WHITE HOUSE – Top White House officials had an hour-long meeting with a group of scholars and activists calling for the inclusion of girls of color in President Obama’s signature racial justice program known as My Brother’s Keeper.
The meeting included the Rev. Al Sharpton, who has championed MBK, and top activists and academics who signed a letter criticizing the initiative for focusing on boys and young men of color without a corollary for girls of color.
Sharpton, reached via e-mail, described the meeting as “constructive.”
A White House official sent She The People this readout from the meeting: (more…)
Harry Reid declares unequivocally (@:50) “The border is secure”…
….. Pay no attention to the man behind the curtain…. move along, move along, nothing to see here folks…. Look at the cute squirrels playing bocce ball behind the camera man. “Secure border” folks, “Secure Border”….. “S-E-C-U-R-E B-O-R-D-E-R”.. Yessireee!

“The Border Is Secure”…
Here we go again. Remember the debates in congress about the definition of “is” ?
(Via The Blaze) […] A source with direct knowledge of the situation confirmed to TheBlaze on Monday that Bergin has, in fact, been suspended over his remarks about the black community and may end up being fired. The source said Bergin was asked not to come in Monday and Tuesday as the news station figures out how to handle the situation.
News 12, a network of news stations serving various areas mostly in New York and New Jersey, did not return messages left by TheBlaze on Monday.
Here’s what Bergin said on the air (the politically incorrect part is around @2:00):
“We were besieged, flooded with calls from police officers furious that we would give media coverage to the life of a cop killer. It’s understandable. We decided to air it because it’s important to shine a light on the anti-cop mentality that has so contaminated America’s inner cities. This same, sick, perverse line of thinking is evident from Jersey City, to Newark and Patterson to Trenton.”
“It has made the police officer’s job impossible and it has got to stop. The underlying cause of all of this, of course: young black men growing up without fathers. Unfortunately, no one in the news media has the courage to touch that subject.” (link for more)
And that moment of brutal honesty cost him his job. But Eric Holder says “we’re a nation of cowards” when it comes to race. Gee, go figure, I wonder why..

WASHINGTON – House Oversight and Government Reform Committee Chairman Darrell Issa, R-Calif., and Regulatory Affairs Subcommittee Chairman Jim Jordan, R-Ohio, today pressed the Federal Election Commission (FEC) on yet another hard drive crash of an employee who disparaged Republicans and campaigned for President Obama in violation of the Hatch Act, which states that federal employees should not conduct political activities during work hours.

Eric Holder: I'm Not Directing our Use of The Race Card Toward Everybody, only Toward "some people"…
The ridiculous claims by Attorney General Eric Holder are belied by a wide range of diverse aspects; I’m going to point out two.
First, as Holder admits he plays the race-card directed toward “some people”, not all people. However, the stupidity of this deflection is inherent when you think of the result as compared to the approach.
Stating he can direct the playing of the race-card, toward specific personages is counter intuitive to the reality that the policy he shields behind it cannot be similarly divided.
You cannot defend legal policy, or the application therein, by saying “fill-in-the-blank people” won’t like this, ergo my policy is subject to attack by racist recipients, without yourself being racist as you consider its construction.
Either the policy stands scrutiny regardless of contingent or coalition or it does not.
If you assemble the legal policy based on the color of the skin carried by the recipient of the policy, then the policy itself is racist.

Several key empirical facts do not lend credibility to the White House claim of a “surprise crisis”.
Actually quite the opposite – But to really absorb the issue we must analyze current year events through the reality of prior events; we must look into the way-back machine. To that end we have read the entirety of:
- A March 2014 Final Report from the National Center For Border Security – HERE
- A June 2014 (Declassified) Intelligence Report on UAC’s and Central America – HERE
- A June 2014 Congressional Research Report analyzing the prior four years of Central American UAC’s (Unaccompanied Alien Children) – HERE
- A July 2014 internal White House and Dept. Of Homeland Security communique outlining the UAC crisis. – HERE
- A January 2014 DHS and HHS Summary of UAC directives to include Contract Needs – HERE
Because these reports are so critical to the full understanding we have also embedded them in their pdf. entirety near the end of the timeline:
April 2009 – After a Mid-East trip to Egypt to deliver his Cairo speech, President Barack Obama travels to South America for the “Summit of the Americas“. The summit included thirty-four South American countries. Obama wanted to promote his point that relations in North and South America can be heavily improved, especially after age old ideals on immigration and commerce are dropped. Hugo Chavez warmly embraced Obama and provided a gift, a book titled “The Open Veins of Latin America“. (link)
December 2009 – November 2010 – 100% of all political effort was leveraged to create and institute the ACA or ObamaCare. All media oxygen is focused on ObamaCare 24/7.
November 2010 – President Obama is “shellacked” in Mid-Term elections. Loses control of the House of Representatives to Republicans. Biggest electoral defeat since 1918.
January 2011 – Emphasis, and political strategy changes. “Comprehensive Immigration Reform“, ie. “amnesty” becomes the mainstay approach toward retention of political power. Throughout a contentious Republican primary season, to assist their ideological traveler, the U.S. media kept the issue on the front burner.
May 2011 – President Obama travels to the Rio Grande sector of the border to push for his immigration platform (ie. Amnesty). He proclaims the border is safe and secure and famously attacks his opposition for wanting an “alligator moat”. (more…)
Things are beginning to add up now. In May 2013 President Obama attended a gathering of leaders from the Central American Integration System, (CAIS). [The leaders of Belize, El Salvador, Guatemala, Honduras, Nicaragua and Panama] It wasn’t the first conversation.. This Reuters article from last month explains the ideology ?
GUATEMALA CITY (Reuters) […] Senator Robert Menendez and Democratic Representative Luis Gutierrez said U.S. lawmakers in the Congressional Hispanic Caucus on Wednesday held a “very testy meeting” with diplomats from El Salvador, Guatemala, Honduras and Mexico.

“I proposed to the Vice President the possibility of considering temporary work programs, which would allow (Guatemalans) to go for a time and return,” Guatemalan President Otto Perez Molina said on Friday after meeting Biden, along with other Central American leaders, in Guatemala City.
U.S. data show that between October and May more than 47,000 unaccompanied minors, mostly Central Americans, crossed into the United States, nearly double the number in the prior year.
“As long as (U.S.) immigration reform is not approved, the exodus of children to the United States will continue,” Jorge Ramon Hernandez, the senior representative of Honduran President Juan Orlando Hernandez, said at the talks. (read more)
There you have it. Honduran President Hernandez trying to help his friend Barack Obama. If the U.S. does not complete comprehensive immigration reform, Honduras will continue to dump legions of illegal alien children upon us until we concede to their demands.
Don’t take my word for it – read his.
(IBD) Three in five Americans say the tens of thousands of minors who have crossed the border “should be ordered to leave the U.S.” What about that do the Congress and president not understand?
The latest IBD/TIPP Poll, conducted June 24 to 29, asked those Americans who are following the story what to do about the influx of unaccompanied minors. Those saying that the government should order them to leave totaled 60%.
Breaking that sizeable majority down, 64% of independents wanted the minors sent home, as did 40% of Democrats and 80% of Republicans. There were 879 Americans surveyed in all.
Those who think the children “should be allowed to stay in the U.S. and eventually become citizens” totaled just 28%. Forty-six percent of Democrats thought they should stay and move toward citizenship; so did 24% of independents and 14% of Republicans.
Ten percent of all people polled weren’t sure. (read more)

It didn’t….

According to this report highlighted in The Hill Democrats are planning to use “race” as a weapon in all of their mid-term races. This tactic was recently used in Mississippi, ironically by the GOP, with much success. Hence it has caught the attention of the Democrats as an effective method to avoid electoral defeats.
Essentially, Democrats will use a national strategy to say if the “GOP” member wins in any house or Senate race, then black people will have their Food Stamps, or Medicaid, or benefits removed.
Various DNC instructions will be to make it personal and specifically targeted to the individuals in the race. This, Democrats hope, will bring an influx of minority voters to polls and stave off electoral defeats. After all, it did work successfully for Thad Cochran in Mississippi.
Democrats are injecting race into the 2014 midterm elections amid fears that a drop-off in minority voters could severely cost them at the polls this fall.
WASHINGTON DC – “RACISM AS A STRATEGY” – Democratic leaders in Congress and administration officials have suggested GOP opposition to policies ranging from immigration reform to ObamaCare are, at least partly, motivated by race.
More broadly, they’ve suggested conservative Tea Party criticism of President Obama is based on the fact that he is black.
Democrats reject charges that the rhetoric is a concerted political calculation on their part as they try to retain their Senate majority and make gains in the House. (more…)
