Samantha Power is Cass Sunstein’s wife.  She had a baby last year.  Before that she worked in the White House as a foreign policy advisor.   It was Samantha Power who created the “Obama Doctrine” – and framed the R2P (Responsibility To Protect) intervention rules for POTUS.

Samantha Power was the primary decision maker behind our interventionist entry into war in Libya.  It was her, along with Susan Rice and Hillary Clinton, who led the entire framework of our response to the Libyan uprising – and specifically our military engagement to protect al-Qaeda in Benghazi (Eastern Libya).    She is rabidly anti-Israel.  (we explain after AP article)

WASHINGTON (AP) — A White House official says President Barack Obama will name former aide Samantha Power as the U.S. ambassador to the United Nations.

Power will replace Susan Rice, who will take over as Obama’s national security adviser. The official says Obama will announce both appointments from the White House Wednesday afternoon. (more…)

Whether Mark O’Mara will seek another attempt to delay trial now the Fifth District Court of Appeals has ruled in his favor -regarding the Benjamin Crump deposition- is an unknown variable. However, after numerous person to person conversations today it would be a good thing if he did. A very good thing.

After confronting roadblocks head-on, we are close to bringing forth a super-nova blast of sunlight, perhaps as early as late tomorrow. (cautious optimism) If we’re lucky, and God Willing, the information we should be able to share will lend a whole new perspective toward events scheduled to occur on Thursday / Friday. {{fingers crossed}}

Regarding the District Court of Appeals, we can confirm, with specific certainty, the three judges involved in the decision/ruling for the Writ of Certiorari: Lawson, Evander and Cohen, are considered the three absolute best. They are not only isolated from pressure they are highly likely to know exactly what is going on with the Zimmerman case as a whole.

The Fifth District Court of Appeals has ruled in favor of George Zimmerman and his defense team.   Benjamin Crump must sit for a deposition.

This highly unusual pre-trial intervention reverses the prior ruling of Judge Nelson, and appropriately states the need due to a lack of ability for the Appelate court to quantify the damage caused by allowing discovery to be impeded.   This is a HUGE VICTORY for George Zimmerman, and one that may indeed lead to a delay in trial.  Here’s the link – CLICK HERE  And Here’s the uploaded ruling:

Tuesday March 13th 2012, Sanford Police Chief Bill Lee again told the community there was nothing discovered in factual physical or witness evidence to dispute the statements made by George Zimmerman – not was there anything found which contradicted the hours of question, answers, and statements Mr. Zimmerman had voluntarily undertaken.

Newly released documents to the House Reform Committee show the claim of two rogue IRS agents targeting conservative from the Cincinnati IRS office is, well, ridiculous.

When/if all investigations are complete this will be more than just the IRS;  This approach will also reconcile the example of Gibson Guitar targeting and many other rabid overreaches of this administration.

(WASHINGTON DC – VIA DAILY MAIL)  Interviews with IRS employees have  established that the Washington, D.C. headquarters of the Internal Revenue  Service was engaged in targeting tea party groups and other conservative  organizations for unfair levels of scrutiny when they applied for tax-exempt  status.

Rep. Darrel lssa, chairman of powerful House  Committee of Oversight and Government Reform, made that startling announcement  on CNN Sunday morning.

‘As late as last week,’ he said, ‘the [Obama]  administration was still trying to say the [IRS targeting scandal] was from a  few rogue agents in Cincinnati, when in fact the indication is that they were  directly being ordered from Washington.’ (more…)
