Cultural Marxism strikes again. Four “hoodie clad” teens decide to rob a female oriented gun store.  The female owner is hit in the face by the first thug. The owner and her husband fight back. The husband is killed during the shootout. The media refuse to identify “the teens”:

Missouri – The female owner of a Shawnee gun shop was released from the hospital Saturday, less than 24 hours after a violent Friday afternoon robbery attempt that resulted in the death of her husband, a co-owner of the business.
Becky Bieker, who was struck in the face when four men entered her She’s A Pistol gun shop Friday, was released from Overland Park Regional, a hospital spokesman said Saturday. Two other individuals — teenagers suspected of being involved with the attempted robbery — remained at the hospital in fair condition. (more…)

Predictable in the extreme.  Those who have followed events can see through the timing of this announcement and identify the agenda/motive.  The recommendation of charges against Petraeus is cover fire for a Hillary Clinton presidential bid.

As outlined in the Benghazi Brief, the only player in the joint CIA/State Department Libyan operation “Zero Footprint” -that resulted in the Benghazi attack- who was an extreme risk to Team Hillary Clinton, was David Petraeus. 

Operation Zero Footprint began with Leon Panetta, prior to Petraeus tenure as leader of the CIA.   When Benghazi erupted Petraeus became a risk – enter Mike Morrell.

Paula Broadwell let it slip (video below) that the Benghazi CIA Annex was a black ops rendition site in Eastern Libya tasked with two general purposes.  Vetting the “rebels” and al-Qaeda operatives, and jointly repurchasing the Clinton weapons, primarily the MANPADS.

WASHINGTON — The F.B.I. and Justice Department prosecutors have recommended bringing felony charges against retired Gen. David H. Petraeus for providing classified information to his former mistress while he was director of the C.I.A., officials said, leaving Attorney General Eric H. Holder Jr. to decide whether to seek an indictment that could send the pre-eminent military officer of his generation to prison.

The Justice Department investigation stems from an affair Mr. Petraeus had with Paula Broadwell, an Army Reserve officer who was writing his biography, and focuses on whether he gave her access to his C.I.A. email account and other highly classified information. The left-wing media machine is striking out against Sharyl Attkisson for filing suit.  However, what the professional left fail to address is the ever present question: what other venue for redress does Attkisson have?  The DOJ obtusely denies the claim stating:

To our knowledge, the Justice Department has never compromised Ms. Attkisson’s computers, or otherwise sought any information from or concerning any telephone, computer or other media device she may own or use. (link)

Yet, within the legal DOJ obfuscation you’ll note the absence of a specific denial.  Against the backdrop of a provably weaponized DOJ commanded by Attorney General Eric Holder, who has specifically and intentionally targeted reporters, there is more than enough evidence to support the Attkisson forensic team who have identified government agencies as the source of the illegal tapping.   The discovery phase of a lawsuit is the only actionable redress to gain sunlight.

ST. LOUIS COUNTY • A member of the grand jury who declined to file criminal charges against former Ferguson Police Officer Darren Wilson in the death of Michael Brown sued St. Louis County Prosecutor Robert McCulloch Monday for the right to speak publicly about the proceedings.
The plaintiff, identified in court documents only as “Grand Juror Doe,” has alleged First Amendment violations in a civil suit filed in federal court in St. Louis. According to the lawsuit, Doe wants to talk publicly about the experience of serving on a grand jury, the evidence and investigation that the plaintiff believes would educate the public and “to advocate for legislative change to the way grand juries are conducted in Missouri.”

All three judges agreed that Canyon County Deputy Prosecutor Erica Kallin erred in citing a song praising what the judges called ‘pernicious racism’ that might have influenced the jury.

WASHINGTON DC – The Obama administration on Friday imposed a wave of sanctions against members of the North Korean government, amounting to the U.S. government’s first official response to the cyber-attack against Sony Pictures Entertainment.

Despite lingering questions from private security analysts over whether North Korea was responsible for the hack — as the FBI has alleged — the White House described the new sanctions as retaliation against Pyongyang.
“We take seriously North Korea’s attack that aimed to create destructive financial effects on a U.S. company and to threaten artists and other individuals with the goal of restricting their right to free expression,” White House Press Secretary Josh Earnest said in a statement. “As the president has said, our response to North Korea’s attack against Sony Pictures Entertainment will be proportional, and will take place at a time and in a manner of our choosing. SAINT LOUIS – The St. Louis County NAACP recognized Lesley McSpadden, mother of Michael Brown Jr., during the branch’s fifth annual Jazz Brunch on Saturday, December 20. McSpadden, joined at the event by several members of the Brown family, was privately presented with a check for an undisclosed amount.
It was a small “love token” of their appreciation, said John Gaskin III, local NAACP youth leader and national NAACP board member, “to let her know that she’s loved and that the county civil rights organization is remaining true to the fight for justice for her and her family.”
The event was held at the Ritz-Carlton in Clayton – a short distance away from where a St. Louis County grand jury chose not to indict then Ferguson Police Officer Darren Wilson in Brown’s fatal shooting on August 9. (more…)
