SANFORD  FLORIDA —   Attorneys for George Zimmerman’s wife, Shellie Zimmerman, have deferred a hearing that was supposed to take place Wednesday. Instead, a status conference on her upcoming trial will be held next week.
Shellie Zimmerman is facing perjury charges for lying in court about how much money the couple had during a bond hearing for her husband. Her perjury case was put on hold until after her husband’s murder trial.  [… because it is ridiculous /SD]
Those expected to testify at her upcoming trial include George’s sister, a court reporter and investigators from the state attorney’s office.  (link)

Interesting and VERY comprehensive construction of the George Zimmerman story by a South African Journalist –  James Myburgh.   A “mere snippet” reflects:

The Trayvon Martin story is a case study in how, even in the modern day, an advanced industrialised democracy can completely lose its senses; and how difficult it is for it to then recover them. In this particular matter a whole society seemingly fixed its mind on the one object of having George Zimmerman arrested, convicted and sent to jail for life, in reckless disregard of the evidence and the law. The search for truth is a journey.   Along the journey you must continually check your position to insure you are following a path of non-agenda. 

Yes, that also means you must check, in addition to your heading, the placement of your feet to insure you are not following a misguided path built by others.   Those pathway stones are laid afore you by people ‘with’ an agenda.  They are generally unknown to you, and very good at non-visibility, because that is their skill set.
Professional deceivers.
We have become very good at spotting them, and predicting where they are headed next.
With that in mind, we do not need, nor do we want,  emails from people, organizations, and/or person(s) apologizing for their previous criticism as they recognize in hindsight the fingerprints upon the stonework.  Regardless of the construct therein, it  matters not. (more…)

Perhaps people already knew this and I’m the first to catch on to the obvious.
When Rene Stutzman, a reporter for The Orlando Sentinel, informed me about the editorial board deciding “what” content would be “permitted to be discussed”, within the Trayvon Martin reporting of her newspaper, I had no idea the Senior Vice-President / Director of Content was African American.
Nor did I know the editor she was talking about, Mark Russell, was also African American.
It just never crossed my mind to ask.

Now I see two articles (here and here), discussing who was actually behind those decisions she was speaking toward, it all begins to make sense.
The editor in charge of the Sentinel was Mark Russell. Obviously, based on the extreme position taken by the editor and shared with me via Stutzman, the position was such that no aspect of Trayvon Martin’s background would be covered by the paper.  It was clearly a racial position.
A position amplified by the fact the Director of Content, Avido Khahaifa, would also be the key decision maker, and who was/is also demanding his reporters filter the news on the basis of race first.
Now it all makes sense. (more…)

(Miami Herald – Written by Jay Weaver)  The parents of Trayvon Martin and their lawyer met with Justice Department prosecutors and FBI agents at the U.S. attorney’s office in Miami Wednesday to discuss the status of a criminal civil-rights investigation into the fatal shooting of their teen-age son last year.
The federal investigation, which was opened while George Zimmerman faced prosecution for the death of the 17-year-old, gained renewed interest last month after Zimmerman was acquitted in state court of Martin’s killing in a Sanford gated community.
Prosecutors with the Justice Department’s criminal civil-rights section and FBI agents from Central Florida met with the late teen’s parents, Sybrina Fulton and Tracy Martin, and their attorney, Benjamin Crump, to bring the family up to speed, according to sources familiar with the meeting. The more people and the media prop up Trayvon Martin as the symbol of black America;  The more those same people, and media, degrade and devalue all black Americans.

There is definitely a major feeling of discomfort now from both ABC News and B29’s Attorney, David M Chico, about being questioned.   They are deleting tweet questions, not answering phone calls, and in essence hiding from the recent discovery that Chico was the State Prosecuting attorney in the 2005 Zimmerman case, and ABC knew but did not reveal to audience.

Justice099 was one of the first Treepers yesterday, and again today, to point out that each version of the ABC interview with B29 is highly edited to put her recorded answers behind completely differing questions.

Now ABC is being called out by a far left of center media enterprise, Slate.Com.  They too note not only the high editing, but also the construct of the edits themselves to make it appear that Juror B29 said things she absolutely did not say:

ABC News hasn’t posted a full unedited video or transcript of the interview. The video that has been broadcast—on World News Tonight, Nightline, and Good Morning America—has been cut and spliced in different ways, often so artfully that the transitions appear continuous. So beware what you’re seeing. But the video that’s available already shows, on closer inspection, that Maddy has been manipulated and misrepresented. Here are the key points.  (link)
