WASHINGTON DC – Janet Napolitano, the U.S. secretary of Homeland Security and former governor of Arizona, is being named as the next president of the University of California system, in an unusual choice that brings a national-level politician to a position usually held by an academic. Her appointment also means the 10-campus system will be headed by a woman for the first time in its 145-year history.
Napolitano’s nomination by a committee of UC regents came after a secretive process that insiders said focused on her early as a high-profile, although untraditional, candidate who has led large public agencies and shown a strong interest in improving education. (more…)

Washington Times – The legal watchdog Judicial Watch released an audio recording Thursday of a Department of Justice staffer urging Sanford, Fla., city officials and the minority advocacy group Dream Defenders to seek justice for Trayvon Martin, because “if a community perceives that there’s something wrong in the black community, there’s something wrong.”
“CRS is an arm of the department that we call the Peacemakers,” Thomas Battles, regional director of the DOJ’s Community Relations Service, said at a meeting at the Shiloh Church on April 19, 2012. “We work with communities where there is real or perceived racial tensions.” (more…)
Andrew C McCarthy, notices there is a Sun In The Sky, as he reviews the Zimmerman Case.

However, McCarthy, like all legal minded intellectuals – never ask the “why” question.

Instead, he/they reconcile inside the box (donate to the building of a particle accelerator) – because the box defines the only concepts cognition can import (the comfort zone).

Yesterday, we attended, photographed and documented the Federal DOJ-CRS meeting with Law Enforcement in Broward County. Why? Simply because it just further evidences the scheme we have documented the Trial of George Zimmerman to be.

We are all bearing witness to a pre-scripted event being played out for a national audience. What the Sandra Fluke story was for the DNC/Charlotte, so too is the Trayvon story for the Black Grievance Industry; Only this time instead of the DNC the puppeteer is the Dept of Justice, Civil Rights Division, Community Relations Service.
The DOJ-CRS. (more…)
Defense has rested – Prosecution Rebuttal Phase Begins

Today, July 10th, is DAY #22 (of 5th week) State of Florida V. George Zimmerman case.
Yesterday began with a boom as defense expert witness, world renowned Dr Vincent Di Maio took to the stand to validate the forensic evidence supporting George Zimmerman’s version of the encounter with Trayvon Martin. However, the day ended with an even bigger THUNDERCLAP in an epic 10pm showdown as Don West took on both the State prosecutors and trial Judge Nelson after the jury was released. Ending with Judge Nelson, turning her back and walking out of court. Unreal. A great analysis of the events from yesterday is available HERE.
The late night argument, not by the State, but by Judge Nelson herself, regarding phone evidence authentication, is so weak and insufferably devoid of legal analysis it is absurd on its face. Then again, this is the same judge who said a few days ago, flippantly in open court, that evidence should be “shredded” (Dr. Bao notes) after use. D’oh (more…)
For over a year and a half we have been outlining the Federal Dept of Justice, Civil Rights Division, Community Relations Service (DOJ-CRS) influence in the case against George Zimmerman.
Those of you who have followed along closely have read about a very difficult to explain dynamic. The CRS is a super-stealth federally protected entity within the DOJ.

However, Judicial Watch has just unleashed a wealth of FOIA information and is available HERE
Note: Judicial Watch and other outlets will focus primarily on the Sanford CRS manipulation. Because that is the current Zimmerman headline. However, look at the bottom segments of the FOIA documents to see the actual REAL STORY inside the Miami – Dade area. The downloaded available information is a researchers data-mine for exposing the CRS manipulation in this case…. and beyond: (more…)

I’m debating other issues to share. But I can GUARANDAMNTEE YOU this trial is being put on a schedule by the Federal Dept of Justice. (Civil Rights Division Dept of Community Relations Service) If I prove it – we could lose this website.
Forward this video to 6:30 to really get the flavor of judicial bias which is NEEDED in order to accomplish a goal driven by outside the FLORIDA court influences.

Essentially she’s arguing that the phone records (texts and pics) cannot be authenticated to have originated by Trayvon Martin (despite two security codes) because anyone could have sent them. Whiskey*Tango*Foxtrot !! How can an email be used in a sex offender case? How can phone records be used in RICO cases? How can GPS evidence be used in Insurance Cases? Think about it.
You can’t argue that evidence cannot be admitted because someone else might have made the phone call; Someone else might have sent the email; Someone else accessed the website; Someone else might have driven the car etc.
Not to exclude evidence.
Sure it can be argued by the other side, as a counter point to the jury, but it can’t be a reasonable consideration for exclusion.
I’m evaluating how much we can reasonably share and cite without compromising people and structures which could be placed at risk.
The soft bigotry of low expectations
The local Florida Police Departments are politely asking citizens near to the George Zimmerman trial not to break out in riots, attacks, violence or general mayhem. Apparently the focus of their polite appeal is toward ‘black youth’ within the same communities – such is the target audience as noted by the video participants.
Youth are being asked, politely, by local law enforcement, not to kill people and to keep their violent proclivities under control. Kindly requested if at all possible do not raise their fists.
Protecting and Serving. How magnanimous of our new national normal.
(Via Breitbart.Com )On Monday, the Broward County Sheriff’s Office released a video calling on the public not to riot in the wake of the George Zimmerman verdict, expected this week or next in Florida. The Sheriff’s Office released a statement explaining that it was “working closely with the Sanford Police Department and other local law enforcement agencies” to coordinate “a response plan in anticipation of the verdict.”
Sheriff Scott Israel said, “We don’t have information about a specific event that might take place at the conclusion of the trial, but we encourage everyone to keep any protests peaceful.” (more…)
The week before she had to give Benghazi testimony before congress she hits her head and has a concussion with a blood clot. Then last Thanksgiving when a fire broke out above Hillary’s office on the long weekend. One would think all of these mysterious occurances around corruptocrat Hillary Clinton would be drawing a little attention, no?
(PJ Media Notes)Fedensin’s allegations touch former Secretary of State Hillary Clinton more directly than anyone else currently in the Obama administration. Clinton was SecState when the eight investigations that Fedensin alleges were scuttled by senior department members, were scuttled. The scandals even touch Clinton’s own security detail as well as her long-time fixer, Cheryl Mills.TEXAS – The offices of a Dallas law firm representing a high-profile State Department whistleblower were broken into last weekend. Burglars stole three computers and broke into the firm’s file cabinets. But silver bars, video equipment and other valuables were left untouched, according to local Fox affiliate KDFW, which aired security camera footage of the suspected burglars entering and leaving the offices around the time of the incident.
The firm Schulman & Mathias represents Aurelia Fedenisn, a former investigator at the State Department’s Office of the Inspector General. In recent weeks, she raised a slew of explosive allegations against the department and its contractors ranging from illicit drug use, soliciting sexual favors from minors and prostitutes and sexual harassment.
