In what might well be a very revealing week ahead the IRS will appear in two different court jurisdictions to explain the now infamous, lost but never reported, missing Lois Lerner emails.

On July 10th the IRS will have to explain in federal court the context of their failure to preserve evidence for the longstanding Judicial Watch lawsuit. On May 13th 2013, the Lois Lerner emails were the subject of a specific JW lawsuit over non-compliance with FOIA. The IRS has never told the court in this case that any emails were lost/missing.
The following day, on July 11th, the IRS will try to block a motion filed by Houston based True The Vote which seeks to have independent outside digital forensics experts comb through the IRS email files to see if the IRS claim is valid. Judge Reggie Walton has agreed to hear arguments in support of True The Vote’s motion. (more…)
If media folks are finding sources willing to give out this much specific detail, it’s only a matter of time before the entire lid blows off the IRS scandal. And the more that comes out, the more it looks like a DOJ initiated scheme using the IRS, instead of an IRS scheme using the DOJ.
(Via Daily Caller) Ex-Internal Revenue Service official Lois Lerner tried to audit Republican Sen. Chuck Grassley after Grassley blocked President Obama’s nominee to head the Department of Justice (DOJ) tax division, an executive branch insider told The Daily Caller.

Grassley made it more difficult for the IRS and DOJ to work together to target conservative groups by blocking Obama’s political appointee Mary L. Smith from taking over the DOJ Tax Division, which prosecutes criminal cases for the IRS. Grassley held up the nomination in early 2010, just as Lerner and fellow IRS officials were mapping out their targeting strategy. The White House later withdrew Smith’s nomination. (more…)
Are the DHS security agents intentionally being provocative ? The term “brown shirts” is specifically what the German Nazi party called their paramilitary units.
“Sturmabteilung” abbreviated to “SA”, or more generally “brown shirts”, was an organized assault division functioning as the original paramilitary wing of the Nazi Party.
The Brown Shirts played a key role in Adolf Hitler’s rise to power in the 1920s and 1930s. Their main assignments were providing protection for Nazi rallies and assemblies, disrupting the meetings of the opposing parties, fighting against the paramilitary units of the opposing parties (especially the Rotfrontkämpferbund) and intimidating Slavic and Romani citizens, unionists and Jews.
Do you think the United States Department of Homeland Security would intentionally tell contracted security people to name themselves after such similarly behaving paramilitary horror ? That’s a little ‘in-your-face’, no?
(Via Daily Caller) An Oklahoma Congressman who visited an Army base being used to house illegal immigrant children now wonders what the federal government is hiding after he was denied access to the facility.

“There is no excuse for denying a Federal Representative from Oklahoma access to a federal facility in Oklahoma where unaccompanied children are being held,” Rep. Jim Bridenstine said in a statement following his visit Tuesday to Ft. Sill Army base near Lawton. (more…)
(Todd Starnes Reporting) A government-contracted security force threatened to arrest doctors and nurses if they divulged any information about the contagion threat at a refugee camp housing illegal alien children at Lackland Air Force Base in San Antonio, Texas, sources say.
In spite of the threat, several former camp workers broke their confidentiality agreements and shared exclusive details with me about the dangerous conditions at the camp. They said taxpayers deserve to know about the contagious diseases and the risks the children pose to Americans. I have agreed to not to disclose their identities because they fear retaliation and prosecution.
My sources say Americans should be very concerned about the secrecy of the government camps.
“There were several of us who wanted to talk about the camps, but the agents made it clear we would be arrested,” a psychiatric counselor told me. “We were under orders not to say anything.”
Hundreds, perhaps thousands, of DHS contracted busses are right now on the road heading to various communities where the DHS contracted agents have been told to just drop them off at the bus depot and leave.
LAREDO, Texas–A glimpse into the reality of the thousands of illegal immigrants being released into the U.S. by the Obama Administration was captured on video in a Greyhound Bus station in Laredo, Texas this weekend. The illegal immigrants who cross as incomplete family units simply enter the U.S. illegally, turn themselves in to U.S. Border Patrol agents, are processed, and then are released with a notice to appear at a future date for court proceedings.
U.S. taxpayers then fund bus tickets for the illegal immigrants to go to the U.S. city of their choosing. Approximately 95 percent of the illegal immigrants never return as promised for court proceedings, according to Hector Garza, a Border Patrol agent and spokesperson for the National Border Patrol Council (NBPC) Local 2455. (Via Washington Post) The lawyer in George Zimmerman’s defamation suit is vowing to appeal the ruling of a Florida judge who yesterday tossed the litigation from her courtroom. Judge Debra S. Nelson wrote that Zimmerman “shall take nothing by this suit” even though NBC News in multiple broadcasts had shortened a police call in a way that inaccurately depicted Zimmerman as volunteering racial information about Trayvon Martin on the night of their fatal encounter in February 2012.
“We obviously disagree with the judge,” says James Beasley, Zimmerman’s Philadelphia-based attorney. “We understand she has her position and we respect it, but we obviously disagree.” An appeal is coming. Nelson is the same judge who presided over Zimmerman’s 2013 criminal trial, in which he was acquitted of second-degree murder.
The pivotal section of Nelson’s decision declares that for the purposes of libel law, Zimmerman is a public figure. In so ruling, Nelson appears to have agreed with NBC’s motion to dismiss, which argued that Zimmerman’s public profile predated the encounter with Martin. (more…)
… and of course the media will just, well, cover for him.
WASHINGTON (AP) — President Barack Obama defiantly dared congressional Republicans on Tuesday to try to block his efforts to act on his own and bypass a divided Congress that has thwarted his policy initiatives.
“So sue me,” he taunted on a sweltering day, as he pushed lawmakers to pay for road and bridge repairs. “I’m not going to apologize for trying to do something.”
Obama struck an aggressive tone in the face of a lawsuit threat from House Speaker John Boehner and in the wake of two defeats before the Supreme Court, including a unanimous decision from the court that he overreached when he appointed members of the National Labor Relations Board while the Senate was in recess. WISCONSIN – The United States government is actually suing a private American business for discriminating against Hispanic and Asian employees because they don’t speak English on the job.
It involves a Green Bay Wisconsin metal and plastic manufacturer that fired a group of Hmong and Hispanic workers over their English skills, “even though those skills were not needed to perform their jobs,” according to the feds. More importantly, forcing employees to speak English in the U.S. violates Title VII of the Civil Rights Act of 1964, says the Obama administration.
Here’s the twisted explanation from the Equal Employment Opportunity Commission (EEOC), the federal agency that enforces the nation’s workplace discrimination laws; the Civil Rights Act protects employees from discrimination based on national origin, which includes the linguistic characteristics of a national origin group.
Therefore, according to this reasoning, foreigners have the right to speak their native language even during work hours at an American company that requires English. (more…)
Despite the reality staring her in the face the Mayor of Baltimore, Stephanie Rawlings-Blake, refuses to acknowledge the motives and racial connotations behind the continuing Knock Out Assaults taking place in her city. A continuing pattern of racial avoidance:
Baltimore – After two recent “knockout games” left several people in Baltimore injured, the city’s mayor has decided to speak out.WNEW Annapolis Bureau Chief Karen Adams reports that Baltimore City Mayor Stephanie Rawlings-Blake is disgusted by the attacks and says they are not a game.
“They don’t understand the consequences,” Rawlings-Blake said. “If you knock someone out, you could think its a joke and you’ll hurt somebody – that person could die. And then your life is ruined for some stupidity that you and your friends think is fun. It’s just not worth it.”
Rawlings-Blake said Wednesday that adults in the city can help to prevent these crimes by being more involved in the lives of children who may be roaming the streets. (more…)
The earlier, and original expose’/article by freelance reporter Charles C Johnson failed to mention that Johnson paid a Mississippi pastor, Stevie Fielder, for his information. On it’s face that ‘failure to inform’ might not seem like a big deal, and hopefully it is not, but when you leave such a visible crack inside such an explosive story you open yourself up to attacks. Interview with Charles C Johnson about the investigation HERE
The Breitbart article below cleans up some of the clouded details. After listening to over an hour of recordings, discussions and explanations of research – one thing is certain:
This is more than enough evidence to force another election. Actually this is more than enough information for the FBI to begin arresting Cochran campaign organizers in and around Mississippi. Perhaps even Senator Cochran himself.
[Breitbart] A black Mississippi pastor has emerged to claim Sen. Thad Cochran’s (R-MS) campaign paid “thousands” of Democrats $15 each to vote in the June 24 GOP runoff – and that he was part of the scheme.
Rev. Stevie Fielder, an associate pastor at First Union Missionary Baptist Church in Meridan, Mississippi, says Cochran’s campaign “told me to offer blacks $15 each and to vote for Thad.”
Fielder, who was paid by freelance journalist Charles C. Johnson for the story, provided a new outlet launched by Johnson—GotNews.com—with four text messages from a person purporting to be Cochran campaign staffer Saleem Baird.
The messages cite an official Cochran campaign email address—[email protected]—and include detailed discussions of the campaign providing envelopes of money to distribute to people who vote.
“Send me individual names and amounts along with home address to [email protected] and I’ll have money separated in envelopes at the office waiting for you,” one message, sent three days before the runoff, says. (more…)
