D’oh, this is one of those ‘and-they-thought-they-could-get-away-with-it-stories’.  More than three years ago Gawker was in a back-and-forth blistering e-mail conversation with Philippe Reines, Deputy assistant to Hillary Clinton.  Subsequently they (Gawker) submitted a FOIA request to the state dept. for Mr. Reines emails.  The State Department said they didn’t have any of Reines emails.

(Via Mediaite) Two years after claiming they couldn’t find certain emails from a former staffer, the State Department suddenly announced in court that they had found more than 17,000 of them.
The backstory is that back in 2013, Gawker filed a FOIA request for any emails sent from deputy assistant Secretary of State Philippe Reines to employees of 34 media outlets. Reines had something of a reputation of sending extremely confrontational emails to reporters telling them to “f*ck off,” and Gawker no doubt wanted to mine his emails for more gems. (more…)

The GOPe plan is struggling.  Their candidate is in single digits; but not to worry – they’ve got plans, they’ve always had plans.  FAILURE IS NOT AN OPTION.

The Super-PAC that Jeb Bush constructed, well, Jeb and Tom Donohue, and Mitch McConnell and the Wall Street power brokers who planned the entire gig, prior to the announcement of his candidacy, have a plan.
The problem is they’re having to pull the trigger earlier than expected:

DES MOINES, Iowa (AP) — The heavily funded super PAC backing Republican Jeb Bush will spend at least $10 million on television time in the earliest voting presidential primary states, the first salvo in a massive TV ad campaign to support the former Florida governor’s bid for the Republican nomination.
Officials with Right to Rise USA say they will buy time in Iowa, New Hampshire and South Carolina TV markets and on cable television in the three states. Ads are scheduled to begin in Iowa and New Hampshire on Sept. 15, in South Carolina a week later and then run continuously through the end of the year. (link)

Given the history of Clinton debate into the meaning of “is” we can only imagine the level of professional obfuscation that will surround the meaning of : “Classified”, “Secret”, “Top Secret” etc.

(Via Washington Times) While media coverage has focused on a half-dozen of Hillary Rodham Clinton’s personal emails containing sensitive intelligence, the total number of her private emails identified by an ongoing State Department review as having contained classified data has ballooned to 60, officials told The Washington Times.
That figure is current through the end of July and is likely to grow as officials wade through a total of 30,000 work-related emails that passed through her personal email server, officials said. The process is expected to take months. (more…)

Despite video showing Tyrone Harris shooting a handgun in Ferguson, and despite the CCTV video showing Tyrone Harris holding the handgun just prior to the shooting, and despite Alderman Antonio French seeing the shooting, activist Deray McKesson claims Harris, aka “Ty_Da_Shooter”, was not shooting. (Via Daily Caller) – Former Secretary of State Hillary Clinton entrusted her email server to an IT firm that was not cleared to handle classified materials, according to the chief spokesman for the Defense Security Service.
The DSS is an arm of the Defense Department and is the only federal agency authorized to approve private sector company access to sensitive or confidential material.
The agency reviews and approves private contractors to assure they have secure facilities and approves security clearances for employees to clear them for access to sensitive or classified materials.
Since 2013, Clinton used Platte River Networks, a small Denver-based company, to upgrade and maintain her private email server at her home in Chappaqua, New York.
About 13,000 companies have received FCL or facility-wide clearance.  But Platte River is not one of them. (more…)

When you see the words “Clinton” and “Stripper” in a sentence it’s easy to get confused.  However, this example is the other Clinton.
If the labeled “TOP SECRET” information ENTERED the State Department, which it did; and the same labeled “TOP SECRET” information was subsequently sent to Hillary, which it was; then how exactly did the classification of “TOP SECRET” get removed inside her private email system.
WASHINGTON DC – The latest revelations about top secret information traversing Hillary Clinton’s private email server have triggered accusations that someone in her “inner circle” likely stripped the classification markings, illegally.

The claims come after the Clinton campaign stuck to the argument that the Democratic presidential candidate, while secretary of state, never dealt with emails that were “marked” classified at the time.
“Hillary only used her personal account for unclassified email. No information in her emails was marked classified at the time she sent or received them,” campaign Communications Director Jennifer Palmieri said in a statement to supporters Wednesday. (more…)

I never quite understand the position of affording illegal aliens U.S. constitutional rights, when they are illegal to begin with.  Seriously, what makes the protection of U.S. constitutional law applicable to an illegal entrant.
CALIFORNIA – A California toddler fighting for her life Thursday after a brutal beating at the hands of an illegal immigrant with a long criminal record is the latest case to rile California sheriffs and police against a U.S. immigration policy they say is forcing them to release dangerous criminals out on the street.
Francisco Javier Chavez, the live-in boyfriend of the unidentified two-year-old’s mother, is out on bail after being charged in the late July attack, which left the San Luis Obispo County girl with two broken arms, a broken femur, a compressed spine, a urinary tract infection and a fever of 107 degrees. Chavez’s criminal record includes assault and drug convictions and arrests for violent acts including kidnapping, car jacking and cruelty to a child. (more…)

VICTORY !  Last month, a court in California blocked the pro-life group Center for Medical Progress (CMP) from releasing any videos regarding certain meetings of the middleman, StemExpress.
The restraining order did not apply to the Planned Parenthood abortion business or even to StemExpress in its entirety, making it so additional videos were released. However, today a federal judge ruled that StemExpress could not take possession of videos and documents in their battle to block the distribution of videos and documents.
