Amid Pelosi, Cummings, Schiff and Nadler’s coordinated effort to use material inside the special counsel investigation, President Trump’s attorney Rudy Giuliani appears on Fox News to discuss their weaponized approach.
Ranking members Devin Nunes (House Intelligence) and Jim Jordan (House Oversight) appear on Fox News with Sean Hannity to discuss the latest developments with AG William Barr preparing the release of the Robert Mueller report.
When reviewing the day-to-day moves by Pelosi’s House committee chairs, don’t ever forget to reference her rule changes for this congress. Their plan, and they are not going to abandon it, was visible in the changes to the committee rules…
Today the House Judiciary Committee authorized chairman Jerry Nadler (D-NY) to use a subpoena to force the Justice Department to give Congress a full copy of Special Counsel Robert Mueller’s report and all supporting evidence. The vote was 24-17, with all Democrats supporting and all Republicans opposed. Mark Meadows responds:
Well this is buckets of interesting. Last year CTH anticipated Bloomberg would be one of the Club insiders positioned to take lead in the 2020 Club primary. However, as time progressed Club board members seemed to shift Bloomberg aside in favor of Joe Biden. A proactive Rupert Murdoch hired Biden’s former chief-of-staff in preparation.
Unfortunately for the Club’s board, Biden is failing to launch. The free range Moonbat coalition, aka the unsuspecting astroturf, are turning out to be more challenging to herd than the board anticipated. Their plot against installing Biden may succeed. This opens the club to reconsider Bloomberg’s prior presentation….

New York – Mike Bloomberg may still consider a run for the White House — particularly if touchy-feely Joe Biden decides to stay out of the race, according to a report.
Nellie Ohr is the wife of DOJ official Bruce Ohr. Nellie Ohr, a specialist in Russian matters, was also a contract employee of the CIA for multiple years. In September 2015 Nellie Ohr approached her former colleague at Fusion GPS (Glenn Simpson) for a job.
Nellie Ohr was hired as a contract agent by Fusion to work on the ‘Trump Project’ assembling political opposition research that was later shared with another Fusion GPS contract employee, Christopher Steele, and compiled into the ‘Steele Dossier’.
It always seemed sketchy that at the same time Nellie Ohr began communicating with Christopher Steele and other governmental participants associated with the Steele Dossier, May 2016, she applied for a Ham Radio License [FCC LINK]:

During congressional testimony, Nellie Ohr was asked when and why she obtained the Ham radio operators license. Ms. Ohr testified she obtained the license in 2015, “well before” she began working for Fusion GPS. Obviously this statement conflicts with the public FCC record showing she obtained the license in May 2016.

Today House Judiciary Committee ranking member Doug Collins releases the transcript of testimony (full pdf below) from former FBI Director of Counterintelligence Bill Priestap. Director Priestap was the immediate supervisor of FBI Agent Peter Strzok. According to earlier reporting of this testimony Mr. Priestap noted how agent Strzok often worked around him in direct communication with FBI Deputy Director Andrew McCabe.
Additionally, Strzok had a working relationship with former CIA Director John Brennan that also worked around Priestap. Brennan used Strzok as an author for the December 29, 2016 Joint Analysis Report on Russian measures; and the January 2017 Intelligence Community Assessment. Both reports were written to enhance the Russian election interference story-line; a critical component needed by a corrupt DOJ and FBI group to build a false narrative that could shield their 2016 election year political surveillance operations.
Here’s the transcript:

It has never made sense that U.S. Person Carter Page was an FBI witness from 2013 through to March/May 2016 and yet in October 2016, to achieve a FISA warrant, the FBI called him an agent of a foreign government. [FISA APPLICATION]

It just never made any sense; perhaps, until today.
Put yourself in the mindset within the highly political small group at the DOJ and FBI who have a plan to help Hillary Clinton win the presidency.
From October 2015 through early March 2016 Fusion GPS was assembling opposition research on all the GOP candidates. However, mid-March it became obvious Donald Trump was going to win, so all other efforts were side-lined and Trump becomes the Fusion-GPS focus. Billionaire Paul Singer, a Rubio backer, drops funding for Fusion-GPS Trump research; the DNC and Clinton campaign take over the payments.

House Oversight Committee Chairman Elijah Cummings is attempting to undermine the administration with partisan political attacks against Trump officials and their security clearances. Republicans on the committee, led by ranking member Jim Jordan, are fighting back [pdf below].
President Trump’s Senior Advisor Jared Kushner gives an interview to Laura Ingraham to discuss this issue and current topics of the day. WATCH:
The official account of how the intelligence community gained the transcript of incoming National Security Adviser Michael Flynn talking to Ambassador Sergey Kisliyak on December 29th, 2016, surrounds “incidental collection” as a result of contact with an agent of a foreign power. Meaning the Flynn call was picked up as the U.S. intelligence apparatus was conducting surveillance on Russian Ambassador Kisliyak.
If this version of events is accurate, it falls under FISA-702 collection: the lawful monitoring of a foreign agent who has contact with a U.S. person. In order to review the identity of the U.S. person, a process called ‘unmasking’, a 702 submission must be made. That submission, the unmasking, leaves a paper/electronic trail.
In a 2017 congressional hearing, Senator Lindsey Graham asks Deputy Attorney General Sally Yates and former DNI James Clapper about this process. [Watch first 3 minutes]
HPSCI ranking member Devin Nunes appears on Fox News today to discuss the pending release of the Mueller report and the likely content therein. Additionally, Nunes discusses his approach at sending AG William Barr criminal referrals.
