With mounting evidence of election fraud now visible, members of the Pennsylvania legislature have drafted a joint resolution [SEE HERE] to overturn election results, reverse the previous state certification, and the sponsors promise they will take it to the Supreme Court if necessary.
Declaring the results of statewide electoral contests in the 2020 General Election to be in dispute.
WHEREAS, Article I, Section 4, Clause 1 of the United States Constitution empowers state legislatures, including the General Assembly of the Commonwealth of Pennsylvania, to prescribe the “Times, Places, and Manner” of conducting elections; and
WHEREAS, Article II, Section 1, Clause 2 of the United States Constitution empowers state legislatures, including the General Assembly of the Commonwealth of Pennsylvania, to direct the manner of appointing electors for President and Vice President of the United States; and
Separate and distinct from ballot fraud and manipulation, Matt Braynard digs into the discoveries from the “Voter Integrity Project” review of the public 2020 election data.
The Voter Integrity Project focused on ballot and election result issues that are determined from statistics of quantifiable voters, actual people voting. Rudy Giuliani appears on Lou Dobbs tonight to discuss the testimony to the Pennsylvania legislature along with updates on several key state investigation of fraud. One of the top-line notes in Pennsylvania is the sum total of all “Mail-in” ballots sent to voters was 1.8 million; however, election officials are reporting that 2.5 million were returned.
Commonwealth Judge Patricia McCullough issued an injunction [pdf available here] against certification of the 2020 presidential race pending a hearing scheduled for Friday. The judge’s decision also blocks the certification of all the other election results.
McCullough is presiding over a lawsuit brought by Republican lawmakers and candidates against the Commonwealth of Pennsylvania, Democratic Gov. Tom Wolf, Secretary of State Kathy Boockvar, and the Pennsylvania General Assembly.
