Good news!  The sneaky snake who organized the former Pentagon officials into a secret backstabbing attack against President Trump, and then hid her activity, is about to get the boot from leadership.

Reports surfaced yesterday [SEE HERE] that Liz Cheney worked behind the scenes to coordinate a stealth attack against Trump while he was still in office.  We should not be surprised, but the insufferable arrogance of the DeceptiCon dirtbags is blood-boiling.

Thankfully, according to the New York Post, Liz Cheney is going to face a House conference vote next Wednesday.  This will be a very solid opportunity to watch and see exactly who votes to support her.  To avoid scrutiny the vote will likely be secret, again.  However, hopefully someone will take note of who votes and will compile a list of targets for primary challenges.

Arizona GOP Chairwoman Kelli Ward gives an update on the ongoing Maricopa County ballot audit.  As Ms. Ward notes, the Democrats and federal Dept. of Justice are attempting to intervene in the audit at the same time the Maricopa election officials are admitting they did not have custody of the equipment used to count ballots.

Things are starting to look very sketchy about the former vote in Arizona.  The Arizona team shares: “America’s Audit continues as it faces unprecedented threats from Democrats, Department of Justice and mainstream media. In the latest update from Maricopa County, former Arizona Secretary of State Ken Bennett explains that county election officials have admitted they did not control the ballot counting machines.  Additionally, Bennett explains the progress of the ballot audit and what the next steps are likely to be.

A long way from Maricopa Arizona, a similar ballot recount battle has been underway.  In the latest local developments the election board was taken to task by a committed group of residents in Windham, New Hampshire.   The citizens fought hard for an audit team they could trust.  The result was a third auditor with strong credentials has been successfully appointed by the previously reluctant board.

President Trump congratulates the commitment of the citizens of Windham for demanding an audit after sketchy ballot returns -reported by electronic counters- just did not add up to what the election night vote showed:

NEW HAMPSHIRE – A statistics professor has been named as the third and final member of a panel facing a May 27 deadline to audit the November 2020 state representative election in Windham.

“We will do our work in such a way that nobody will have to trust any of us,” Philip Stark of the University of California, Berkeley, said Wednesday. “They can look at what was done, rather than who did it.”

A hand recount about three weeks after election night determined that the four Windham Republicans running for House seats each received about 300 more votes than were reported from automatic AccuVote counting machines. Gov. Chris Sununu last month signed the legislation that mandates the forensic audit.

School boards are where mini-dictators are grown.  Thus the latest exhibit comes from South Salt Lake, Utah and the Granite School District Board of Education meeting.

The board was going to hear proposals of removing the mask mandate for K-12 students.  However, they would only allow one parent to speak during “citizen participation time”, a control method for keeping the pesky proles from expressing their opinion of board policy.

After the board allowed a mask advocate from the state to speak, the School board said that’s it, no more discussion.  Parents became infuriated, things got ugly [VIDEO Below]. The board ended the meeting and escaped out the back-door of the building.

UTAH – […] The crowd rose to its feet in protest and one man shouted: “Remember this day! Remember this day!”

Others chanted: “No more masks. No more masks. No more masks.””

The board moved to adjourn the meeting, left the room through a back door and the building was eventually cleared.

Everyone knew this was coming…. The Feds are attempting to get involved in the Maricopa County ballot audit.  The DOJ Civil Rights Division has sent a letter [pdf available here] to the Arizona State Senate claiming their review of Lawfare statements and media reports may show evidence of auditing issues that violate federal laws.

Last week a group of Lawfare activists [SEE HERE], including New York University Law School – which leads to Andrew Weissmann, asked the DOJ to get involved.

The ridiculous letter from the Biden DOJ goes on to cite media reports from the Washington Post as evidence to justify their involvement.

Remember, previously the DOJ narrative was that each state makes up its own election rules.  Now the DOJ is saying, falsely, that Arizona might be breaking federal laws.

Their first concern [as predicted] centers around ballot security.  Again, remember, the Maricopa County election board would not let the auditors use the county tabulation center [SEE HERE] so the ballots and equipment had to be moved to Veterans Memorial Coliseum (AZ State Fairgrounds).   Now the DOJ is citing that move as a potential issue for the security of the ballots and auditing procedures.

The first issue relates to a number of reports suggesting that the ballots, elections systems, and election materials that are the subject of the Maricopa County audit are no longer under the ultimate control of state and local elections officials, are not being adequately safeguarded by contractors at an insecure facility, and are at risk of being lost, stolen, altered, compromised or destroyed.

Federal law creates a duty to safeguard and preserve federal election records. The Department is charged with enforcement of provisions of the Civil Rights Act of 1960, 52 U.S.C. §§ 20701-20706. This statute requires state and local election officials to maintain, for twenty-two months after the conduct of an election for federal office, “all records and papers” relating to any “act requisite to voting in such election.”

The DOJ’s second issue is even more obtuse. They cite federal election law for voters rights, as the DOJ is worried that auditors will visit -and intimidate- people and places who have a record of multiple ballots from the same address or non residence:

New York Governor Andrew Cuomo held a press conference today pondering why the number of people in the state taking the COVID vaccine is dropping even with increased availability.  As he discussed the 16-25 year old age group not taking the vaccine; and in an effort to convince them to comply with the vaccine request; Cuomo  said:

“maybe you go home and kiss your grandmother, and wind up killing your grandmother“…

The Arizona chair of the GOP Kelli Ward provides a video update of the ballot audit in Maricopa County.  Chairwoman Ward notes May 14th was the original target date for the completion of the ballot audit per venue agreement with Veterans Memorial Coliseum.  If the auditors need more time, the audit may move to a small venue or pause for a few days to permit previously scheduled events to take place.

Bottom line: despite the efforts of the Democrats, leftist groups and leftist lawyers, to block, stall and impede the ballot audit process, the audit continues….

There were four stories that broke in the past week; “broke“as in: were revealed, but not necessarily by media. Yet it doesn’t seem like anyone is putting them into their connected context.  I am outlining below (w/ citations) and hopefully everyone can see the connection:

♦(1)  The 2020 FISA review and opinion by presiding Judge James Boasberg was declassified.  The review is for year 2019 (written October 2020, declassified April 2021).  Notice the FISC review is for FBI conduct in 2019.

Within the outline Boasberg notes ongoing abuses by FBI officers of the NSA database.  Boasberg specifically called attention to the FBI use of that database for warrantless searches of public and private officials. {LINK}

♦(2) Judge Boasberg hires former DOJ National Security Head Mary McCord as an Amicus Curiae for the court.  McCord is a known corrupt actor within the DOJ with political motives and intentions.  Including her work and efforts with the intelligence community inspector general (ICIG Atkinson) during the first impeachment effort against President Trump.  Notice, Boasberg hired McCord for the role at the same time the 2020 opinion is declassified. {LINK}

♦(3) The FBI raids the home of Rudy Giuliani with a search warrant for his electronic devices.  Notice the reports of the search warrant highlight the FBI must have something of substance -or at least the appearance of something of substance- in order to get a judge to sign-off on a search warrant. {LINK}

♦(4) Rudy Giuliani reveals during an interview that the search warrant included a reference to supportive evidence obtained by the FBI in 2019.  Giuliani then explains that when his lawyer questioned the FBI they said they searched his iCloud account in 2019 WITHOUT a warrant. {LINK}
