Same White House, Same Players, Same Playbook When Exposed To Sunlight – White House Attacks Soldiers Who Served With Bergdahl, Accuses Them of “Swift-Boating” The Poor Lad…

From the mouths of ideologues born in the shadows of Saul Alinsky:  “Isolate, Ridicule, Marginalize”

WASHINGTON DC – White House aides have accused members of Army Sgt. Bowe Bergdahl’s unit of “swift-boating” the 28-year-old Idahoan for claiming that he deserted his post in Afghanistan nearly five years ago, MSNBC’s Chuck Todd reported.

I’ve had a few aides describe it to me as ‘we didn’t know that they were going to swift-boat Bergdahl’,” Todd said Wednesday.

The term “swift-boating” comes from 2004 when members of then-Democratic presidential candidate John Kerry’s Swift Boat unit came forward during the election to accuse him of misleading American voters about his service in Vietnam.  (read more)

Alas, there exists an unknown factor for a White House devoid of understanding military service.    Within the band of brothers there exists a unit cohesion impenetrable to the divisive tactics of Alinskyites.

Establishment GOP Decepticons Contemplate Fighting A Losing Battle Against The Conservative Tea Party Grassroots…..

The Tea Party Rebel Alliance Remains Standing !

thad cochran - chris mcdaniel[…]  Cochran enjoyed the backing of a muscular array of corporate PACs and interest groups, and received an extraordinary injection of late money from his Senate comrades.

He took $27,000 in contributions from colleagues including Sens. John McCain of Arizona, Orrin Hatch of Utah, Rob Portman of Ohio and John Boozman of Arkansas. The National Republican Senatorial Committee, which deployed field staff to Mississippi ahead of the primary to bolster Cochran’s operation, gave him $45,400 on May 20.

[…]  Karl Rove and American Crossroads, the powerful GOP outside-spending group, said Wednesday morning that it would not spend money in the Cochran-McDaniel race. Though Crossroads was not involved in the Mississippi primary prior to this week, the definitive statement that the group will not engage deprives national Republicans of a possible funding stream for Cochran’s effort.

“Other than Alaska, we have completed our work on Senate primaries this cycle and are now focused on general elections. With the Chamber of Commerce, the National Republican Senatorial Committee (NRSC) , and a local super PAC (Haley Barbour) already backing Cochran, this is not our fight,” Crossroads spokesman Paul Lindsay said in an email. The Hillsbury D’oh Boys – Denis McDonough and John Podesta FUBAR The Bergdahl Narrative, Optics and Talking Points For Their Bosses Obama and Clinton…

barack-obama-denis-mcdonough-2008- the fixerPodesta and Clinton

“The Fixer” (left) and “Skippy” (right) have screwed the pooch on this Bergdahl fiasco.

TV Pundits are stuck in a pre-Obama political paradigm of opinion delivery as they proclaim the White House “had to know” the controversial issues surrounding Bowe Bergdahl prior to using him as a prop to turn around the opinion and polling of a failing Obama presidency.

They can’t be that niave” is another favorite.   “Surely they had to know this would (__fill_in_blank__)”… etc.

Um, well, actually yes, yes they are *THAT* disconnected.    Yes, they actually did anticipate the Bergdahl release creating a national euphoria of patriotism and celebration.

Yes, they actually saw this as being another big effen’ deal – only they thought it would be a positive one.  No, they did not see this coming.

Those who think otherwise either do not, or have not, followed this White House communications team well enough.  (Looking at you David Gergen)

Seattle Is For Socialists – Seattle Moonbats Approve $15/hr Minimum Wage….

seattle min wageApparently the left-wing Seattle Moonbats did not pause in their march for social justice to ask or evaluate SeaTac, a suburb of Seattle, where their $15 wage began earlier this year.    Here’s a brief snippet of some conversation with a SeaTac employee:

SURPRISE !  15 minutes south of Seattle, near the Seattle-Tacoma International Airport, employees are already seeing the negative effects of such a hike. A February report from the Seattle Times revealed:

At the Clarion Hotel off International Boulevard, a sit-down restaurant has been shuttered, though it might soon be replaced by a less-labor-intensive cafe…

Other businesses have adjusted in ways that run the gamut from putting more work in the hands of managers, to instituting a small “living-wage surcharge” for a daily parking space near the airport.

That’s not all. According to Assunta Ng, publisher of the Northwest Asian Weekly, some employees are feeling the pinch as employers cut benefits. She recalls a conversation she had with two hotel employees who have been affected by the wage hike: (more…)

The Obama – Clinton White House

25e29-barackandhillary

It should be noted that since abdicating the position of Secretary of State, and the introduction of Clinton’s ‘fixer’, John “Skippy” Podesta, the White House -and more specifically the activity that flows from within it- is now a synergy of both President Obama and Hillary Clinton’s goals.

Yesterday some pundits and media looked strangely at the non-scheduled meeting between Obama and Clinton as if fodder for grand conspiratorial questioning.

As with most issues the answers are not as complex as they seem.

Maybe They Were Discussing “Concussions” ?

Then again….  The White House has odd definitions of transparency.  They’ll tell the world when they meet with the CIA Station Chief of Afghanistan but won’t mention the unscheduled meetings with Hillary.

The White House confirmed that Hillary Clinton had lunch with President Obama today after People magazine tweeted about the meeting – a tweet that has since been deleted.

“The President enjoyed an informal, private lunch with Secretary Clinton at the White House this afternoon,” a White House official said on background in a response to an inquiry from your pooler.  Your pooler also lodged a complaint about the lack of transparency on the meeting with White House Press Secretary Jay Carney.

The lunch was not on the president’s public schedule.” (link)

El-Sisi Wins Egyptian Election – Muslim Brotherhood Renounced

There is a profound Irony at play. President Obama, and Hillary Clinton supported the hardline Islamist element within the Muslim Brotherhood and Mohammed Morsi who have now been dispatched in favor of a secular governance provided by El-Sisi. Meanwhile, next door in Libya, the U.S. administration and State Dept. are telling all Americans to evacuate the country as the U.S. supported government is under attack.

Egypt Banner New

With nearly all ballots counted, Egypt’s former military chief has won a crushing victory over his sole opponent in the country’s presidential election, his campaign said Thursday. But the results were stained by questions about turnout despite a robust government effort to get out the vote.

Retired field marshal Abdel-Fattah el-Sissi won more than 92 percent of the votes, compared with 2.9 percent percent for his sole opponent and 4 percent of invalid votes, according to a tally released by his campaign.

His victory was never in doubt, but the career infantry officer had pushed for an overwhelming turnout as well to bestow legitimacy on his ouster last July of Egypt’s first freely elected president, the Islamist Mohammed Morsi. (more…)

Federal Judge Who Put Conyers Back On The Ballot Was One of The Judges Confirmed After Harry Reid Invoked Nuclear Option Two Months Ago…

John ConyersHatTip WeaselZippers – (Via The Hill) Rep. John Conyers (D-Mich.), a former chairman of the House Judiciary Committee, has been placed on the ballot for re-election by a federal district judge in spite of universal agreement that he didn’t meet the plain-language election filing requirements.

Judge Matthew Leitman ordered that Conyers be put back on the August ballot last week after the Michigan secretary of state had denied the congressman’s appeal earlier in the day.

The dispute stems from the failure of Conyers — who has been in Congress for almost 50 years — to submit enough petition signatures to qualify for the ballot under Michigan law. No one disputes that Conyers did not meet the legal requirements to be on the ballot, but Leitman ruled that “There is evidence that their failure to comply with the Registration Statute was the result of good faith mistakes and that they believed they were in compliance with the statute.” (more…)

Hillary Clinton “Proud” of State Department Accomplishments

Mrs. Clinton is proud of accomplishments that no-one, even herself, can name.

“Mythical Accomplishments” should have been the name of her new book.   Then again, maybe she is genuinely proud of the 2010 Global U.S. Apology Tour, as she spent almost an entire year apologizing to heads of state for what was written about them by her State Department team and released by WikiLeaks.

WASHINGTON DC – Hillary Rodham Clinton writes in new excerpts from her upcoming book that she wishes she could go back and reconsider some of her past decisions but she is “proud of what we accomplished” during her time as secretary of state.

Clinton, a potential 2016 Democratic presidential candidate, writes in an author’s note released Tuesday that her four years running the State Department for President Barack Obama taught her about the United States’ “exceptional strengths and what it will take for us to compete and thrive at home and abroad.”

As is usually the case with the benefit of hindsight, I wish we could go back and revisit certain choices. But I’m proud of what we accomplished,” Clinton writes. “This century began traumatically for our country, with the terrorist attacks on 9/11, the long wars that followed, and the Great Recession. We needed to do better, and I believe we did.” (more…)
