Perhaps, just perhaps, through the Bergdahl release, people will begin to see the intentional deception the Obama Administration brought not only to the body politic, but also to the military.

•  2011 President Obama going to War in Libya, then staying there beyond the legally authorized (War Powers Act 30 days), defying his own office of legal counsel by not notifying congress or requesting authorization.

•  2014 President Obama entering a prisoner exchange agreement, without notifying congress, the intelligence committee, or House/Senate Leadership, within the legally mandated 30 days, or requesting authorization.

A pro-Taliban website has published a video that claims to show Taliban detainees arriving in Qatar after being released from Guantanamo Bay as part of a prisoner exchange.

In the footage, released by nunn.asia, a group of men wearing traditional Muslim dress gather on a roadside in what is said to be Qatar. The five men, who were switched for U.S. Army Sgt. Bowe Bergdahl, were to be sent to Qatar where they will remain for at least a year.

When the former prisoners – it’s not clear if all of them are present or just a few – pull up in a convoy of black SUVs, they receive a warm reception, with lots of hugs from the awaiting, clearly jubilant, supporters.

There is no American presence in sight. (read more)

It should be contemplated the White House position, when trying to get the GITMO detainees moved to -and tried in- New York federal court, was that we were not at war, these were not enemy combatants – they were terrorists and the DOJ was the agency to prosecute them and not a Military Court at GITMO.

Remember that !  Because what you are about to hear in 2014 is 180° in exactly the opposite direction.    You can’t logically call them “terrorists” and NOT enemies of war in 2010, and then turn around in 2014 and claim they are prisoners of a war and not terrorists.

Well, actually you can do that, but only so long as the media don’t call you out on it.  Do you think they will?   Think about it…… then watch.

FRANCE – A Frenchman [Mehdi Nemmouche – pictured left] with suspected ties to Islamic extremists in Syria has been arrested over last week’s shooting at the Jewish Museum in Brussels that left four people dead, according to sources linked to the investigation.

The 29-year-old suspect was arrested Friday in the southern French city of Marseille, the sources told the AFP news agency.

He was detained by customs officials at the city’s coach station on board a bus arriving from Amsterdam via Brussels and was found carrying a Kalashnikov automatic rifle and a gun with ammunition in his luggage, as well as a miniature video camera.

He has been detained on suspicion of murder and attempted murder in connection with a terrorist enterprise, a judicial source said. (more…)

WASHINGTON (AP) — Two Republican lawmakers on Saturday accused President Barack Obama of breaking the law by approving the release of five Afghan detainees held at Guantanamo Bay, Cuba, in exchange for a U.S. soldier believed held by Islamist insurgents for five years.

The White House agreed that actions were taken in spite of legal requirements and cited “unique and exigent circumstances” as justification.

Sgt. Bowe Bergdahl, 28, of Hailey, Idaho, was handed over to U.S. special operations forces by the Taliban. In return, five Afghans who were held at a U.S. detention facility in Cuba were released to the custody of the government of Qatar, which served as a go-between in negotiations for the trade. A Sudanese woman facing down a death sentence for marrying a Christian will be freed, it has been reported.

Meriam Ibrahim, who gave birth in prison this week, was sentenced to death for abandoning Islam, but is now set to be released in a matter of days.

There is a specific reason why we draw bold attention to the ignored events the media are paralyzed to present around controversial issues.

To say that all blacks are inherently predisposed to violence, mayhem or {fill in the blank} is patently absurd.   Nor is such a foundational principle for us discussing or outlining events which circulate the ignored media narratives of the day.

Yet it is impossible to remove the racial componentry from some issues as they present themselves to be.   It is exactly because the Main Stream Media believe you must separate out the racial or Islamic ideological componentry they are forced to ignore many of the issues and events which surround modern society.    It’s called “willful blindness’.

The media end up having to ignore stories because their inherent predisposition precludes them from discussing *any* event which draws along racial or ideological boundaries.  Unless those events surround common Fabian antagonistic issues such as: Free Markets, Individual Liberty, and Christianity.

This willful blindness or  misplaced “ignoring” is exactly the source of the reason why we do not differentiate in stories we present.

However, that’s not to say we don’t differentiate between the larger group who behave in an appropriate manner, and the sub-set which take full advantage of the forced silence and hide within the majority.    We most certainly do.

CAIR is to radical Islam what the NAACP is to unlawful black violence.   Both groups hide behind advocacy while creating an environment without accountability for the radical element within their association. (more…)

(Via ABC)  The baby girl born to a woman sentenced to hang in Sudan for marrying a Christian American citizen met her father for the first time — a moment that was captured in a bittersweet photo.

Daniel Wani, an American citizen who lives in New Hampshire, held his daughter, Maya, in his arms as she rested peacefully days after being born at a Sudanese prison earlier this week.

The moment of joy was tempered by sorrow because her mother, Meriam Yehya Ibrahim Ishag, has been sentenced to flogging and a death by hanging by a Sudanese court for marrying Wani. The flogging and the death penalty had been delayed until after she gave birth. (more…)
