A serendipitous article appears today amid the CNN media empire.  Within the article you find the ideology, the motive, which led Miami-Dade School Police to hide the criminal behavior of Trayvon Martin.

Black teenagers are not just more likely to be arrested, they also are more likely to be locked up, even when convicted of the same crimes as others. Racial disparities are especially pronounced when it comes to punishment for relatively minor offenses, such as drug possession. (more…)

We knew last year the diversionary activity around the Miami-Dade School Police Department, which was coordinated, sanctioned and authorized by Miami-Dade School Superintendent, Alberto Carvalho, was illegal.
Consequently we knew a public airing of the illegal activity was a risk to all parties involved.

Now, however – the entire School Board might be legally responsible for engaging in unlawful conspiracy which resulted from the internal investigation within the M-DSPD and the School Boards’ “willful blindness” to the actual finding(s).
It doesn’t take a law degree to understand that when you intentionally construct a policy, or group of policies, which specifically hide illegal behavior you are on the wrong side of the law – even when it is the top law enforcement officer giving the instructions to do it. (more…)

United Kingdom – A 13-year-old public school boy from Preston, England has become the youngest person ever to successfully carry out atomic fusion.   Jamie Edwards built a nuclear reactor before successfully smashing two hydrogen atoms together, making helium through nuclear fusion.

Notice how he erected a chicken wire faraday cage around his classroom experiment to avoid external magnetic interference.    He built his nuclear reactor in his garage at home, then took it to school and successfully smashed two hydrogen atoms together (fused) to make helium.

My personal opinion on this might shock some people – so I’ll delay and join in the conversation in the comments section.   HatTip Chip Bennett:  

Rachel Canning is an 18-year-old High School senior now suing her parents for kicking her out of the house.    She is seeking financial “child support”, payment for final year tuition of private High School, and payment for all college tuition expenses she will incur.

While the case might seem extreme, it highlights a very specific consequence of helicopter parenting, spoiling children, choosing to be more of a “friend” than a parent, and a complete lack of teaching fundamental responsibilities in the age of post millenials. 

To quote her father, Sean Canning:

“I’m a liberal, liberal parent,” he said. “I wish I could have grown up in my house. I was tougher on my cops at work than I’ve ever been at my home, that’s for sure.”  (link)

Today a New Jersey Judge denied the initial request however another hearing is scheduled for next month where Rachel could win the lawsuit against her parents.   Essentially her argument is “they created my ideology and dependency – ergo they are now responsible to fulfill their obligations to me which arrive as a consequence of my upbringing”.

Believe it or not, it’s quite possible young Ms. Rachel Canning will win this lawsuit.   While it sounds incredulous on its face – her argument is fundamentally solid from the progressive point of view.    Her parents created her extreme dependency – just because they no longer wish to accept the consequences of their earlier decisions, does not mean they can just cast her aside.   They created this monster. GOOD NEWS !  On Tuesday, the Home School Legal Defense Association (HSLDA) announced a drastic turnaround on the part of the federal government: The German Romeike family, which sought asylum in the United States to home-school their children, will now be allowed to stay in America.

“The Romeikes can stay!!!” the HSLDA announced on its Facebook page.

Why?  That’s the primary question.   The Senate has already announced they will not construct a budget proposal for Fiscal Year 2015.  The Senate has already announced their intent to operate under Continuing Resolutions.

GO BILL !!

New York – Mayor de Blasio brought down the hammer Thursday on three charter schools operated by nemesis Eva Moskowitz, leaving hundreds of kids without classrooms this fall.

“This has to be the saddest day for the Success Academy’s children, family, teachers, school leaders,” Moskowitz said after meeting with stunned charter parents in Harlem.

“Right now, our kids are being evicted. Evicted out of their school. It’s wrong and we need an explanation. You’re going to have to ask Mayor Deblasio what the motivations are for a decision that will hurt so many children now and, frankly, forever.”

Sometimes people ask me what a liberal splodey head looks like.   Many of my library versions are dated.   However, thanks to the wonderful peeps at Legal Insurrection we now have a more recent video to assist in the audio-visual department.

A UCLA student burst into tears and launched into a mostly incomprehensible anti-Israel rant on Wednesday after her fellow students voted to defeat a student council resolution aimed at divesting from the Jewish state.

UCLA’s student council defeated the boycott resolution by a vote of 7 to 5 following an all-night session, according to the blog Legal Insurrection.

Pro-Tip: Being guilty of creating a considerable number of splodey heads myself, the best response to the uncontrollable Splodey is to find a sufficient pause, then state:

“Are you done with that”? “Because if you are, or whenever you reach that point, you still LOST”.

So many outrageous lies surround the Trayvon Martin VS. George Zimmerman encounter.   Too many to actually write about.   However, just to show how totally fabricated is the story of Trayvon Martin’s life – Here is just one factual example of how egregiously wrong the story has been.   If President Obama had a son…
