Donald Trump has proposed an ambitious plan to protect the Southern U.S. border, and deal with the illegal alien crisis. One of the attack approaches of the plan’s detractors is to state there’s no visible payment mechanism. Let’s look at one aspect.

On Page #3 the plan outlines:

Triple the number of ICE officers.
As the President of the ICE Officers’ Council explained in Congressional testimony: “Only approximately 5,000 officers and agents within ICE perform the lion’s share of ICE’s immigration mission…Compare that to the Los Angeles Police Department at approximately 10,000 officers. Approximately 5,000 officers in ICE cover 50 states, Puerto Rico and Guam, and are attempting to enforce immigration law against 11 million illegal aliens already in the interior of the United States. Since 9-11, the U.S. Border Patrol has tripled in size, while ICE’s immigration enforcement arm, Enforcement and Removal Operations (ERO), has remained at relatively the same size.” This will be funded by accepting the recommendation of the Inspector General for Tax Administration and eliminating tax credit payments to illegal immigrants.  (link)

Last week we discussed the illegal alien who bonded out after beating a two-year-old girl near death.  Some people predicted he would skip town and not show up for his court case.  Those people were right, he didn’t.

CALIFORNIA – An illegal immigrant whom the San Luis Obispo County Sheriff’s Office recently let out of jail did not appear Thursday at his first court appearance for the alleged near-fatal beating of a 2-year-old girl.
Francisco Chavez, 27, is accused of nearly beating to death the young daughter of his live-in girlfriend. The two-year-old reportedly suffered a broken leg, two broken arms, a compressed spine, bruises and a urinary tract infection. She was in the hospital with a 107-degree fever days following the beating.
On Thursday, after Chavez failed to appear, Judge Dodie Harman ordered a warrant for his arrest with bail set at $600,000. (more…)

The topic of illegal immigration is a subject we have reviewed, researched and offered possible solutions to be considered for over four years.   In Part ONE we outlined how illegal aliens achieve work in the U.S. and what would be needed to remove the incentive.
Any solution to solving the problem must first understand how the problem of illegal alien employment is supported by U.S. policy.   In our opinion, removing those conflicting employment policies is something that has to be done.

We have now had time to review Donald Trump’s border security and immigration proposals.  Happily, he, and those who advise him, appear to be right over the target.

CALIFORNIA – A man who allegedly attacked a 64-year-old California woman and brutally raped her is an illegal alien from Mexico who has been arrested four times in the past two years.
The victim, Marilyn Pharis, died eight days after the attack, which occurred July 24 while she was asleep in her Santa Maria home. An autopsy is being conducted to help determine if Pharis died as a direct result of the heinous crime.
Victor Aureliano Martinez Ramirez, 29, was arrested shortly after the attack while he was inside another home nearby.
He is charged with attempted murder, first-degree burglary with person present, assault with intent to commit rape, sexual penetration by foreign object and resisting a peace officer, according to the Santa Maria Times. His bond is set at $1 million (read more)

This limo-liberal argument is often seen from Democrats and progressives who consider Latino’s to be worthy of only menial labor jobs.  Progressives are racist at their core – and it was highly visible during the Mitt Romney campaign in 2012; unfortunately, no-one in the Romney Camp was skilled enough to draw out the contrast…

(The Hill) Kelly Osbourne found herself on the receiving end of a deluge of condemnation Tuesday after she made a racially charged comment about Hispanics while attempting to slam Donald Trump for his own racially charged comments about Hispanics.

The former “Fashion Police” host and current “Project Runway Junior” judge was guest co-hosting “The View” on Tuesday morning when she called out the 2016 Republican presidential candidate for his claim that he would win the Hispanic vote despite his controversial remarks on immigration. (more…)

NEWTOWN KANSAS – Taco Bell has fired an employee that left an insensitive remark on an order of an officer and his fiancé. The company apologizes for the worker’s behavior and says they’re moving forward to correct the situation.

Jeff Graves, senior director of operations for Taco Bell, said the worker was let go from the job. The worker wrote “PIG” on to-go orders for the couple Saturday night in Newton. (more…)

(Via Gateway Pundit) An admitted illegal alien from Mexico confessed to a crime spree in Ohio on Monday when in a matter of hours he tried to rape his 14-year-old niece in a park, shot and wounded a mother walking a bike path with her children, shot a woman to death in her home and fired his gun at police when they tried to capture him, according to police. In order to tackle the U.S. Illegal Immigration issues, even broadly, a person must first change their paradigms and understand the root issues which create the crisis.

Before you can reasonably present a solution to the problem, you must first understand the problem. Understanding how illegal aliens work in the U.S. is step one toward understanding what proposed solutions would/could work, and which are mere political talking points.  Here’s the stuff the professional political class don’t want you to know.

Most people think of illegal alien workers as farm workers or employed by small service businesses. While there is some validity to the precept, the vast majority of illegal aliens actually find it easier to gain employment in large organizational businesses. When you understand labor law, you understand why this is the case.

Every entity that hires people is potentially at risk for audit or inspection from the EEOC (Equal Employment Opportunity Commission) within their regional jurisdiction. The EEOC responds to hiring practice complaints from a perspective of insuring equal employment opportunity. As we’ll show, the rules of the EEOC are in direct contradiction with Immigration and Naturalization Service (INS) immigration laws. (more…)
