We suspected that Kevin Clinesmith was going to get the James Wolfe leniency treatment, not only because the DOJ (Main Justice) wanted to avoid highlighting the severity of his criminal conduct, but rather -more specifically- because that criminal conduct took place under the direction of the Robert Mueller and Andrew Weissman special counsel (June 29, 2017)…. And that is what has happened.  It is all corrupt as hell…. all of it.

The judge over the case against former FBI lawyer Kevin Clinesmith was is James Boasberg.  Not coincidentally Boasberg is also now the presiding judge over the secret FISA court.  Judge Boasberg also carried an insitutional preservation motive to downplay the consequences of Kevin Clinesmith altering evidence at the behest of the Robert Mueller special counsel team.

Main Justice is protecting Rod Rosenstein, Sally Yates, Andrew McCabe, James Baker and Dana Boente, all of them knew the Mueller special counsel was corrupt from the outset.  Judge James Boasberg is protecting the secret FISA court.  It’s all FUBAR !

WASHINGTON – Former FBI lawyer Kevin Clinesmith was sentenced to 12 months probation and 400 hours of community service Friday after pleading guilty to making a false statement in the first criminal case arising from Special Counsel John Durham’s investigation into the origins of the Trump-Russia probe.

Former White House Trade and Economic Advisor Peter Navarro was the tip-of-the-spear outlining election fraud, via impossible statistics, from the White House.   Navarro is also a well known China critic, which positions him against the objectives of the JoeBama administration.

You know it had to irk President Trump intensely for House minority Leader Kevin McCarthy to blame the Capitol Hill riots squarely on him.  Additionally, thanks to Rand Paul, with 45 senators voting to dismiss the article of impeachment, President Trump now knows the almost certain February outcome of the ridiculous partisan effort.  That’s the background for a report that Kevin McCarthy is heading to Florida this week for talks with President Trump.

The MAGA movement President Trump inspired is itching to break down the republican party in the next set of primary races.  McCarthy has no leverage; the establishment GOP have no leverage; the republican national committee have no leverage.  President Trump can destroy the republican party with a few targeted and direct words.

WASHINGTON – Former President Trump is expected to meet this week with House Minority Leader Kevin McCarthy (R-Calif.) in Florida, a source familiar with the meeting confirmed to The Hill.

The rendezvous, which was first reported by Punchbowl News, comes as McCarthy attempts to manage simmering tensions within the House GOP caucus amid the fallout from the Jan. 6 riots at the Capitol and Trump’s ensuing impeachment for his role in the mayhem.

The Federal Reserve panel sent a warning about the U.S. economy starting to suffer as the JoeBama administration starts to institute “America Last” policies.  The financial media will not directly point to the Biden policy agenda as the primary source of the issue, but the background context of a new administration is exactly the difference.

Even during the worst aspects of the 2020 COVID-19 impact during the Donald Trump administration, the underpinning of the U.S. economy remained strong.  However, now that JoeBama has taken office the 2021 COVID-19 impact is being used as an excuse.

WASHINGTON DC – The Federal Reserve on Wednesday struck a more somber tone about the U.S. economy, saying the recovery is weakening as the country waits for widespread vaccinations against the coronavirus.

“The pace of the recovery in economic activity and employment has moderated in recent months, with weakness concentrated in the sectors most adversely affected by the pandemic,” the Fed’s rate-setting committee said in its post-meeting statement. That contrasts with its observation last month that the economy had “continued to recover.”  (read more)

Former White House Chairman of the National Economic Council, Larry Kudlow, will begin a new venture joining Fox Business News on February 8th.

Kudlow joined the wolverine Trump economic team in 2018 and was complimentary to the objectives of the Trump administration with his affable demeanor.  Secretary Ross, Ambassador Lighthizer, Secretary Mnuchin and Peter Navarro were the teeth, while Larry Kudlow was the one who smoothed the edges.  The entire team complimented each-other brilliantly.

Fox News Media announced on Tuesday that Larry Kudlow, former President Donald Trump’s top economic adviser, would host a new weekday program on the Fox Business Network.

During senate impeachment rules processes and parliamentary proceedings today, Senator Rand Paul proposed a smart point of order requiring a senate vote on dismissing the impeachment case against President Trump.  Essentially this dismissal vote will reflect the baseline, worst case, final outcome, vote of any impeachment trial.

The Senate then took up a motion to table the dismissal point of order.  The motion to table passed 55-45; meaning 55 senators want to impeach President Donald Trump and 45 senators voted to dismiss the entire case:

The good news is this will represent the worst case scenario on the final impeachment vote 55 yes / 45 nay.  The impeachment will definitely fail in February, and President Trump now knows the disposition of the final outcome. [Though it could get better]

The bad news is 5 republican senators just voted to impeach President Trump.  They are: Susan Collins (Maine), Lisa Murkowski (Alaska), Mitt Romney (Utah), Ben Sasse (Nebraska), and Pat Toomey (Pennsylvania).

Murkowski and Toomey are both up for reelection in 2022.  However, Pat Toomey has indicated he is not running for reelection.   So the most immediate 2022 target should be on Lisa Murkowski of Alaska.

According to information from Jenn Ellis President Trump has established office outside government to advance the interests of ‘America First’ policy. Hopefully this approach will be the leverage forcing the Republican establishment to protect the interests of 74+ million Americans, as more and more democrats simultaneously recognize the toxic intention of the left-wing agenda.

Senator Rand Paul (MAGA-Lite, KY) took to the senate floor to outline the insufferable nonsense behind the impeachment narrative.   Using his time to call-out examples of DC representatives initiating confrontation; and simultaneously putting the GOPe crowd on notice that he will do everything possible to put them on the record; Rand Paul fires back with some excellent oration.  WATCH:

It is also being reported Senator Paul will file a point-of-order in advance of the impeachment trial to put Republicans on record for their position.  “Rand Paul will make a point of order to dismiss the impeachment trial this afternoon. It’ll get Republicans on the record for how they might vote in a trial. You need 67 votes to convict. So if 34 Republicans vote to dismiss the trial, that means Trump will be acquitted.”

Earlier today the House democrats delivered an article of impeachment to the senate for the ridiculous accusation that President Trump incited an insurrection in Washington DC against Capitol Hill, he didn’t.

The political accusers have not yet determined if they will call witnesses to attempt to frame their insufferable story.
