Black Teen Mob violence in Seattle: described by media as “seemingly random”, Police do nothing.

Dateline:  Seattle, WA

Throughout America, black teens run wild; police refuse to “serve and protect”, media not interested in analyzing any potential “trends” or identifying the violence as targeted and racially motivated “hate crimes”.

Teens randomly attacking people on Rainier Ave.

An hour earlier police said the same teens ransacked and terrorized customers at a  Rite Aid off Rainier.  Seattle police said officers aware of problems in the area but are not doing any special patrols.

In fact, the Ethiopian church’s pastor said the police didn’t even ask them for their surveillance video.

A copy of the police report *briefly* flashed on the screen during the TV report confirms that the perps are all black males and females, and the victims white, but the news media does not once mention race, just “teens” committing “seemingly random” attacks.  The media did not find it important to note that the surrounding area (Rainier Valley) is 83% non-white; but the victims are overwhelmingly white, however, they did express that the neighborhood “doesn’t have the best reputation”.

A black woman interviewed is dismissive, chalking the mob assaults up to “teen peer pressure” (Oh! well, okay then! Moving on ….)

You know what is needed?  A “renewed commitment $$$$$$$$$$$$$$$ ….”  /s/

More Linguistic Judo – New York Governor Cuomo Tries To Say He Didn’t Say What You Heard Him Say – Also, According to Cuomo the only acceptable Republicans in New York are those who vote to support his agenda…

The arrogance within this is actually quite astounding; even for New York.

New York Governor Andrew Cuomo is now trying to walk back his words from an earlier radio interview by doubling down on stupid.   First here’s the interview segment in question:

(Transcript)  Their problem is not me and democrats, their problem is themselves. Who are they? Are they these extreme conservatives, who are right to life, pro assault weapon, anti-gay, is that who they are? Because if that is who they are, and if they are the extreme conservatives, they have no place in the state of New York. Because that is not who New Yorkers are.    Moderate republicans like in the Senate right now and control the senate, Moderate republicans have a place in this state.

Facing backlash the Office of Andrew Cuomo issued an open letter to dispute assertions that he said “extreme conservatives have no place in New York because that is not who New Yorkers are”.   Cuomo claims this was inaccurately taken out of context. (more…)

Battle Of The Branches – Judicial VS Executive – Supreme Court Justice Scalia Rips Obama’s Abuse of Executive Power During Oral Arguments On Illegal Recess Appointments…

The Supremes 2012

SUPREME COURT – Justice Antonin Scalia on Monday tore into President Barack Obama’s use of recess appointments to staff government agencies when the Senate is unofficially on recess.

During oral arguments, Scalia shot back at an argument by U.S. Solicitor General Donald Verrilli that the Constitution’s recess appointments clause is ambiguous enough to validate Obama’s temporary appointments.

“It’s been assumed to be ambiguous by self-interested presidents,” Scalia said, to “oohs” and laughs in the court room.

Scalia argued emphatically that the text of the Constitution does not permit presidents to appoint individuals to government agencies during pro forma sessions — when the Senate technically gavels in and out to fulfill a constitutional requirement, but does not conduct any business. He suggested the power ought to be restricted to official recesses. (more…)

Dead Fish Rebuked: Judge rules Chicago Gun Sales Ban Unconstitutional

CHICAGO (Reuters) – Business Insider reports:

A Chicago ban on gun sales within the city, aimed at reducing gun violence, is unconstitutional because it goes too far in barring buyers and dealers from engaging in lawful sales, a federal judge ruled on Monday.

U.S. District Judge Edmond E. Chang found that the U.S. Constitution’s protection of the right to keep and bear arms must include the right to acquire them, within limits.

The Judge stayed his ruling, however, giving the city until Monday to decide on how to respond.  It is expected that Mayor Emmanuel will direct the city to appeal.

The City claims that gun control is necessary to control gun violence; however, the majority of guns taken from criminals within the city were made using “straw man” purchases in neighboring counties – in and of itself, a “crime”.

The blog heyjackass continues to track gun violence in the Windy City, which shows no sign of slowing down.

Understanding The Origin Of The Arab Spring…

The origin of the Arab Spring did not begin on December 17th, 2010 in Tunisia with the self-immolation Mohamed Bouazizi.

Bouazizi’s decision to douse himself with gasoline and light himself on fire was an outcome of an economic and social reality in Tunisia at a very specific moment in time – the origin for that event happened many years earlier in Europe.

Understanding the earlier origin helps to set the stage to understand Libya in 2011,  the rise of al-Qaeda, and Obama’s short-sighted folly leading NATO intervention.

A basic tenet of humanity is freedom, a natural yearning to be free.  To be able to move, decide, act and strive, is as natural as the flow of water through the path of least resistance.

When Europe formed a collective Union there were multiple political, social, and socio-economic factors which aligned to create an environment where the formation was constructed.

A tireless movement of Fabian Socialists with a history of long-term strategy were behind the rise of the EU as a collective union.  (more…)

Unring the Bell? Too late for that. Understanding how the NSA activities impacts YOU.

“It is not an easy task to unring a bell, nor to remove from the mind an impression once firmly imprinted there*”

A bell rung can never be unrung.

I’m not anti-government …. I’m just pro Freedom”.

-Ladar Levison, (the founder of secure email provider Lavabit, facing a court case because he closed his company rather than hand over encryption keys) interviewed in the interactive UK Guardian piece published November, 2013

Whether or not you think Snowden was a traitor or a hero; the fact remains that “the bell can not be unrung”.

Heroes walk among us …. Patriots You Need to Know

They are not just inside the gates… they are unwelcome and unannounced intruders in our homes …. the time to wake up and respond has arrived.

Jacob Appelbaum is a US citizen and core member of TOR project (funded originally to provide internet communication security).  He writes open source software, is an independent security software developer, activist hacker and passionate resister to tyranny.
He has stated in past interviews that he believes “personal privacy and institutional transparency are complementary ideas that help to create a free and open society …..Tor is part of an ecosystem of software that helps people regain and reclaim their autonomy. It helps to enable people to have agency of all kinds; it helps others to help each other and it helps you to help yourself. It runs, it is open and it is supported by a large community spread across all walks of life.”
Appelbaum eloquently discusses warrantless or “open writ” dragnet surveillance as “turnkey tyranny” and posits that the black budget agencies that engage in such surveillance are violating the 3rd Amendment Rights of US Citizens, likening the actions of the NSA to de facto “digital soldiers” being quartered in our homes without our knowledge or permission. New Jersey Horror: Doctor's adopted son kills sibling … shocked, family doesn't "know what sparked.."

A well known and generous doctor, father to twelve children (three of the twelve are adopted), is devastated over the violent murder of his adopted daughter, by a younger adopted sibling.  The young woman was stabbed to death multiple times in front of other siblings in the kitchen of the family’s Washington Township, New Jersey home.
The alleged murderer, 17, is in police custody, charged with murder with a determination to be made by prosecutors within 30 days on whether or not to charge him as an adult.
The family is naturally – devastated – and grapples to understand what went so terribly wrong in what they describe as their “loving, close-knit family…..”

"Squishy Truth" and "Selfie Generations"

rush-limbaughRUSH LIMBAUGH […]  Now, last year, before HealthCare.gov opened for business, the Regime said they needed seven million before the end of the year, before this day. They needed seven million, and over the weekend they were doing hoops and making dances and having parties because they claimed that the corner had been turned and 2.1 million people had signed up.
So somebody said, “Well, wait, you said you needed seven million,” and they’re saying, “No, we didn’t,” but they did.  It’s on tape, it’s in print, but they’re just denying it.  “We didn’t say seven million! Nobody ever said seven million,” and in a political sense, the Republicans don’t know what to do with this.  Do you know how to deal with a liar?  It is a challenging thing to deal with a liar. But these people, this is a political party that just lies as a matter of course.
The problem with it is that the impressionable low-information people who vote for them believe all these lies, and then they create lives, circumstances, based on a series of lies.  And then standards begin to crumble, and then promises mean nothing, and then honor and integrity come to mean nothing, and then standards don’t exist.  And then there’s nothing accountable and nothing anybody can depend on.  So there aren’t any guardrails — and that’s where we are, in many ways, in our culture.  (more…)

Liberalism is Flailing And The Media Help To Identify Their Position

The progressive mantra of modern liberalism is flailing miserably everywhere you look and the media protestations of a “Do Nothing Congress” are flares shooting up from their encampments identifying exactly where they reside.

All around us are signs the various liberalist causes are visibly in the minority.   The odd thing is how willing the progressives are to out their failing positions.    Against the liberal yard-stick of emotional legislative advancement, which is diametrically antithetical to freedom, the media are proclaiming congress as failed.
However, when you consider that stopping intrusion by government into your life is a central tenant of freedom this congress is the most successful in a decade.
Coast to coast people are showing their pushback against the nanny state.    People are rising up, or using their TV remotes, or tuning their car radios, or expressing their voice, to reflect an ideology of freedom in opposition to the current federal administration and the beliefs they visibly represent.
