Murder Victim #9 – Another Knock Out Attack Leads To Another Death – Suspect Just Walks Away After Brutal Beating

This particular attack allows you to see the total helplessness of the victim as the attack takes place.   A black male targets an unsuspecting victim, totally at random, then throws him into a wall, punches and kicks him to death.   Not a robbery, not a mugging, not “harassment” as police have used before to explain,  the only motive is hate.

NEW YORK – A 68-year-old man who was beaten on a street in Alphabet City on Friday night died of his injuries the following day, police said.

Ruan Wen Hui, 68, was pounded by an unknown suspect in what cops say may have been an attempted robbery on E. 6th St. near Avenue D.  The incident was captured on video by a nearby camera:

The attacker approached the victim about 8:45 p.m. and started yelling at him. The suspect then threw Hui against a wall, and punched and kicked him in the head when he fell to the ground, cops said. (more…)

Previously the Metro Police said they were going to open investigations into the militia members who rallied to aid Cliven Bundy.    Now, it appears the FBI is opening an investigation to identify the same….

Consider it the “No Cry” list !   A list of patriots who refused to back down.

NEVADA – Clark County sheriff’s officials say they’ve been interviewed by the FBI as part of an investigation into armed supporters of Nevada rancher Cliven Bundy.

Disturbing Video Documents Teacher Concerns In Buffalo New York – Bennett High School Out Of Control

“Disparate Impact” ?

BUFFALO New York – Last month, News 4 Investigates told you about Bennett teachers who had come forward asking for help because they felt unsafe. They had even appealed to the school board saying conditions had become chaotic with students fighting and roaming the halls.

Now this vivid video describes just what they were talking about.

Coady, a district teacher for 30 years who’s been at Bennett for nine years, was among the teachers who talked to News 4 about his concerns.

Now he speaks exclusively to News 4 Investigates to describe the April 28 incident and why he jumped in to stop a fight between two female students. (more…)

Good Research Provides Possible Explanation for Harry Reid Wanting to Drive Cliven Bundy Out of Business…

harry-reid-and-obamaGood thing for Harry Reid an obscure basketball billionaire took attention away from the Cliven Bundy story. Because look what recently came to light.

While Senator Harry Reid professes that he is running the Bundy cattle off of public land because it’s the right thing to do, evidence indicates that Dirty Harry might have a personal interest in seeing that the Bundy’s join the other 52 ranchers they’ve run out of business.

Parcels held by an entity, Reid Bunkerville, LLC, which is partially owned by the Nevada Senator are in close proximity to the Bundy ranch.

The parcels appear to be in the path of future development, which may even involve a freeway interchange and loop, all west of Bunkerville in the same general area as those pesky “trespass cattle.”

Horrific Cover-up: Wisconsin Police Busted Fabricating DUI Arrest To Avoid Civil / Criminal Liability – Result: A Seriously Injured 25-year-old Woman

I held off on sharing this story (last week) because I wanted to fact check the surrounding details.   After calling Milwakee County today, I can confirm all of the details inside this article.  Including the officer in question still being employed.

Summary:   Police Officer Joseph Quiles drove through a stop light and T-boned another vehicle belonging to 25-year-old Tanya Welker.   Ms. Welker was *seriously* injured.   Officer Quiles, with the help of other officers, fabricated an arrest report proclaiming Ms. Welker as Driving Under the Influence (DUI) and citing her responsible for the accident.  However, a CCTV video showed an entirely divergent set of facts……

weyker 1 - crashed car

(WISCONSIN) A Wisconsin woman says she was wrongly accused of driving drunk when a Milwaukee sheriff’s deputy T-boned her car last year, leaving her with serious injuries and a pile of medical bills.

Tanya Weyker, 25, a jewelery designer and blogger from Milwaukee, was arrested on suspicion of drunken driving in connection to a February 2013 accident involving Milwaukee County Sheriff’s Deputy Joseph Quiles – even though blood tests showed that she had no alcohol or drugs in her system.

The driver’s neck was broken in four places, leaving Weyker unable to perform a field sobriety test on the scene of the crash, or even blow into a Breathalyzer. (more…)

Bunkerville Nevada Residents Blast Local Government, Police and Media During Town Hall…

The media would like to sell the narrative about the Bunkerville community being angry at Clive Bundy or the militia, or the events, or ___fill-in-blank___ .  Unfortunately for the propagandists the reality is fundamentally opposite..

And I’d like to point out something I’ve yet to see anyone write about.   When the crisis around the Bundy Ranch events reached their apex, the Oathkeepers ran away.   It was the militia groups who stood their ground.

NEVADA – An emotional crowd gathered for a town hall meeting on Thursday evening in Bunkerville.

Residents and council members praised militia members gathered there in support of embattled rancher Cliven Bundy, but had nothing but vitriol for the Bureau of Land Management (BLM), Clark County Sheriff Doug Gillespie and the local and national media.

“The day the militia [came] was the day I felt safe again in Nevada,” one meeting attendee said. (more…)

Remember The Merritt Landry Shooting ? The Same Kid Was Just Arrested Again For Another Burglary, Less Than A Year Later…

mandeville-street-houseThis is unreal.   Last year at 14-years-old Marshall Coulter was shot in the head during a suspected burglary at 2am.   The shooter/homeowner was unfortunate enough to be a victim of the “Trayvon Effect” (charge all white folk who are defending themselves) and was charged with 2nd degree murder.   The 14-year-old is now 15…..

LOUISIANA – A 15-year-old who survived being shot in the head last July by a Marigny homeowner was arrested Friday (May 2) in a residential burglary in the Marigny, according to two law enforcement officials. Marshall Coulter was shot last July by homeowner Merritt Landry, who later told police he believed the teen was breaking into his home.

The officials spoke on condition of anonymity because they were not authorized to speak about the investigation.

They said Coulter was detained Friday afternoon by 8th District detectives after a resident in the 2000 block of Royal Street reported a burglary of their home. It was not immediately clear how police linked him to the crime.

New Orleans police spokesman Officer Frank Robertson III said officers detained a 15-year-old boy around 3:45 p.m. and booked him on a simple burglary charge. He said the investigation was ongoing and that no more information would be forthcoming. No court or jail records were available in the case. (more…)

Supreme Court Hears Arguments On Warrantless Cell Phone Searches…

Arguments today – Ruling anticipated by end of June.

WASHINGTON DC – The US Supreme Court heard oral arguments  Tuesday in a pair of cases dealing with warrantless searches of suspects’ cell phones.
The Supremes 2012
Riley v. California  [report] is a state court case that involves a challenge to searching an arrested individual without a warrant. After being arrested, police examined Riley’s cell phone, which was described as more of a hand-held computer. In granting certiorari, the court amended the question presented to: “Whether evidence admitted at petitioner’s trial was obtained in a search of petitioner’s cell phone that violated petitioner’s Fourth Amendment rights.” (more…)
