The exploitation of children from Central America and Mexico reached a peak of crisis during the Unaccompanied Alien Children (UAC) influx in 2014/2015. Many people might be familiar with the 2013/2014/2015 “Unaccompanied Alien Children” (UAC) crisis which stemmed from a specific President Obama policy/construct to allow a massive influx of Central American migrants to enter the U.S.
Additionally, despite most media reports to the contrary, a considerable number of those UAC’s were teen and young gang members from South America, including MS-13 members. The aliens were granted entry by the Obama administration, supported by false assertions of refugee status and shipped to various regional locales.
Following the 2016 election President Trump, DHS and HHS officials put stringent rules in place for unaccompanied children who arrived at the border. One of the consistent concerns was: ‘who would these children be released to‘, as exploitation of vulnerable children including sex trafficking, child labor and human slavery was a problem.
The JoeBama administration is now returning to the prior policy of allowing non-familial custody of children who crossed the border. Even going so far as to no longer require background checks on the sponsors claiming custody. Suffice to say with the increase in sex-trafficking and exploitation, this is policy is alarming in the extreme.
According to Reuters JoeBama is now looking at housing children on military bases until they can be transferred into the custody of unknown and unverified entities who are claiming to take charge of the minor children.

Former Director of National Intelligence, John Ratcliffe, appears on Sunday Morning Futures with Maria Bartiromo to discuss HR1 and the escalating border crisis.
Ratcliffe rightly notes the policies of President Trump had stopped the border crisis. U.S. agreements with Central American nations along with diplomatic terms with Mexico were working and the influx of illegal immigrants was essentially halted. However, as Biden has reversed all of the Trump policies the explosion of the border crisis is entirely his responsibility. “Biden has created the current border crisis, and Biden owns the current border crisis.”
Additionally, Ratcliffe discusses how the FBI held back information about domestic issues prior to January 6, 2021, in what seems like a purposeful effort to create the problems in Washington DC. Earlier today President Donald J Trump released a statement about the border crisis that JoeBama has created.
“Our border is now totally out of control thanks to the disastrous leadership of Joe Biden. Our great Border Patrol and ICE agents have been disrespected, demeaned, and mocked by the Biden Administration. A mass incursion into the country by people who should not be here is happening on an hourly basis, getting worse by the minute. Many have criminal records, and many others have and are spreading covid. Interior enforcement has been shut down—criminals that were once promptly removed by our Administration are now being released back onto the street to commit heinous and violent crimes. ICE officers are desperate to remove these convicted criminals, but Biden won’t let them.
The spiraling tsunami at the border is overwhelming local communities, depleting budgets, crowding hospitals, and taking jobs from legal American workers. When I left office, we had achieved the most secure border in our country’s history. Under Biden, it will soon be worse, more dangerous, and more out of control than ever before. Axios – Fresh internal documents from the Department of Health and Human Services show how quickly the number of child migrants crossing the border is overwhelming the administration’s stretched resources.
Driving the news: In the week ending March 1, the Border Patrol referred to HHS custody an average of 321 children per day, according to documents obtained by Axios. That’s up from a weekly average of 203 in late January and early February — and just 47 per day during the first week of January (read more).
Considering the scale of the JoeBama administration pushing panic amid their useful exploit of the rona, their releasing of illegal aliens with COVID is a bit rich.
TEXAS – More than 100 illegal immigrants who tested positive for the coronavirus — after their arrival in Texas since late January — have been released by the Border Patrol into the Lone Star State and are free to travel to other parts of the US, according to reports.
Felipe Romero, a spokesman for the border city of Brownsville, told Fox News that they are telling the migrants who tested positive to follow Centers for Disease Control and Prevention guidelines to quarantine and maintain social distance, but that Brownsville doesn’t have the authority to stop them from traveling to the rest of the country.
He said the 108 positives account for 6.3 percent of the total migrants who received rapid tests at the city’s main bus terminal, a program that began on Jan. 25. (read more)
U.S. District Judge Drew Tipton, Southern District of Texas, has blocked a Biden executive action which was intended to pause deportations for 100 days. “This preliminary injunction is granted on a nationwide basis and prohibits enforcement and implementation of the [100-day pause] in every place Defendants have jurisdiction to enforce and implement the January 20 Memorandum,” Tipton wrote.
The lawsuit was brought by the state of Texas who argued the Biden executive action to stop deportation was creating an undue financial burden on the state, and the order violated administrative procedures and laws for the role of deportation in enforcement.
TEXAS – […] The order represents a setback to Biden’s immigration agenda, which is largely focused on undoing Trump’s immigration legacy and securing an overhaul to the U.S. immigration system.
Tipton found that Texas had proved the 100-day deportation pause would threaten the state with financial harm — and that the moratorium, as rolled out, violated administrative laws and procedures.
