The continual crisis, after crisis, after crisis is beginning to paint a disturbing picture. Consequential Intention. As Eric Rush wrote:

These developments can all be traced (as I’ve recently indicated) to Obama’s political roots, which are borne out by his policies, his associations and his affinity for such doctrines as Black Liberation Theology and Critical Race Theory. (more…)

This was a prediction made almost 4 years ago by the entire Tree House admin team.   It is a self fulfilling prophecy that some entity will have to step into the void left by the U.S. withdrawal.   Little did we know that whistleblowers who identify illegal and unconstitutional U.S. Domestic Spying programs would also be seeking Russian help.

It was clearly written between the lines in Cairo 2009, that newly elected President Obama would reflect favorable opinion of Islam;…  and Islam carried to its logical conclusion is antithetical to individual freedom and liberty.   The Green Movement in Iraq quickly found that out the hard way.
It seemed odd, even bizarre, to conceptualize as President Obama took office – that someone, probably Russia and/or China, would have to step in to assist burgeoning cries for Democracy or representative freedom.    Bizarre as it sounded at the time, such is the current filler of the void.
EGYPT – As the situation in Egypt escalates, a source with very close ties to the Egyptian government tells Breitbart News that the country is preparing to send a diplomatic mission to Russia. While the Obama Administration sends conflicting messages about the conflict, Russia, China and Saudi Arabia have issued strong statements in support of the government’s crackdown on the Muslim Brotherhood. America’s influence in the region is waning. (more…)

I’ve been looking for a way to aptly describe all the recent events in Egypt.   Then I saw this recent picture courtesy of Jim Hoft at Gateway Pundit.   It appropriately describes what the U.S. media is desperate to avoid:

The average Egyptian is not an Islamist.   To the contrary they are moderates – having lived with ‘westernized freedom principles’ amid the presidency of Hosni Mubarak.   Sure, there were elements the average citizen did not like about Mubarak – and the absence of technological investment in their economy was a source of constant irritation.
However, they did not want to devolve into an Islamist State.   Initially the Muslim Brotherhood promised not to run for election – but they reversed their position and being the only organized political group in Egypt they quickly moved to manipulate the election and the electorate.   The outcome was President Morsi. (Via Breitbart)  Buried within an article on Newark Mayor Cory Booker’s run for U.S. Senate, Edward-Isaac Dovere of Politico admits “the irony that in the age of Obama, Republicans have done a better job than Democrats of bringing diversity through their ranks.”
That is a reality ignored all too often by the mainstream media in its rush to declare Republicans, and especially those from the Tea Party movement, as racist, white, male, and old.


In fact, the emergence of the Tea Party helped bring black and female candidates to the forefront of the GOP, as political newcomers seized (and created) political opportunities–often in opposition to the Republican establishment. (more…)

Bill O’Reilly exposes that Al Sharpton for taking him out of context on his MSNBC show the other day to portray him as a brutalizer of the poor. After O’Reilly plays the clip of Sharpton blatantly lying about what he said, he then reveals kicker.

O’Reilly said that he donated $25,000 to Sharpton’s Harlem charity after Sharpton came to him and told him they were out of money and were not able to buy Christmas presents and dinners for hundreds of poor people.

O’Reilly says he never mentioned it because it wasn’t necessary. “But now it is,” he adds, “to prove exactly what kind of person Al Sharpton really is.”

Additionally the FISA court admits today it has to rely on the information presented to it when it determines legal authority. Also, the court has no mechanism to check the claims brought to it by the NSA or Justice Dept. One example is outlined in the Washington Post article.
(WASHINGTON POST)  The National Security Agency has broken privacy rules or overstepped its legal authority thousands of times each year since Congress granted the agency broad new powers in 2008, according to an internal audit and other top-secret documents.
Most of the infractions involve unauthorized surveillance of Americans or foreign intelligence targets in the United States, both of which are restricted by law and executive order. They range from significant violations of law to typographical errors that resulted in unintended interception of U.S. e-mails and telephone calls.
The documents, provided earlier this summer to The Washington Post by former NSA contractor Edward Snowden, include a level of detail and analysis that is not routinely shared with Congress or the special court that oversees surveillance. In one of the documents, agency personnel are instructed to remove details and substitute more generic language in reports to the Justice Department and the Office of the Director of National Intelligence. ROSE CITY, Mich. – When Rose City middle school teacher Neal Erickson pleaded guilty to molesting one of his students a while back, most observers expected an open-and-shut case with the school community rallying around the teenage victim.

And in some ways it was. Erickson was sentenced to 15-30 years in prison for carrying on a sexual relationship with a boy in his young teens between 2006 and 2009. That should have been the end of the horrific tale.
But seven teachers kept the controversy alive by rallying behind the rapist, going so far as to write letters to the sentencing judge, seeking leniency on his behalf. The letters were posted on a local blog, WBRC Teachers.

First the FAIL –  TALLAHASSEE,  Fla. —Florida’s Republican-controlled Legislature is coming out solidly  against a special session to repeal the state’s “stand your ground” law.
The Department of State on  Wednesday released a list that showed more than half of the state’s 160-member  Legislature has already voted against the idea.
The vote was triggered  earlier after 33 legislators asked for a special session in writing. They were  urged to do so by the Dream Defenders group, which is upset with the July  verdict in the George Zimmerman case.
Under an obscure state  law, the written requests required an official poll. A yes vote by three-fifths  of the Legislature would have resulted in a special session.  (more)

Four West Pensacola juveniles and a 19-year-old, attacked a 77-year-old man Monday night, according to an Escambia County Sheriff’s Office news release.  […]  The incident happened about 9 p.m. Monday when dispatchers received a report of several teenagers chasing a man with a stick, the news release said.
The victim, John Garland Redick, encountered the teens on a boardwalk near the Big Lots parking lot at the 400 block of North Navy Boulevard and was assaulted, according to an arrest report.  (link)
