Amid a massive document dump of news on the Friday before Thanksgiving the IRS announces they have located “additional” emails sought by congressional inquiry.
Remember, AG Eric Holder is effectively gone now, Obama is a lame-duck -and has done the immigration reform he promised- by dictatorial fiat, and the Senate is about to be run by Republican leadership.  As a consequence all of the parachute cords are being severed, and we’ll see a number of political officials reacting to the “every man/woman for themselves” shift.

WASHINGTON DC – Up to 30,000 missing emails sent by former Internal Revenue Service official Lois Lerner have been recovered by the IRS inspector general, five months after they were deemed lost forever.
The U.S. Treasury Inspector General for Tax Administration (TIGTA) informed congressional staffers from several committees on Friday that the emails were found among hundreds of “disaster recovery tapes” that were used to back up the IRS email system. (more…)

Early in the Ferguson protesting a group of professional communists and antagonists from Chicago arrived on scene to exploit the Mike Brown shooting outrage.

Today within an article highlighting school closings for Monday and Tuesday in/around the Saint Louis/Ferguson area you find the following disturbing mentions:

[…]  School district representatives from several north St. Louis County districts say they’ve been requested by law enforcement to close for two days immediately after the announcement to keep buses and excess traffic off streets in the event of unrest.

Children in Jennings don’t have bus service. Most of them walk, making Anderson even more concerned for their safety.

On Thursday, Anderson said a group of adults wearing masks and claiming to be from Chicago were passing out fliers to students as they walked home along Cozens Avenue. The street has an elementary school, the junior high and high school.

Riddled throughout President Obama’s Executive Order speech last night was something more than prosecutorial discretion and/or non-deportation.  Extensively disbursed throughout the proposal was a claim of lawful “work/employment status”.

[…]  Now here’s the thing: we expect people who live in this country to play by the rules.  We expect that those who cut the line will not be unfairly rewarded.  So we’re going to offer the following deal:  If you’ve been in America for more than five years; if you have children who are American citizens or legal residents; if you register, pass a criminal background check, and you’re willing to pay your fair share of taxes – you’ll be able to apply to stay in this country temporarily, without fear of deportation.  You can come out of the shadows and get right with the law.

Later in the speech Obama condescendingly referenced the way he views the work of illegal aliens:

What, the “AP” lie… who knew?

ST. LOUIS    •   An attorney for Ferguson police Officer Darren Wilson and a St. Louis police union official both disavowed an Associated Press story today that claimed Wilson and his lawyers were confident that he will not be indicted.
The story quoted Jeff Roorda, business manager for the St. Louis Police Officers’ Association, as reporting after a meeting with Wilson and the legal team, “It’s fair to say that neither he nor his defense team expect an indictment.” The AP story later added the words, “offering his impression of the situation based on the meeting with Wilson.”
Roorda claims that’s not what he said.

Neil Bruntrager, one of Wilson’s lawyers, said they never discussed their impressions of the impending grand jury decision.  In fact, Bruntrager said the meeting with Roorda included discussions about making arrangements to post bail should Wilson be charged in the Aug. 9 killing of Michael Brown. As we have previously outlined the Anonymous Group “OpFerguson” is located in Pakistan and run by a man named Arslan Khan. Today Khan is instructing the Anarchists in Ferguson to target police surveillance, specifically police helicopters, with laser targeting devices (laser pointers).
