You might remember the murder of Australian college baseball player and exchange student Chris Lane last year in Oklahoma.
A normally quiet weekend in the small southwestern Oklahoma town of Duncan was horribly interrupted last year, when a car carrying three teenagers pulled up behind a lone white male jogger. The teens in the car fired on the jogger, Chris Lane, with a .22 caliber revolver, striking him in the back. As horrified witnesses looked on, the jogger staggered and dropped to his knees as the car sped away. He was pronounced dead at the scene by authorities.
James Francis Edwards Jr., 15, and Chancey Allen Luna, 16, were charged with murder in the first degree. The oldest member of the group, 17 year old Michael Jones, believed to be the driver of the vehicle, gave Duncan police a mind-boggling explanation for the crime: “We were bored and didn’t have anything to do, so we decided to kill somebody.“

We’ve written about this new technological data gathering Automated License Plate Readers (APLR’s) more than once. In Maryland the use of APLR’s was linked to a Florida man who was pulled over and asked about his firearm, presumably through CCW records data-mined by third parties and sold to the Maryland data and intelligence hub.
Maryland authorities refused to provide records from our Public Records requests, citing the ambiguous “Ongoing Investigation” reasoning. Now here’s some information from a reporter in Virginia who requests her own records and finds out how much she is tracked.
VIRGINIA – The police know exactly where my car has been — and when — during the past few months.
They could have the same information — or more — about you.
As a part of my series on the use of automatic license plate readers in Virginia, I wanted to find out what kind of information local police might have. By law, the only information I’m privileged to is my own. (more…)
Attorney General Eric Holder said he was careful not to allude to a racial component when criticizing Congress’s treatment of him last week.
Eric Holder thinks people who accept his statement with the intent and context are stupid, or gullible, or both. He is now claiming his race speech to Sharpton’s audience, was not about race. The intellectual dishonesty is mind boggling.
WASHINGTON DC – “I didn’t say there was a racial component. I was very careful not to say that,” Holder told The Huffington Post on Monday.
Last week, Holder told a civil rights group he and President Obama’s administration have been subject to “unprecedented” and “ugly” attacks. He asked what attorney general or president in history had to deal with the same.
Instead of race, Holder said he was alluding to the “breakdown in civility” and the ability to cultivate relationships in Washington. (more…)
(6:00pm EST) Not sure about what the details are that have been worked out – However, the confiscated cattle are being returned. Local cowboys and gals can be seen in various live feeds assisting the Bundy Ranch in guiding them back upon the range. It is being reported approximately 100 cattle died during the government roundup.

Several folks in the media are saying the Federal Bureau of Land Management is “withdrawing”. I would caution anyone who thinks this would resemble a victory. The feds don’t retreat – they reevaluate – they repurpose – they return.
The only reason the Feds are reevaluating this is because of the increased publicity, the growing organization of supporters, the size of the crowds, and the discussions of the relationship between the BLM, Senator Harry Reid, Crony Capitalism, Big Money Political Donors, the EPA, Chinese Industrialists and Yucca Valley.
This does not have anything to do with Turtles and Range Fees.
In a general sense the political left, and more specifically Democrats, have done an exceptional job of brainwashing two generations of U.S. citizens into thinking the far right (Conservative-Republican) is the origin of deadly governmental conflict.
Perhaps it’s prudent to remind everyone that Democrats are the only political ideology in modern history who have openly used force to mass murder large numbers of citizens into compliance. There are essentially three modern examples (in the past 30 years) where the US government has intentionally killed U.S. citizens.
Two of those examples, Philadelphia (Pennsylvania) and Waco (Texas), resulted in mass casualty events with the authorized full scale use of fire bombs, snipers, tanks and various mechanized weaponry against civilians.
First – The 1985 dropping of a gel based hydrogen bomb against “MOVE” in Philadelphia by Democrat Wilson Goode. In that example the Mayor ordered a National Guard and Police helicopter to air drop an explosive bomb onto the squatters inside a Philadelphia housing complex. (more…)
Someone tell me why this is not leading the National News Networks 24/7 !
I am having a difficult time even finding words to adequately emphasize what is going on in this ONGOING STORY. If I had not followed this story since it broke on March 22nd I would think I was reading a Hollywood movie script.
The latest update is not from Louisville Local Law Enforcement – It’s from the FBI who are warning the local police about a coordinated effort of Black Middle School thugs who are heavily armed and have formed a gang -“YNO”- network inside several schools.
The FBI is reporting the groups now plan to launch attacks at the Kentucky Derby Festival Pegasus Parade.
Apparently Mr. Gowdy feels the same way most of us do. Ms. Lerner may have had the ‘right’ to remain silent, but as soon as she opened her mouth she lost her ‘ability’.
This is a good watch.
Tyranny, in all its forms, needs deception.
By disposition, in order to be effective, the expressed construct of hatred toward the majority needs to be hidden from public scrutiny. It has always been thus.

Recently we shared the statements by U.S. Attorney General Eric Holder to the Al Sharpton group of professional race provocateurs, the “Black Grievance Industry”, who were assembled in audience. Eric Holder stated in his speech:
“I have been proud to stand along side of you in supporting efforts to advance the cause of justice that has always been at the center of this , this administrations work I am pleased to note that the last five years have been defined by significant strides and lasting reforms, even in the face, even in the face, of unprecedented, unwarranted ugly adversity. And if you don’t believe that, you look at the way …forget about me… forget about me , you look at the way the Attorney General of the Untied States was treated yesterday by a House committee. Had nothing to do with me what Attorney General has ever had to deal with that kind of treatment? What President has ever had to deal with that kind of treatment.” (Attorney General, Eric Holder 4/09/14)
Holder was framing his argument that racism was the underlying reason for congressional unhappiness that he continues to conceal information from congressional inquiry. Specifically his comments stem from a congressional hearing exchange with Representative Louis Gohmert. (watch exchange here)
However, the White House and the Obama administration don’t want the visibility, and/or the actual sunlight, upon what was said within the confines of the black grievance audience. (more…)

….Or more accurately what this picture outlines.

This is a picture from a very testy exchange between Congressman Louis Gohmert and Attorney General Eric Holder. (you can watch the exchange here)
Mr. Gohmert is elected every two years to represent hundreds of thousands of his constituents. Whether you like him or not, he is representative of the people; a large number of people.
Mr. Holder is a cabinet member appointed by, in this case, one man. He represents two men; himself and the President.
Another way to look at what Eric Holder’s doing here is to think about him, as an individual, pointing his finger at 300,000 Americans -who rise in opposition- and then threatening them. (more…)
