"No Justice, No Quiche" The #Blackbrunch Planning Manual and Rulebook (For Black Eyes Only)

Page #8 …”This movement has been organized by Black folks for other Black folks. Again we ask, please only forward this information to members of the Black and African diaspora”…

On Saturday and Sunday morning in California and New York, activists from the Black Lives Matter group invaded numerous eateries shouting, harassing customers and screaming anti-police rhetoric. Their stated goal was to impress upon people of all races the struggles of what it’s like to be black in America. Unfortunately for them, their cause was mostly ignored and in many cases mocked by patrons and social media.
In a document obtained by Weasel Zippers, activists outline their plans for disrupting businesses, assigning members of their group to stall and talk with store owners and management. They assign various persons the tasks of taking photos, shooting video, interacting with police and ensuring the safety of illegal and disruptive demonstrations.

The plaintiff, identified in court documents only as “Grand Juror Doe,” has alleged First Amendment violations in a civil suit filed in federal court in St. Louis. According to the lawsuit, Doe wants to talk publicly about the experience of serving on a grand jury, the evidence and investigation that the plaintiff believes would educate the public and “to advocate for legislative change to the way grand juries are conducted in Missouri.”

Pedophile Conviction Overturned Because Prosecutor Made Reference To A Dixie Song…

Kirk(Via MoonBattery)  If playing “Sweet Home Alabama” can get a cop in trouble for being a thought criminal, what do you suppose would happen if a prosecutor quoted Dixie? The answer: the conviction of a child molester of politically preferred pigmentation would be overturned to appease the twisted gods of political correctness.

The Idaho Court of Appeals has thrown out a black man’s sex crime convictions, saying the prosecutor interjected race in closing arguments by quoting lyrics from the Confederate anthem ‘Dixie’.
All three judges agreed that Canyon County Deputy Prosecutor Erica Kallin erred in citing a song praising what the judges called ‘pernicious racism’ that might have influenced the jury.

The beneficiary of this lunacy is a lowlife named Kirk: (more…)

Saint Louis NAACP Honors Mike Brown's Mom, Lesley McSpadden…

Given the contrast evident amid the racial grievance industry, and the more recent violent tendencies exhibited, it should come as no surprise that Lesley McSpadden would be heralded as a representative for hatred, violence and poor decision making.
Strange, strange times…...
mike brown parents 2SAINT LOUIS – The St. Louis County NAACP recognized Lesley McSpadden, mother of Michael Brown Jr., during the branch’s fifth annual Jazz Brunch on Saturday, December 20. McSpadden, joined at the event by several members of the Brown family, was privately presented with a check for an undisclosed amount.
It was a small “love token” of their appreciation, said John Gaskin III, local NAACP youth leader and national NAACP board member, “to let her know that she’s loved and that the county civil rights organization is remaining true to the fight for justice for her and her family.”
The event was held at the Ritz-Carlton in Clayton – a short distance away from where a St. Louis County grand jury chose not to indict then Ferguson Police Officer Darren Wilson in Brown’s fatal shooting on August 9. (more…)

MSNBC: Yeah, We're The Worst Rated But A Lot of Black People Watch Us…

tingles(Via MediaIte) One of the most unintentionally-entertaining parts of covering the cable news business is seeing to what lengths an executive will go to spin the numbers at the end of a given quarter or year. In the case of MSNBC — which had what one would generously call a challenging 2014 —network President Phil Griffin certainly took the spin to a whole new level.
Before we continue, please note: The internal memo Mediaite obtained written to MSNBC by Mr. Griffin was exactly what one would expect from someone in his position: Ratings are way down in a year (Ferguson, midterm, Ebola) they should have held steady or gone up. Per Stephen Battaglio’s column in today’s L.A. Times:
“Through December 21, MSNBC averaged 169,000 prime-time viewers in the category, down 17% from 2013 and its worst performance since 2005. Fox News is averaging 302,000 for the year in the demographic, a 3% increase, while CNN is down 1% with 181,000. MSNBC is a distant second behind Fox News in overall viewers, but it’s down in that category as well.” […] (more…)

Pravda Proud – Local CBS Station In Los Angeles Reports on Kwanzaa Parade That Never Happened…

This is rich… reporters went to see who showed up for the Kwanzaa parade and no-one was there parading so they left. But that didn’t stop the local CBS affiliate from reporting on it “as if” it did happen.  The over-the-top funny aspect is the tweet you see is from the same CBS affiliate… LOLOL…

(it makes you wonder if  Greg Mills is the author of the article)

kwanzaa paradeLOS ANGELES (CBSLA.com) — The 38th annual KwanZaa Gwaride parade made its way down Crenshaw Boulevard Friday, marking the start of the seven-day festival of Kwanzaa.
The gwaride, which is the Swahili word for parade, brought together members of L.A.’s African-American community as they turn their focus on “Nguzo Saba,” the Seven Principles behind Kwanzaa: unity, self-determination, collective work and responsibility, cooperative economics, purpose, creativity and faith.
Organizers named the theme of this year’s parade “Perfect YOUR Temple,” or body. They said it was “a call to arms in our constant and ongoing efforts to `perfect’ our lives.”
The gwaride began at the corner of Crenshaw and Adams boulevards, headed south along Crenshaw to Leimert Park, where organizers held a “Black Lives Matter” rally.
Some participants walked the parade carrying signs underlining important issues to the community, such as police brutality, home foreclosures, judicial corruption, transparency in government and environmental racism.  (read more)
