CALIFORNIA – […] At a news conference announcing murder charges against Jose Villagomez and undocumented immigrant Victor Martinez, Santa Maria Police Chief Ralph Martin decried two state laws and also national immigration policy he says have handcuffed local law enforcement.

“I think this is a national issue,” said Chief Martin. “I think it starts in Washington D.C. with this administration that we see and their policies. I think you can draw a direct line over to Sacramento with the policies of… I’m going to say this governor and the legislature.”
“We’ve seen AB 109 pass. We’ve seen Prop 47 pass. And I am not remiss to say that, from Washington D.C. to Sacramento, there is a blood trail into the bedroom of Marilyn Pharis.” (more…)
CALIFORNIA – A man who allegedly attacked a 64-year-old California woman and brutally raped her is an illegal alien from Mexico who has been arrested four times in the past two years.
The victim, Marilyn Pharis, died eight days after the attack, which occurred July 24 while she was asleep in her Santa Maria home. An autopsy is being conducted to help determine if Pharis died as a direct result of the heinous crime.
Victor Aureliano Martinez Ramirez, 29, was arrested shortly after the attack while he was inside another home nearby.
He is charged with attempted murder, first-degree burglary with person present, assault with intent to commit rape, sexual penetration by foreign object and resisting a peace officer, according to the Santa Maria Times. His bond is set at $1 million (read more)
Because Latino’s can only be toilet washers or something.
This limo-liberal argument is often seen from Democrats and progressives who consider Latino’s to be worthy of only menial labor jobs. Progressives are racist at their core – and it was highly visible during the Mitt Romney campaign in 2012; unfortunately, no-one in the Romney Camp was skilled enough to draw out the contrast…
(The Hill) Kelly Osbourne found herself on the receiving end of a deluge of condemnation Tuesday after she made a racially charged comment about Hispanics while attempting to slam Donald Trump for his own racially charged comments about Hispanics.
The former “Fashion Police” host and current “Project Runway Junior” judge was guest co-hosting “The View” on Tuesday morning when she called out the 2016 Republican presidential candidate for his claim that he would win the Hispanic vote despite his controversial remarks on immigration. (more…)
SAN FRANCISCO – […] The source said the boy lured Madyson to his third-floor apartment at the Tannery Arts Center at 1050 River St. on Sunday afternoon with promises of ice cream, then subdued her from behind, sexually assaulted her and strangled her before dumping her body in a recycling bin in a first-floor garage of the complex.
[…] Madyson was sexually assaulted, strangled and also suffered trauma to the head, the source said.
As for a motive, the boy told police that he had been considering suicide and that he had wanted to see how people would react by killing the girl, the source said.

(Via Gateway Pundit) An admitted illegal alien from Mexico confessed to a crime spree in Ohio on Monday when in a matter of hours he tried to rape his 14-year-old niece in a park, shot and wounded a mother walking a bike path with her children, shot a woman to death in her home and fired his gun at police when they tried to capture him, according to police. “Razo could not produce a driver’s license, a green card, a birth certificate nor any kind of identification.
“”How in the hell do I even know it’s him?” (Judge Michael) Cicconetti said loudly.
“When Cicconetti heard what the further charges were likely to be, he remarked “I can’t set a bond high enough” and set it at $10 million. (read full outline)
In order to tackle the U.S. Illegal Immigration issues, even broadly, a person must first change their paradigms and understand the root issues which create the crisis.
Before you can reasonably present a solution to the problem, you must first understand the problem. Understanding how illegal aliens work in the U.S. is step one toward understanding what proposed solutions would/could work, and which are mere political talking points. Here’s the stuff the professional political class don’t want you to know.
Most people think of illegal alien workers as farm workers or employed by small service businesses. While there is some validity to the precept, the vast majority of illegal aliens actually find it easier to gain employment in large organizational businesses. When you understand labor law, you understand why this is the case.
Every entity that hires people is potentially at risk for audit or inspection from the EEOC (Equal Employment Opportunity Commission) within their regional jurisdiction. The EEOC responds to hiring practice complaints from a perspective of insuring equal employment opportunity. As we’ll show, the rules of the EEOC are in direct contradiction with Immigration and Naturalization Service (INS) immigration laws. (more…)
Border walls won’t work, they say. We don’t need a fence, they say. It only takes electronic surveillance, they say. We can secure the border with enhanced electronic monitoring, they say. Well here’s a clear $360,000,000.00 chink in that argument…..
Oh, and they want to waste $443 million more – (via Judicial Watch) Drones used by the Department of Homeland Security (DHS) to “guard” the U.S. border for nearly a decade are ineffective even though the agency has blown hundreds of millions of dollars on the failed program and wants Congress to keep funding it.
It’s yet another example of what government does best; waste money. In this case the frontline DHS agency—U.S. Customs and Border Patrol (CBP)—that operates the Unmanned Aerial Vehicles (UAC) is actually requesting more money from Congress to keep the futile drone experiment going. Imagine a private business that for years blew huge sums on a failed enterprise asking investors to pour more cash into the same useless project. (more…)

The AFL-CIO, Rick Perry, The White House, Democrats, Progressives and the Professionally Republican, all Fear The Donald !!
His passport requires no photograph; He once went to the psychic, to warn her; It is said he won a staring contest with his own reflection; Sharks have a week dedicated to him; His business card simply says “I’ll Call You”; He had an awkward moment, on purpose, just to see how it felt; Mosquitoes refuse to bite him purely out of respect….
J Christian Adams and Thomas Lifson are two of my favorite reads for understandable context behind complex issues.
(Via J Christian Adams) The murder of Kathryn Steinle on the Embarcadero in San Francisco by an illegal alien is the most familiar example of a crime committed by an alien. But an unreleased internal report by the Texas Department of Public Safety reveals that aliens have been involved in thousands of crimes in Texas alone, including nearly 3,000 homicides.
PJ Media obtained an never-before-released copy of a Texas DPS report on human smuggling containing the numbers of crimes committed by aliens in Texas. According to the analysis conducted by the Texas Department of Public Safety, foreign aliens committed 611,234 unique crimes in Texas from 2008 to 2014, including thousands of homicides and sexual assaults.
The report describes an alien crime wave of staggering proportions exacerbated by Federal officials unwilling to enforce immigration laws. (more…)
Donald Trump announces he has been invited by the Border Patrol in Texas to visit the border region. Immediately former Texas governor, and U.S. presidential candidate, Rick Perry erupts in fury against Trump. Disconnected? Of course not.
Rick Perry is a one percent polling presidential candidate who has surged to a whopping 3% by added the optic of nerdy smart glasses to his presidential candidacy in a transparent effort to improve public opinion of his intellect; but his Achilles heel is, and will always be, illegal immigration.
Donald Trump has exposed the weakness within the GOP on the subject of immigration, illegal aliens and border security. Despite his protestation to the contrary, Rick Perry did little to change the Texas/Mexico lawless border; and, as evidenced by his own Texas crime statistics, had over 600,000 violent, felonious alien criminal arrests in just the last three years while he was governor.
Perry knows the appearance of Trump in his home turf, talking about the illegal alien problem, and promising to build a border wall as president, has all the potential makings of the last nail in the Perry-as-candidate coffin. Rick Perry doesn’t believe a wall or fence will work – because Rick Perry doesn’t believe that buckets can hold water. (more…)
