Immigration Poll – Majority Of Americans are Against Obama, Democrats and The Media….

Further polling evidence of why President Obama will not confront any community who opposes his administration’s unlawful plans to embed illegal aliens.

(Via Breitbart)   A new AP-GfK polls is all around bad news for President Obama, Democrats, and a mainstream media determined to push his amnesty agenda. Not only is public approval souring towards Obama’s handling of the issue and the idea of a path to citizenship for illegals and the policy of offering  asylum for this wave of Central American children, a plurality now see the Republican Party as better able to handle the issue of immigration.
When asked about the President’s handling of the immigration issue, only 31% said they approve while a whopping 68% disapprove. That’s a 14 point shift against the president since the middle of May, when he sat at 38% approve, 60% disapprove. (more…)

Steadfast – Prime Minister Netanyahu Tells Israel To Be “Prepared For A Prolonged Campaign” To Crush Hamas…

There was, and for many still is, a considerable amount of Stockholm Syndrome type anxiety amid the general population of Israel when it comes to decisions to mount defensive strategies using offensive engagements.
However, even the most dovish of the Israeli population recognized the inherent risk when the IDF began publically exposing the size, scope and intents of the Gaza Tunnels:
israelbanner7

netanyahu3With thirty tunnels found and almost seventy entrances it is now apparent that there was a “second Gaza” under the ground – complete with weapons stocks and everything needed for a combined attack on Israel.

Some of the tunnels had storage facilities with IDF-issued uniforms, helmets and shoes, as well as syringes with tranquilizers and handcuffs, ready for kidnapping Israeli citizens and taking them into Gaza.

Some people have asked me how come Israel never saw these tunnels which have exits inside Israeli territory. The answer is that the tunnels are not fully dug. They leave the last 3-6 feet of dirt intact so that there would be no outward sign of a tunnel being there.

The Hamas plan, it now turns out, was to simultaneously dig out of those tunnels the last 3-6 feet and then attack Israel from 30 or 40 tunnels simultaneously, using hundred if not thousands of Hamas terrorists, some dressed as IDF personnel. Such a massive wave of attack, combined with a barrage of rocket fire, could have had a devastating effect on Israel – had it not been for Operation Protective Edge.

Even the doves within Israel recognized they could not simply attempt defense any longer.  Consequently the internal support for the Netanyahu and IDF response has been overwhelming.   Hamas must be left without the potential to create such a network again.  Against this reality Benjamin Netanyahu speaks to his nation:  (more…)

30,340 First Six Months – List of Sponsor Placements of Unaccompanied Children by State – How does your state rank ?

The application window for HHS grants under the Unaccompanied Alien Children program just closed yesterday. According to the data included in the application the average length of stay for a UAC is 30-35 days prior to unification with a sponsor.
Most (95%+) of the sponsors are relatives of the child.  Most sponsors reunited are the mothers of the children (85%+) who actually brought them along and there is never a disconnect.  All sponsors are subsidized by taxpayers at an average cost of around $4,000 to $6,000 per child/per month. A custodial ‘sponsor’ (mother) with three UAC’s will net about $12,000 per month federal support from the ORR and UAC program(s).
Now that the current UAC grant application window has closed for FY2015, ORR (Office of Refugee Resettlement) has released the data of settlement placement for the first six months of 2014 (Jan-June).   The federal data release matches EXACTLY with the “unofficial” information we have previously discovered  from our own research:
beck 1
(Via HHS.GOV) Once the Office of Refugee Resettlement (ORR) receives a child from the Department of Homeland Security (DHS), we have the responsibility to continuously seek placement options in the child’s best interest. This typically involves releasing children to sponsors.
Sponsors are adults who can suitably provide for the child’s physical and mental well-being and have not engaged in any activity that would indicate a potential risk to the child.
{*snip* The majority of sponsors are the parents; usually Mom… /SD}
We try to place the child with a parent, and if that is not possible, with a relative, and if that is not possible, with a family friend. We do not restrict placements based on the immigration status of the parent or other sponsor.

The Politics Of Envy (Reposted)

I have run into several comments/posts/videos this past week that reminded me of this opinion piece that I originally posted in July of 2012. It still applies. Envy is used politically by the left to create an atmosphere of resentment and hate. It is VERY IMPORTANT that we do not fall into the trap.

“The rich should pay their fair share.”
…”when you spread the wealth around it’s good for everybody.”
“Nobody’s ideas or effort are really that much more innately valuable than that of their peers. You can, however, use your abilities to steal that much money.”
”The central lie here being getting rich through hard, honest work. I don’t think anyone has ever gotten rich without the determination of screwing other people out of their money.”
“Romney never created any jobs. He only created wealth for his partners. There is a big difference.”

“If you’ve got a business, you didn’t build that. Somebody else made that happen.”

Carrier Smidgens – IRS Revelations – Lois Lerner Hard Drive Was "Scratched" Not "Unrecoverable" – IRS ignored advice to use outside experts to recover data

Against the Backdrop of two court rulings declaring the IRS must present specific legal outlines to support their position(s) –missing or corrupted IRS emails– things get interesting.   The legal clock is ticking down to court mandated affidavit deadlines.
As previously shared “The Absolute Truthtakes on a new dimension when officials must swear under oath, in federal court, and under penalty of perjury.

Stay tuned in to this story – eventually you will be describing it to your grandchildren.

From our research it appears to be the BIGGEST STORY in the history of U.S. political corruption and conspiracy.   We have followed the trail, connected the dots so far, pored over thousands of documents, hours of testimony and dozens of interviews.    The entire trail leads not to the IRS, but to the DOJ.   The IRS was the weapon; Lois Lerner was the “trigger”; But Eric Holder was the entity holding, targeting and aiming.
irs leadershiperic_holder_500
Washington, DC – Despite early refusals to make available IT professionals who worked on Lois Lerner’s computer, Ways and Means Committee investigators have now learned from interviews that the hard drive of former IRS Exempt Organizations Director Lois Lerner was “scratched,” but data was recoverable.
In fact, in-house professionals at the IRS recommended the Agency seek outside assistance in recovering the data. That information conflicts with a July 18, 2014 court filing by the Agency, which stated the data on the hard drive was unrecoverable – including multiple years’ worth of missing emails. (more…)

"Unaccompanied Alien Children" Transfers To Your Community ? – UAC Research – Where Are The Illegal Aliens and "Unaccompanied Alien Minors" Being Placed ?

Using information within the TAGGS system for Health and Human Services we are able to identify the recipients for Grants specifically designated for “Unaccompanied Alien Children”, or UAC’s.

With that data, a few more search tools, some time and a little more research, we are able to identify the locations of facilities throughout the country where the HHS grants are being directed and the UAC’s are being transferred/housed.   There are essentially two broad types:  Residence Care, and Transitional to Foster Care Services.
illegal alien 5
From the FY 2014 HHS Grants we can identify the communities where direct HHS UAC funds have been sent.    We can identify the specific facility, or the organization supporting the foster care placement.  If you live in, or close to, one of the listed cities below, the UAC’s transfers are already in your community.
It should be noted that where possible we have tried to find out the number of children within the agency unit.   For some it was easy, some were listed on the grants, for others it was not possible.   Some are housed in Juvenile detention camps; some are in hospitals with specifically designated beds and dorms.  A large percentage are/were in transitional housing during placement to foster families, and some appear to have gone directly to foster families as the transition to their permanent family takes place.
We have also included the exact amount of the HHS grant for two reasons.   Number one, so that you can see how much this is costing you, the taxpayer.   However, there is a more valuable secondary reason.   We have identified (through extensive research) that each UAC, each individual, is estimated/evaluated at a HHS cost level of around $40,000 per grant (give or take).   So if you see a grant for $2,325,000 you can divide by $40k and find out that’s about 58 (people) UAC’s in that facility or process for the quarter (3 month period), or time they are being transitioned/processed in that facility or organization. Soccer Balls, Sanctimony and A Billion Dollar Group Called "Baptist Child and Family Services"…

A few days ago we posted some details, and a large dose of opinion, about the latest misguided efforts of Glenn Beck’s “Bold and Sanctimonious Tour” – and a strange thing happened…. few, if any, thought our critical outline was controversial.

It would appear the Patriotic U.S. Sleeping Giant is awake, at least on this issue:

Is it really “charity” when the federal government is using the IRS to collect the “offering”?

What follows below is a little more depth on the issue of “Faith Based” organizations and those receiving federal grants to facilitate illegal immigration.
We have received numerous requests to turn the eye of research into exactly what these organizations are.   Specifically, one group that is continually in the media stories when they describe “faith-based” organizations and subsequent assistance to illegal aliens, or unaccompanied alien children, Baptist Child and Family Services or BCFS.
Faith Based Organizations“.  Has a nice charitable ring to it, no?  At least on the surface it’s a great sounding catch phrase.   Such descriptivism gives the reader or listener the impression of “charity” in some form.    At the very least, as Mr. Teddy Bears and Soccer Balls -Glenn Beck- has recently been espousing, they would seem quite, well, “charitable“.
Alas, not so fast.
kevin dinninAllow us to introduce to you Mr. Kevin Dinnin.
He’s the paid President and CEO of Baptist Child and Family Services Emergency Management Division (BCFS-EMD).  We found him by backtracking the name of the principal officer posted on their 2012 tax filings.
Paid at an annual salary of $477,799+ I might add.
Not a bad gig for himself and rest of the BCFS-EMD leadership and staff who pulled in, and paid  $33,000,000 in wages for 2012.
Yes, that is THIRTY THREE MILLION.   In payroll.
You see, BCFS is two entities.  You have BCFS and BCFS-EMD.

BCFS Health and Human Services’ Emergency Management Division (BCFS EMD) is a non-profit partner of federal, state and local government and private industry. Our organization specializes in emergency management, incident management, disaster response, public health and medical emergency response, mass care, medical sheltering and planning for vulnerable populations.  (link)

Call me crazy but I thought that’s what FEMA was for….. oh well, I digress.
Now, at this point I’d usually link to a bunch of internal publicly available information about BCFS-EMD so you could cruise around and dig in for your own analytical curiosity.   However, a strange thing happened while assembling this research; the site closed down many of the page functions during my assembly….. presto:  “ACCESS DENIED” !
BCFS 2014 access denied
I’ll have to leave it up to you why they did this.   But I can assure you the change in sunlight protocol occurred between the hours of noon on Wednesday 7/16/14 and 11:30pm that same day.   How do I know?  Because for the past two days I’ve been mining data on this organization – and the “Access Denied” only occurred after I had already been assembling the cast of characters and tracking down their tax filings.

Party Smidgen – IRS April Sands: “I don’t understand how anyone but straight white men can vote Republican”

WASHINGTON – House Oversight and Government Reform Committee Chairman Darrell Issa, R-Calif., and Regulatory Affairs Subcommittee Chairman Jim Jordan, R-Ohio, today pressed the Federal Election Commission (FEC) on yet another hard drive crash of an employee who disparaged Republicans and campaigned for President Obama in violation of the Hatch Act, which states that federal employees should not conduct political activities during work hours.

Eric Holder: I'm Not Directing our Use of The Race Card Toward Everybody, only Toward "some people"…

The ridiculous claims by Attorney General Eric Holder are belied by a wide range of diverse aspects;  I’m going to point out two.
First, as Holder admits he plays the race-card directed toward “some people”, not all people.   However, the stupidity of this deflection is inherent when you think of the result as compared to the approach.
Stating he can direct the playing of the race-card, toward specific personages is counter intuitive to the reality that the policy he shields behind it cannot be similarly divided.

You cannot defend legal policy, or the application therein, by saying “fill-in-the-blank people” won’t like this, ergo my policy is subject to attack by racist recipients, without yourself being racist as you consider its construction.
Either the policy stands scrutiny regardless of contingent or coalition or it does not.
If you assemble the legal policy based on the color of the skin carried by the recipient of the policy, then the policy itself is racist.
