Big, Big, Big Brother – Lavabit Founder Shares Why He Shut Down Secure E-Mail Service… U.S. Federal Government Cites No Legal Basis For U.S. Citizens To Expect Communication Privacy – Federal Courts Agree

As you read this, and absorb the implications, ask yourself: “what do you think the White House is doing with the communication flow of the GOP, Congress, and Congressional opposition”? The IRS and DOJ James Rosen scandal alone provide all the substance needed to let you know the White House is gaining all of the communications from any party or entity they want. So what do you think the administration is doing with that information ?

Rape-of-Justice(Via Ladar Levison) My legal saga started last summer with a knock at the door, behind which stood two federal agents ready to to serve me with a court order requiring the installation of surveillance equipment on my company’s network.

My company, Lavabit, provided email services to 410,000 people – including Edward Snowden, according to news reports – and thrived by offering features specifically designed to protect the privacy and security of its customers.

I had no choice but to consent to the installation of their device, which would hand the US government access to all of the messages – to and from all of my customers – as they travelled between their email accounts other providers on the Internet.

But that wasn’t enough. The federal agents then claimed that their court order required me to surrender my company’s private encryption keys, and I balked. What they said they needed were customer passwords – which were sent securely – so that they could access the plain-text versions of messages from customers using my company’s encrypted storage feature. (The government would later claim they only made this demand because of my “noncompliance”.) (more…)

Nancy Pelosi Names Democrat Benghazi Special Committee Members

Pelosi Flying Monkeys

• Elijah Cummings of Maryland
• Adam Smith of Washington
• Adam Schiff of California
• Linda Sanchez of California
• Tammy Duckworth of Illinois

WASHINGTON DC – […]  The announcement comes after Pelosi (D-Calif.) and Speaker John Boehner (R-Ohio) met for an hour Tuesday to negotiate over the probe .

Appointing five members to the panel is an evolution for Pelosi, who initially didn’t want to dignify the committee by naming any Democrats to sit on it. Her perspective changed, however, after fellow Democrats said she should appoint at least a few Democrats to counter claims by Republicans. Some Democrats also felt the party should be represented if Republicans subpoena high-level Obama administration officials, including former Secretary of State Hillary Clinton.

The committee, which the House agreed to create earlier this month in a party-line vote, has seven seats for Republicans and five for Democrats.  (read more)

Vote For Me Because I’m Gay n’ Stuff – North Carolina’s Clay Aiken Don’t Know Nuttin’ Bout No Veteran’s Sandals…

Wedges are nice, but I prefer the modern spring look of current gladiator sandals.  Well, as long as the buckles don’t contrast too much in the mid ankle“.     No, no, no Clay…  it’s veterans’ “scandals”, s-c-a-n-d-a-l-s…  Not “sandals”…

When asked about the VA scandal Democrat Clay Aiken says he was not “privy to that stuff“.

“That stuff” being the open and public congressional hearing last week…  I mean it’s not like Fort Bragg is in your representative district or anything.   No, wha… wait…

Sheeesh,….  “Don’t y’all wanna hear me sing ‘I’m Every Woman”?

Today Is “THE” Day – Kentucky GOP Primary Today – Matt Bevin VS Mitch McConnell

Sticky Post Until Election Results Come In

Bevin_Family

Kentucky candidate Matt Bevin and family

Our Father who art in heaven; please put roadblocks in the path of McConnell supporters.  Turtles slowly crossing the road will do just nicely – with a smidgen of irony not withstanding.   Through You all things are possible.

Please allow a sense of righteous motivation, protection and positive energy to flow mysteriously through the hearts of the patriots who boldly walk affirmed to save our republic and vote for Matt Bevin.   Deliver the righteous to the polls with quick dispatch, as we remember it is quite possible for David to slay Goliath.

It was the Tennessean and Kentuckian long rifle militia who eventually turned the tide of the revolutionary war in favor of the republic.   We pray for that same committed spirit today.   In your name  – AMEN

Michelle Obama Vows To “Fight” Attempts To Roll Back Her School Lunch Dictates – Mooch Lunch or NO LUNCH !

How dare you not comply !   “Your ?…. You want YOUR ?”

angry-michelle-obama-jpgWASHINGTON DC – Sounding a new aggressive tone, first lady Michelle Obama vowed in a private conference call on Monday to fight industry efforts at rolling back healthy school-lunch standards, an issue that could come up for a vote on Capitol Hill later this week.

The remarks to health activists were made in an off-the-record conference call at the beginning of a week of intense lobbying around proposed changes in the national school-lunch program, which sets standards for fat, sugar and sodium levels in food.

“I was thrilled that the first lady pulled advocates together this morning and sounded such a strong rallying cry to fight back against efforts to weaken the school food standards,” said Margo Wootan, who lobbies on Capitol Hill and elsewhere on behalf of the Center for Science in the Public Interest. A Lifetime Dependent On Discontentment – Michelle Obama Proclaims Racism, Racism, Racism Everywhere….

Good summary of Michelle Obama’s speech ideology to the graduating class of Topeka Kansas from Truth Revolt:

Michelle Obama close upFor Michelle Obama, the world is black and white. But not about good and evil, right and wrong. Her black and white is all about skin color.

She talks about it often, incessantly, even, injecting race and racism into speeches and events in which they have no business. And she did so again on Friday, when she traveled to Topeka, Kansas, to deliver a speech to graduating high school seniors.

First, a background note: Her speech was moved up a day after parents complained that her visit to a school district — just blocks from the historic schoolhouse central to the Brown v. Education Supreme Court decision that outlawed segregation — would focus on race, not their children’s accomplishments.

And that, in fact, is exactly what the first lady did(more…)

Radio Host Sees The Bigger Picture: NY Times Fired Abramson For Criticizing Obama

The Truth Has No Agenda – It’s nice to see voices who can actually conceptualize the bigger picture as it’s assembled.  We said previously that all other explanations don’t make sense.   The progressive NYT would never put itself under such scrutiny for pay inequity unless there was a bigger ideological reason for the removal.   That “bigger” more logical reason we have outlined is also supported in this recent talk radio voice:

jill abramson 2(Via Newsmax) The firing of Jill Abramson as executive editor of The New York Times happened because she “went over the line” in criticizing the heavy-handed tactics used by the Obama administration in dealing with the media, claims radio talk show host Tom Sullivan.

Sullivan pointed out that “earlier this year” (in fact, just last month, in an interview with The Takeaway) Abramson said, “The Obama years are a benchmark for a new level of secrecy and control.” He said she added that “sources who want to come forward with stories they feel are important are scared to death they’re going to be prosecuted.” (more…)

FOUR DAYS REMAIN – Before Amnesty, Comprehensive Immigration Reform, and The Point of No Return For ObamaCare…..

patriotOn May 20th the GOP primary election in Kentucky takes place. On May 21st the schedule for the legislative session will be written. Each is dependent on the other.

If Mitch McConnell wins, you can write off your opposition to Common Core, Amnesty, Immigration Reform, Minimum Wage Increase, and the hope of ever seeing any part of ObamaCare stopped, adjusted or repealed.

[Remember, the U.S. Chamber of Commerce wants Amnesty, ObamaCare and Common Core federal standards for education.  What ever the Chamber of Commerce wants, the establishment Republicans will deliver.   The CoC also wants expansion of Medicaid enrollment and eligibility so their business units healthcare costs can be shifted to U.S. Taxpayers. Indiana’s Mike Pence is the latest to acquiesce to the Chamber pressure today.]

In addition to the legislation, Jeb Bush or a similarly minded “establishment candidate” (circa 2008, 2012) will be the 2016 GOP nominee regardless of opposition or opinion from the conservative base.

Conversely if Mitch McConnell loses, none of the above will be initiated, and the GOP field is wide open for a Scott Walker, Rand Paul, Ted Cruz or similar.

It all will be decided FOUR DAYS from now.

Those of you who have followed this website for more than a few weeks will know the strength of our resolve in that regard.   It is not a debatable prediction – it simply is what it is.

We have outlined every single dot preceding this moment for the past two years.  Every single dot leads to the next in a logical sequence; and eventually they all assemble and paint a specific part of the political prediction picture.

Unfortunately, not a single one so far has been wrong – and it is with the greatest of confidence we can outline not an assurance, but an absolute certainty.   If McConnell wins next week, it’s over – we can give them back the Senate, but nothing will change.
