Arizona GOP Chairwoman Kelli Ward provides an update on the Maricopa County audit including the legal battles.  Chairwoman Ward outlines how the county board of supervisors has been discovered to have withheld material evidence from the audit despite a court order demanding compliance.

There are certain to be more legal battles ahead as the auditors demand access to all the equipment, including the passwords the county is withholding.  From the reference of the State Senate, the judge has already ruled on these issues and everything that was used in the 2020 election is subject to the subpoena by the State Senate.  It will be interesting next week to see how this issue resolves.

Finally, Kelli Ward says to expect a busy week next week as these and other issues are tackled while the physical audit of ballots continues.

Arizona GOP Chairwoman Kelli Ward gives an update on the ongoing Maricopa County ballot audit.  As Ms. Ward notes, the Democrats and federal Dept. of Justice are attempting to intervene in the audit at the same time the Maricopa election officials are admitting they did not have custody of the equipment used to count ballots.

This obtuse explanation from Treasury Secretary Janet Yellen about the April jobs report is one for the record books.  According to Yellen, the government handing people more free money than they would achieve with a working job is not a disincentive for employment.

To prove her case she cites the hospitality industry hiring people in April.  However, what Yellen doesn’t figure into her bizarro logic is that all sectors in all states are not created equal.  Yes, the statistics of “sector analysis” apply across the entire nation; however, the underlying economic activity is not equally distributed.

Blue states are more economically closed than red states. The job gains are in the states where the economic activity is strongest and the incentives for workers are the biggest.   The lack of people working is disproportionately happening in the blue states where dependency models are strongest. WATCH this nonsense:

These bureaucrats don’t have a lick of common sense.  According to Secretary Yellen’s logic, there are times when water is not lacking dryness.

Economic forecasters had predicted one million job gains in April.  The actual results are “stunningly” and “unexpectedly” far below the expectations.  The Bureau of Labor Statistics [SEE HERE] reveals only 266,000 jobs gained in April and downward revisions of March by -146,000.  There are almost 7.4 million jobs available; however, despite the available jobs, no-one is going back to work.

Yes, JoeBama’s “free government money” has created the socialist utopia.

The politically correct economic analysts are shocked that minorities (blacks and latinos) are not going back to work; while ignoring the disincentive that government handouts have created in the JoeBama economy.  The entire dynamic is ridiculous when you consider we should be entering a phase of the jobs economy where vaccination and COVID mitigation should be leading to massive reopenings of the economy overall.

Inside the numbers, the economic sectors showing the worst jobs recovery are directly related to the blue state shut-downs.  Worse yet, there is an underlying scenario showing the economy is not growing despite the ability of businesses to re-open overall.  That spells even more trouble.

(CNBC) – “Today’s report was an enormous surprise and shows the labor market hit a hidden pothole in April,” Glassdoor senior economist Daniel Zhao tells CNBC Make It. “Clearly, the labor market has decelerated quite a bit.”

In the state of Michigan, specifically Antrim County, there is an ongoing civil lawsuit into the electronic tabulation systems used in the 2020 election [Details Here].  The plaintiff in the case is William Bailey and his attorneys include the DePerno Law Office:  “We have the proof that voting machines used in the 2020 elections can be compromised and votes easily transferred from one candidate to another. We can flip votes at the tabulator/precinct level. We can flip votes at the county level. The American people are losing their voice for the future of our democracy. We must fight together for free and fair elections.”

Earlier today President Trump drew attention to this ongoing legal battle:

President Donald Trump – “At 6:31 in the morning on November 4th, a dump of 149,772 votes came in to the State of Michigan. Biden received 96% of those votes and the State miraculously went to him. Has the Michigan State Senate started their review of the Fraudulent Presidential Election of 2020 yet, or are they about to start? If not, they should be run out of office. Likewise, at 3:42 in the morning, a dump of 143,379 votes came in to the state of Wisconsin, also miraculously, given to Biden. Where did these “votes” come from? Both were State Election changing events, and that is on top of the other corruption without even including the fact that neither state got Legislative approval, which is required under the United States Constitution. The Bailey case in Michigan is the first time admissible evidence of how electronic voting systems can be manipulated is being presented before a court.

After the DOJ Civil Rights Division sends a letter to the Arizona state senate, Arizona Chairwoman Kelli Ward gives an update on the coordinated democrat shenanigans.

As Ward notes, the Democrat Arizona Secretary of State is coordinating with the DOJ in an effort to block the audit from continuing.   The auditors and the State senate need our support as the feds start to target the effort.  Unfortunately, I suspect that somewhere, sometime, at some point in this battle, the legal fight is going to end up at the U.S. Supreme Court.

School boards are where mini-dictators are grown.  Thus the latest exhibit comes from South Salt Lake, Utah and the Granite School District Board of Education meeting.

The board was going to hear proposals of removing the mask mandate for K-12 students.  However, they would only allow one parent to speak during “citizen participation time”, a control method for keeping the pesky proles from expressing their opinion of board policy.

After the board allowed a mask advocate from the state to speak, the School board said that’s it, no more discussion.  Parents became infuriated, things got ugly [VIDEO Below]. The board ended the meeting and escaped out the back-door of the building.

UTAH – […] The crowd rose to its feet in protest and one man shouted: “Remember this day! Remember this day!”

Others chanted: “No more masks. No more masks. No more masks.””

The board moved to adjourn the meeting, left the room through a back door and the building was eventually cleared.

Comrades, the Washington State ministry of COVID compliance is going to join in other regional blue state totalitarians and create a tiered system of freedom for vaccinated and non-vaccinated citizens.   The out-of-control dictators are never going to give up the power they have taken under the auspices of COVID mitigation.

According to the latest rules from Washington State Governor Jay Inslee there will be two sections for spectator events and religious and faith based organizations (churches) that “allows facilities to increase capacity by adding sections for vaccinated attendees.” [UPDATE HERE]  “The change, which is effective immediately, outlines the guidelines for vaccinated sections at sporting events, graduations, religious services and other similar activities.”

WASHINGTON STATE – “Under the updated guidance the following are acceptable as proof of full vaccination: Vaccination card (which includes name of person vaccinated, type of vaccine provided and date last dose administered) OR a photo of a vaccination card as a separate document OR a photo of the attendee’s vaccine card stored on a phone or electronic device OR documentation of vaccination from a healthcare provider electronic health record or state Immunization Information System record. Self-reported vaccination records that are not verified by a health care provider cannot be accepted.” (link)
