Earlier today President Trump drew attention to another uncomfortable truth. Some of the most virulent anti-American progressive lawmakers entered the United States for the opportunity and freedom within our system. However, those same politicians then decry the U.S. and demand changes to the system providing the benefit.
In essence, do not flee to the land of liberty, indulge in the benefits and then have the audacity to criticize the foundation of the nation providing the opportunity.

The media immediately went into apoplectic fits of outrage accusing President Trump of being a racist because he calls-out the anti-American messengers directly.
After a media cycle of outrage du jour, President Trump responds:

This is an example of what happens when politicians and far-left activists push a false narrative that ICE facilities are comparable to concentration camps.
An obviously unstable man armed with a rifle attempts to blow up an ICE detention facility in Tacoma Washington following protests hours earlier.

WASHINGTON – An armed man was fatally shot early Saturday during a confrontation with police after he hurled incendiary devices at a Washington state immigration detention center, Tacoma police said.
The shooting occurred about 4 a.m. local time outside the US Immigration and Customs Enforcement’s Northwest Detention Center, where the gunman attempted to set the building and parked cars on fire, according to police spokeswoman Loretta Cool.
New York Representative Alexandria Ocasio-Cortez is well known for her choreographed border performances and staged pictorial presentations. However, many within her target audience are no longer supportive of the indulgent self-serving narrative; and support is diminishing.
In an effort to restore and reignite diminishing career fuel, Ms. AOC moved her particular form of dramatic political art to the world of cinematography. For her debut theatrical exhibit the young artist submits a well-rehearsed performance during a broadcast congressional mini-series titled: “My life amid the toilet drinkers.”
.
One Critic’s Review – Director Elijah Cummings generally does a fine job guiding new actors to lively congressional performances. But for this endeavor the AOC staging is heavy-handed. The border toilet angle works well in typeset, but falls flat on film; it appears force-fed as presented. The dramatic pause for effect at introduction was stiff and overworked. Still, despite the obvious construct, amid a sheeple audience the pantomime will likely strike a chord. In this fairy tale performance everybody within the existing AOC orbit is enchanted; however, beyond the script the effort falls flat.

Former Acting ICE Director Tom Homan appeared on capitol hill today to deliver testimony to congress. As Democrat lawmakers attempted to place blame for the border crisis on Mr. Homan he was firing back.

Rather than listen to media pundits explain what President Trump and AG Bill Barr said today at the White House, here’s the transcript:

THE PRESIDENT: Thank you very much everyone. Are you a citizen of the United States of America? “Oh, gee, I’m sorry, I just can’t answer that question.” And that’s after spending billions and billions of dollars. There used to be a time when you could answer questions like that very easily. There used to be a time when you could proudly declare, “I am a citizen of the United States.”
Now they’re trying to erase the very existence of a very important word and a very important thing: citizenship. They’re even coming after the Pledge of Allegiance in Minnesota. I’m proud to be a citizen. You’re proud to be a citizen. The only people who are not proud to be citizens are the ones who are fighting us all the way about the word, “citizen.”

A rather unusual tweet from Christine Pelosi, daughter of House Speaker Nancy Pelosi, outlining a concern around the arrest of Jeffrey Epstein: “it is quite likely that some of our faves are implicated.”
Considering the frame-of-reference, the social circle and political network the Pelosi family, the use of the term “our faves” has rather looming implications:
NEW YORK (Reuters) – Financier Jeffrey Epstein was arrested late on Saturday on suspicion of sex trafficking of underage girls and will appear in federal court in Manhattan on Monday, a source familiar with the matter said, meaning he will face charges similar to those he avoided in a 2007 plea deal.
Cultural Marxism is advanced through a process of incremental control over customs and traditions within a free society. It’s the frog boil process. Small, violent and loud identity groups set the standard. The majority dismisses the Alinsky approach at their peril.
The U.S. confederate flag was targeted successfully. Now the same Marxists shift attention toward the U.S. Betsy Ross flag. Eventually the target will be the current U.S. flag. The collective process is to isolate, ridicule, marginalize and attack anyone who would point out what is happening. The collective goal is the complete removal of national identity.
In this segment MSNBC guest Michael Eric Dyson compares the Betsy Ross American flag to the Nazi swastika and burning Ku Klux Klan crosses. In Dyson’s worldview, to accomplish his objectives, all symbols of national unity and patriotism must be destroyed.

Is it possible to manufacture outrage as a profit strategy? Yes. Brand imagery is part of the overall business model for any business. Begin with an ideological executive office; consider a manufacturing model dependent on a China/Asia supply chain; add a dose of political calculations into the mix; turn loose the actuaries and a unified CFO and CEO could easily find a way to turn market grievance into profit.
I’m not saying that NIKE is manipulating their market price. However, I am saying if they were to consider their brand scale to enhance financial results, and buying back shares of their own stock to be timed with coordinated media events, you could see a benefit behind the controversy.
It just strikes as too coincidental the latest NIKE “issue” happens at the beginning of a new financial quarter. Nah, probably nothing.
(Via CNBC) Nike is pulling sneakers featuring an early American flag after former NFL football player Colin Kaepernick told the company it shouldn’t sell a shoe that he and others consider offensive, the Wall Street Journal reported Monday evening, citing people familiar with the matter.
Nike shares were falling less than 1% in premarket trading Tuesday following the news. Shares had closed Monday up nearly 2% and have rallied 15% this year, bringing the retailer’s market cap to about $134.2 billion.
