Fred Fleitz is the President and CEO, Center for Security Policy; a former NSC Chief of Staff, CIA analyst and House Intel Com staff member. Tonight he appeared with Lou Dobbs to discuss the ongoing issues with the intelligence apparatus and the requests by President Trump to release all documents without redaction.
Counsel to General Michael Flynn, Sidney Powell, comments on new unredacted information regarding the presidential transition scandal known commonly as ‘Russiagate,’ and the roles that President Barack Obama and Hillary Clinton may have played in the events in question. The interview is with Newsmax TV’s John Bachman
President Donald Trump has transmitted an epic tweet-storm seemingly targeted toward all officials within the executive branch; and the intelligence apparatus writ large:
One important note of caution: there is a big difference between “authorized” and “ordered”. On May 23rd, 2019, President Trump authorized AG Bill Barr to declassify all documents and despite much optimism nothing happened {Go DEEP}. However, President Trump references that lack of inaction in the next series of tweets:
Presumably “people” who “acted very slowly” would pertain to AG Bill Barr, FBI Director Chris Wray, CIA Director Gina Haspel, State Dept Secretary Mike Pompeo and former ODNI Dan Coats. President Trump asks those agencies now to “Act!!!”
CTH is delayed in analysis of this story because we are a stickler for source document origination. For some unknown reason the originating document source is identified as ODNI, yet the documents themselves are notofficially released. That is not comforting, and points toward controlled messaging.
According to reports today, most citations returning to [Federalist and Fox News], the Office of the Director of National Intelligence, John Ratcliffe, has released the background documents (pertaining to an earlier declassification of documents) showing handwritten notes by CIA Director John Brennan briefing the White House and the CIA referral to the FBI -of Clinton coordinating the Trump-Russia narrative- for operation Crossfire Hurricane.
The two releases today would be connected to the earlier release (red boxes) to the Senate Judiciary Committee.
Without an official originating source for the handwritten notes I am cautious to expand discussion. The Federalist and Fox News appear to have received the notes.
The notes would pertain to a July 26, 2016, discussion between CIA Director John Brennan and an advisor to Hillary Clinton. That discussion subsequently led Brennan to brief President Obama, Denis McDonough, Susan Rice and possibly James Comey on July 28, 2016, as noted by Brennan himself in a recent op-ed.
Representative Jim Jordan and Fox Business host Maria Bartiromo discuss the latest information, releases and investigations within the overall “Spygate” dynamic.
.
Earlier today Maria Bartiromo sent out a tweet indicating significant declassification is about to be released. Now, let me put the dots together….
We know to a demonstrable certainty that Mark Meadows was the majority source of information fed to John Solomon while Meadows was in congress. Meadows was Solomon’s primary source for almost all of his reporting. We also know that Meadows kicked-off a stink recently with his “off-record” commentary creating a narrative that President Trump was much more ill than admitted by White House.
Additionally, Mark Meadows recently said that President Trump was reviewing and declassifying information while he was in Walter Reed medical facility. Put it all together and I will wager you a considerable sum that Mark Meadows is now Bartiromo’s source.
Appearing with Maria Bartiromo to discuss the latest series of revelations; as a result of forced document extraction from deep in the bowels of the deep state; representative Devin Nunes now states it may be time to talk about completely defunding the elements of the U.S. intelligence apparatus who are working to usurp the governing authority of the United States.
This is a remarkable statement from the ranking member of the House Intelligence Committee. Essentially Nunes is saying we remain in a state of an ongoing political coup inside the United States of America…. And he’s not wrong.
Eisenhower warned; JFK tried and they killed him; Donald Trump is facing the same issue with a pending confrontation and awareness.
.
To understand in bold terms what Nunes is accurately saying… The CIA Director non-compliant with constitutionally required oversight. The FBI Director is actively working to support the resistance; and the United States Attorney General is trying to mitigate the sunlight upon the institutions.
To put a finder point on the DOJ element… We all know the Weissmann/Mueller special counsel was operating to overthrow the President of the United States. With that in mind, what exactly has the U.S. AG done, other than deliver grand prose, to stop this usurpation of our government?
Think about your answer very carefully and you might come to the accurate conclusion that AG Barr is managing our downfall; perhaps with the misguided intent that preservation of the institutions is imperative.
Meanwhile, and with that truthful reality in mind, would not all of those deep state interests weaponize COVID opportunities to achieve the objective?
Former Acting DNI Richard “Ric” Grenell fires a warning shot across the bow of those within the intelligence community who are refusing to release documents. During an interview with Liz Mac, Grenell shared:
“I’m getting really impatient with those individual agencies that know exactly what I’m talking about, that know exactly what documents they need to release… they’re playing games.”
Nancy Pelosi previously labeled all Trump supporters as “enemies of the state.” Similarly we note the apparatus of the administrative state labels Julian Assange the same. There’s a good argument that the reason why Assange is considered such a threat to the U.S. is specifically because he could expose the lies of the administrative state.
As a consequence the U.S. intelligence apparatus has targeted the WikiLeaks founder and the Bill Barr DOJ is being extremely aggressive in their effort to get control of him. Tucker Carlson discussed this dynamic last night; albeit stopping short of the brutally honest part.
.
To understand the risk Julian Assange represents to the administrative state, it is important to understand the extent of CIA, FBI and DOJ operations in 2016. It is within this network of foreign and domestic operations where FBI Agent Peter Strzok was clearly working as a bridge between the CIA origination and FBI investigation.
John Durham is a name attached to an internal DOJ investigation; however, it is William Aldenberg who is the real investigative lead. Aldenberg is the technical center; and Aldenberg provides Durham the results of the investigation he is directing.
Lou Dobbs and Devin Nunes discuss the frustration and slow-pace of the current DOJ probe under the office of USAO John Durham. Recently AG Bill Barr has inferred that more indictments are possible as an outcome of the background investigation. We’ll see.
