Did Dorian Johnson Actually See The Shooting of Mike Brown ? Evidence Released Suggests "NO"…

Something about this entire story Dorian has manufactured is concealing something else.  What that “else” might be, is yet to be discovered – However, Treeper/contributor Mike Sylwester has assembled a solid hypothesis outlining part of the issue:

By Mike Sylwester: Several witnesses say that Dorian Johnson was standing by a Monte Carlo car that was stopped by the curb, just east of Darren Wilson’s police vehicle, when Michael Brown was fatally shot. Despite that excellent viewpoint, however, Johnson was not able to describe the shooting correctly in his subsequent statements. Johnson’s evident failure to see the shooting is a major mystery in the controversy about this incident.
dorian in car 3Below, I will provide evidence that the Monte Carlo’s two occupants allowed Johnson to hide down in front of the passenger seat. From that hiding position, Johnson did not see the fatal shooting. Furthermore, the two occupants drove away with Johnson still hiding there. The two occupants lied that they did not let Johnson into the car and they denied Johnson’s request to drive him away from the scene.
The Monte Carlo passenger’s grand-jury testimony is recorded in Grand Jury Volume 7, beginning on page 152.
The passenger is a male, and the driver is a woman. The Monte Carlo was following Darren Wilson’s police vehicle, traveling west on Canfield Drive. When Wilson stopped and backed up to confront Michael Brown and Dorian Johnson, the Monte Carlo stopped close behind the police vehicle. When the first gunshot was fired inside the police vehicle, the Monte Carlo backed up and stopped along the curb in front of Piaget Crenshaw’s apartment.
Because the police vehicle’s windows were tinted, the Monte Carlo’s two occupants could not see, through the police vehicle, what was happening on the driver side. The passenger could see Brown’s feet and so knew that Brown was doing something at the driver door.

September: Mayor De Blasio opposes making police chokeholds illegal – December: Cops are racist

sharpton deblasio

APRIL 2014 – […] ”I just want everyone to know: I am proud to stand with Rev. Sharpton, To borrow a phrase from our youth, reverend — he’s the real thing.”

“I am Rev. Sharpton’s fan, I must admit, But there may be an even greater fan of Rev. Sharpton in my household: the first lady of our city, Chirlane McCray. And we both value his advice and his guidance.” (link)

September (NEW YORK) Chokeholds are against NYPD policy and are at the center of the controversial death of a suspect on Staten Island, but Mayor de Blasio said Tuesday he’s opposed to making them a crime. (more…)

NYPD Feels "Thrown Under The Bus" By Mayor De Blasio Calling Them Generationally Racist Oppressors Comfortable Killing Black People…

Gee, ya think?   After watching yesterday’s Bill de Blasio press conference most people were left wondering why the Mayor just doesn’t fire all the cops and sub-contract law enforcement to the New Black Panther Party.  The Mayor’s rhetoric was so riddled with hatred toward the police it was quite stunning.
NEW YORK — The head of New York City’s police union said officers felt “thrown under the bus” by Mayor Bill de Blasio following a Staten Island grand jury’s decision not to indict an officer in the death of Eric Garner, CBS New York station WCBS-TV reports.
NYPD
Patrolmen’s Benevolent Association President Patrick Lynch said the mayor needs to do more to support New York City cops.
What police officers felt yesterday after that press conference is that they were thrown under the bus,” Lynch told reporters Thursday. “That they were out there doing a difficult job in the middle of the night, protecting the rights of those to protest, protecting our sons and daughters and the mayor was behind microphones like this throwing them under the bus.” (more…)

A Transparent Conflict of Interest – Treasury Secretary Jack Lew Blocks White House/IRS Email Release…

Yesterday we shared a startling revelation about a letter sent from the IRS to Cause of Action, regarding the denial of a FOIA release. Today we expand the explanation.
Denis McDonoughThe request from CoA to the IRS was an effort to gain documents shared between the White House and the IRS.  The concern of interest is the probability there was illegal distribution of taxpayer information from the IRS to officials in the White House.
Enough circumstantial information exists to speculate the information within the denied documents could outline collusion between the White House and the IRS – to formulate a list of political opponents for targeting.
The enforcement mechanism used for targeting includes the DOJ and various other government agencies (ATF, OSHA, EEOC, EPA Banking/Finance)
According to the jaw dropping IRS letter – Treasury Secretary Jack Lew, interceded and blocked the FOIA discovery from being released. See Letter:

However, as we have previously outlined current Treasury Secretary Jack Lew holds a serious conflict of interest. Lew’s decision to block the release is not only unethical, and an obvious conflict of interest, but also borders on illegal. (more…)

Thoughts on Eric Garner and The Shift To The "Bigger Picture"…

They want you angry, they want you very angry.  It’s emotion that drives the collective; it’s emotion that drives the mob; it’s emotion that drives democracy to totalitarianism.
The Anger Games
There’s a reason the founding fathers of the U.S. Republic promised a “republican form of government“, a constitutional republic and not a democracy.
A Republic is ruled by principles of law, and as a consequence it is a representative process of considerable debate and deliberative conversation.
A Democracy is ruled by majority, by emotion.  Debate is not considered – the arguments are short and quick – the rules quickly assembled without lengthy forethought toward consequence.  (If that sounds like ObamaCare, it’s not coincidental) (more…)

BREAKING – Grand Jury Determines "No Indictment" In NYPD Eric Garner Case

No doubt the professionally aggrieved will use this decision as another opportunity for more shouting, looting and riots.  Yes, here we go again.

The biggest problem in the Garner case was the media’s incessant focus on a supposed “choke hold”.  The video clearly shows the very large uncooperative male would not comply with instructions.  The police officer held few options, and the choke hold itself lasted only a few seconds.  Also, FWIW the “chokehold” is not illegal, just against policy. The media invested so much of their effort on the choke hold they are shocked at the outcome.
(Huffington Post) – A grand jury voted Wednesday not to indict New York City police officer Daniel Pantaleo in the death of Eric Garner, multiple sources confirm.
Eric Garner
Pantaleo put 47-year-old Garner into a chokehold during an arrest for selling untaxed cigarettes on July 17. In a viral video of the arrest, Garner can be seen screaming “I can’t breathe!” multiple times until his body goes limp. A medical examiner later ruled his death a homicide. (more…)

Strange Coincidence – Between 1:16am CCTV and Dorian Johnson's 7:00am "Meet-Up" With Mike Brown…

Grand Jury evidence shows that Mike Brown was one of a group of three people who went to the Ferguson Liquor Market at 1:13am on the same day as the shooting. The Grand Jury saw CCTV evidence of his visit approximately 10 hours before the cigarillo robbery at the same locale – this would have been overnight between Friday 8/8 and Saturday 8/9.

Additionally, according to robbery cohort Dorian Johnson’s somewhat sketchy grand jury testimony, he and Mike Brown met up at 7:00am outside the apartment where Mike Brown was staying.  Dorian’s testimony is “sketchy” for several reasons, not the least of which is the time between 7:00am and the robbery at 11:50am is essentially unaccounted for and unreconciled – despite his testimony.
