– UPDATE (5pm EST): HOUSTON (KTRK/KPRC/CNN/RNN) – According to the Associated Press, a suspect has been arrested in the killing of a Texas deputy at a Houston-area gas station.
The arrest came just more than an hour after Harris County Sheriff Ron Hickman had made a plea to the public to come forward with information and assist in finding the person responsible. (link)
It appears the person currently being questioned by law enforcement has “learning disabilities”, which is generally code-speak for “mentally impaired”. As a consequence therein, a strong possibility exists that the suspect’s behavior could be prone to the influence of others…. we would not be surprised if this turns out to be accurate.

As a lifetime member of the perpetually aggrieved his history shows an unstable mind who filed numerous complaints and lawsuits. In addition to being an activist within the Black Lives Matter movement, he was a staunch Obama supporter which led to a biased reprimand during his employment as a “journalist”.
In a noted irony, the media refuses to publish his manifesto because it just doesn’t fit the PC narrative. Their refusal stems from the same insufferable ideology to only promote a specific narrative; the same narrative which fueled his anxiety.
MONETA, Va. (AP) — A TV reporter and cameraman were shot to death on live television Wednesday by their former colleague, a journalist who also recorded himself carrying out the killings and then posted the video on social media.
The gunman, who was fired in 2013 from WDBJ in Roanoke, Virginia, fled the scene and went online, posting the video on Facebook and Twitter. He also reportedly faxed a 23-page manifesto and “suicide note” to ABC News, describing himself as a “human powder keg” that was “just waiting to go BOOM!!!!”
Vester Lee Flanagan II, 41, who appeared on WDBJ as Bryce Williams, had evidently been planning the attack for some time, authorities said. As he fled, he switched vehicles, picking up a rental car he had previously reserved at an airport. In 2012 it was revealed that Obama administration officials used pseudonym email accounts to hide their communications. EPA head Lisa Jackson became embroiled in a scandal when it was discovered that she subverted FOIA concerns by using an account under the name “Richard Windsor”, a name attributed to her dog.
Later, as the EPA scandal evolved, Lisa Jackson quit her position.
Now, it appears that IRS official Lois Lerner was doing the exact same thing. Using the email name “Toby Miles” to hide her in house, and ex parte, communication. The IRS plot thickens.
WASHINGTON DC – The IRS admitted to a federal court there was a second personal email account that Lois Lerner, the official at the heart of the Tea Party targeting scandal, used to conduct agency business.
The email account apparently was set up under the name, “Toby Miles,” which sources tell Fox News is the name of Lerner’s dog. (more…)

(Daily Mail) NASA employees were caught buying child pornography from a criminal ring in Eastern Europe that distributed images of minors as young as three, it can be revealed.
An investigation by Daily Mail Online found 16 staff members from the space agency paid for pictures and videos of children in sexual situations, but were never prosecuted. Their names have never been released because of government guidelines which protect their privacy – prompting fears some of the culprits are still employed by NASA. (more…)

Given the history of Clinton debate into the meaning of “is” we can only imagine the level of professional obfuscation that will surround the meaning of : “Classified”, “Secret”, “Top Secret” etc.
(Via Washington Times) While media coverage has focused on a half-dozen of Hillary Rodham Clinton’s personal emails containing sensitive intelligence, the total number of her private emails identified by an ongoing State Department review as having contained classified data has ballooned to 60, officials told The Washington Times.
That figure is current through the end of July and is likely to grow as officials wade through a total of 30,000 work-related emails that passed through her personal email server, officials said. The process is expected to take months. (more…)

(Via Daily Caller) – Former Secretary of State Hillary Clinton entrusted her email server to an IT firm that was not cleared to handle classified materials, according to the chief spokesman for the Defense Security Service.
The DSS is an arm of the Defense Department and is the only federal agency authorized to approve private sector company access to sensitive or confidential material.
The agency reviews and approves private contractors to assure they have secure facilities and approves security clearances for employees to clear them for access to sensitive or classified materials.
Since 2013, Clinton used Platte River Networks, a small Denver-based company, to upgrade and maintain her private email server at her home in Chappaqua, New York.
About 13,000 companies have received FCL or facility-wide clearance. But Platte River is not one of them. (more…)
