, then file a report to Congress on what’s hateful and could lead to hate crimes.

So, who gets to decide what’s hateful and what will they then do about it?

However, with that ‘Rhodes’ smoking gun email, people are asking who directed Ben Rhodes to deliver the false narrative about the Benghazi Attack and the lies about the U-Tube video.

Last December during a town hall meeting hosted by Al Sharpton and the National Action Network in Chicago to address gun violence something unexpected happened.
The audience almost exploded into a revolt against: “Chicago Machine” politics, Mayor Rahm Emanuel and a black alderman in City Hall.   The surprise came with a panel and audience members calling to actually vote out their elected officials.
One 82-year-old preacher even called for “Tea Party” style meetings in some of Chicago’s south side communities such as Altgen Gardens and Trumbull Park. (via Breitbart)

Five years ago many of us were talking about why the White House would take Census Polling responsibility away from the Dept. of Commerce.  At the time we did not know specifically why they were doing it – but we sensed it was nefarious.    We predicted it was a typical Chicago Politics strategy to mold comparative data that directly would show consequences to long-term policy.  We were right. 
WASHINGTON DC – In 2009, in the earliest weeks of President Barack Obama‘s administration, the White House made the controversial decision to take the unprecedented step of moving the Census Bureau from control of the commerce secretary over to the White House ahead of the decennial 2010 census.
Conservatives sounded alarm bells. “It takes something that is supposedly apolitical like the census, and gives it to a guy who is infamously political,” said Rep. Rob Bishop (R-UT) of then White House Chief of Staff Rahm Emanuel. […]

Some of the interesting aspects she discusses are how CBS was uninterested in airing numerous reports on scandals that surround the Obama administration and White House. She also talks about how the White House would call CBS to pressure the network to stop airing information, and how even her print reporting would find White House officials calling to express their concerns.

Congress votes to send details of the corruption and scandal to the DOJ for criminal prosecution.   President Obama previously pledged to “hold anyone accountable” for their participation in the political targeting of people by the IRS.    However, President Obama has recently stated “there was not a smidgen of corruption in the IRS”.   Todays recommendation comes as information surfaces that Lerner was trying to get a position in OFA…..  

(WASHINGTON DC)  The House Ways and Means Committee has voted to 23-14 along party lines to refer former head of tax exempt groups at the IRS Lois Lerner to the Justice Department for prosecution. Although the details about exactly what charges will be have not yet been released, lawmakers are arguing Lerner has not been truthful with Congress or the IRS inspector general and leaked confidential tax information.
Last time a referral like this happened, it was to Major League Baseball player Roger Clemens, who was pursued by the Department of Justice for lying to Congress but was exonerated in court. (more…)

Melowese Richardson was a poll worker who voted twice for Obama under her own name  in 2012, she also voted three times for her comatose sister.   She admitted to intentional violations of election law, she was convicted of voter fraud – and last week she was heralded by Al Sharpton and Democrats as a role model to be emulated..

OHIO – A Hamilton County poll worker who has been held up nationally as an example of voter fraud took the stage at a local voting rights rally – outraging Republicans and dismaying even top local Democrats.
The Rev. Al Sharpton, keynote speaker at Thursday’s rally to kick-off the campaign for an Ohio Voters’ Bill of Rights Ohio Constitutional amendment, even hugged Melowese Richardson.
Richardson, a Democrat, was convicted of voter fraud after using her position as poll worker to vote more than once in the 2012 presidential election. She got a five year prison term, but was released earlier this month after local Democratic activists pressed for a fairer term. (more…)

The issue at hand is essentially the CIA covertly monitoring the Senate Intelligence Committee as the Senate investigated the CIA.     The problem stems from an obvious oversight issue where the CIA takes illegal action to monitor the Senate as they investigate.
However, there’s something more within the behavior of the people involved.  Dianne Feinstein is clearly outlining the CIA is violating the law.   As a consequence the CIA claim to be following instructions from the Obama administration and the White House.  That alone represents a big issue – However, the way CIA Director John Brennan is responding to the charges against his office are, well, somewhat troubling.

Brennan is acting, and speaking, as if he is untouchable.  It’s almost like he has a card up his sleeve; an unspoken leverage.    And when you think about how Brennan got to his CIA post, and his relationship with President Obama, alarm bells begin to ring.
Please forgive me for connecting the dots but I’m not going in this rabbit hole alone 😉
Remember, it was Brennan’s security firm who broke into the State Department passport files of Candidate Obama in 2008.   Watching him now respond to Feinstein one would take away he indeed holds a lever that allows him to feel “untouchable“.

WASHINGTON DC – The head of the Senate Intelligence Committee on Tuesday sharply accused the CIA of violating federal law and undermining the constitutional principle of congressional oversight as she detailed publicly for the first time how the agency secretly removed documents from computers used by her panel to investigate a controversial interrogation program.

Sen. Dianne Feinstein (D-Calif.) said that the situation amounted to attempted intimidation of congressional investigators, adding: “I am not taking it lightly.”
She confirmed that an internal agency investigation of the action has been referred to the Justice Department for possible criminal prosecution. And she said that the CIA appears to have violated the Fourth Amendment, which bars unreasonable searches and seizures, as well as various federal laws and a presidential executive order that prevents the agency from conducting domestic searches and surveillance.
