With mounting evidence of election fraud now visible, members of the Pennsylvania legislature have drafted a joint resolution [SEE HERE] to overturn election results, reverse the previous state certification, and the sponsors promise they will take it to the Supreme Court if necessary.

A RESOLUTION

Declaring the results of statewide electoral contests in the 2020 General Election to be in dispute.

WHEREAS, Article I, Section 4, Clause 1 of the United States Constitution empowers state legislatures, including the General Assembly of the Commonwealth of Pennsylvania, to prescribe the “Times, Places, and Manner” of conducting elections; and

WHEREAS, Article II, Section 1, Clause 2 of the United States Constitution empowers state legislatures, including the General Assembly of the Commonwealth of Pennsylvania, to direct the manner of appointing electors for President and Vice President of the United States; and

In modern politics not a single member of the House of Representatives or Senator writes a law, or puts pen to paper to write out a legislative construct. This simply doesn’t happen.

Over the past several decades a system of constructing legislation has taken over Washington DC that more resembles a business operation than a legislative body. A Nevada judge has agreed to let the Trump campaign present its evidence that fraud and illegalities plagued the state’s election, enough to reverse Joe Biden’s win and set an example for other state challenges. [LINK]

“For the first time in this whole tragic story of the 2020 presidential election, a state court has granted republicans in Nevada and the Trump campaign, the ability to present their case of widespread illegal balloting, and to just depose up to 15 people who know what went down in Clark County in the state of Nevada, so this is big news you know a lot of people in the national media have said, you know, if you have evidence of voter fraud, show it.

On one hand it is frustrating the judicial system is so fundamentally compromised by politics, it couldn’t drop the case against a transparently innocent man. Rudy Giuliani appears on Lou Dobbs tonight to discuss the testimony to the Pennsylvania legislature along with updates on several key state investigation of fraud. One of the top-line notes in Pennsylvania is the sum total of all “Mail-in” ballots sent to voters was 1.8 million; however, election officials are reporting that 2.5 million were returned.

New Jersey Governor Phil Murphy announced new COVID compliance restrictions upon citizens of the Garden State last week.  A limit of 10 people are allowed to gather indoors and a limit of 150 allowed to gather outdoors.  Masks are mandated by decree.

However, some citizens of New Jersey are ready to fight back against the arbitrary totalitarian dictates, and they are well prepared to make Murphy uncomfortable.  We can all expect to see much more of this…. We are not a nation to be ruled as sheep. WATCH:

When it was clear that candidate Donald Trump would win the republican presidential nomination in March/April 2016 the RNC, specifically Reince Priebus, salivated at getting their hands on the Trump campaign donor files. Politics is a big business.

Historically the GOP was dependent on big major donors and Wall Street for support, but the Trump small donor army shattered all republican records for contributions and showed a completely new grassroots donor base.  Tens of millions of middle-class Americans fueled the MAGA movement and stunned the republican establishment.

As an outcome of that massive data-file, and the contractual agreements to share with the Republican National Committee, the RNC became flush with money and transmitted the file to other GOP members in down ballot races.   Essentially Trump represented access to millions of previously hidden Americans, that’s why your emails and phones blew up in 2020 with pleas for contributions from every outlier GOP entity; the vultures in the business…
