(Via Breitbart)  An investigative blogger has accused Shaun King, a key figure in the Black Lives Matter movement, of misleading media icon Oprah Winfrey by pretending to be biracial in order to qualify for an “Oprah scholarship” to historically black Morehouse College. The blogger says King is white and has been lying about his ethnicity for years.
King is a high-profile campaigner against “police brutality” and “justice correspondent” for the liberal Daily Kos website who told Rebel magazine in 2012 that he was biracial, with the magazine reporting that he is the “son of a Caucasian mother and an African-American father.” He has also described himself as “mixed with a black family” on Twitter.
King has been lionised by the press, praised as hero of civil rights and social activism. He has written extensively about a childhood in which he was terrorised by “decades old racial tensions.” He claims to have been “the focus of constant abuse of the resident rednecks of my school.” (more…)

The Baltimore State Attorney, Marilyn Mosby, filed response motions today in advance of next month’s scheduled hearing. She does not want her investigative team questioned about their activity prior to her Direct Action Charges. In essence she is directly trying to avoid sunlight.
When you read the response motions you begin to understand why. Example #1)

(CNN)  A Birmingham, Alabama, police detective who was pistol-whipped unconscious said Friday that he hesitated to use force because he didn’t want to be accused of needlessly killing an unarmed man.
“A lot of officers are being too cautious because of what’s going on in the media,” said the officer, who asked to remain anonymous for the safety of his family. “I hesitated because I didn’t want to be in the media like I am right now.”
Details of last week’s incident in the Birmingham enclave of Roebuck remain sketchy — such as how did the suspect get the officer’s weapon — but the six-year police veteran said he didn’t shoot the man who attacked him during a traffic stop because of the outcry surrounding a spate of police shootings nationally. Within the politically expedient reaction in the North Charleston Walter Scott shooting, SLED moved instantaneously to charge Officer Micheal Slager. As we said at the time, the speed of their investigative decision seemed weighted more to avoid a Ferguson-like reaction than a prudent investigative approach.
As we have seen numerous times – within such a quick response, the construct of full investigative inquiry is almost always lost. As a direct consequence – any fallibility within the case then becomes a risk to the previous assertion. To avoid sunlight upon such a risk, the prosecution maneuvers to make follow-up investigation more difficult. [*note the picture contained within the article – look familiar?]
South Carolina – Defense attorneys for a North Charleston police officer have asked state investigators for a chance to inspect clothing that the lawman and Walter Scott were wearing as they fought moments before Scott’s shooting death.
Former officer Michael Slager remains jailed on a murder charge after he fatally shot Scott, 50, in the back on April 4. (more…)

He DinduNuffin – Tyrone Harris Sr. told The Associated Press his son was a close friend of Michael Brown and was in Ferguson on Sunday night to pay respects.
Harris said his son got caught up in a dispute among two groups of young people and was “running for his life” after gunfire broke out. He said his son had no weapons.
“My son was running to the police to ask for help, and he was shot,” he said. “It’s all a bunch of lies … They’re making my son look like a criminal.”
The father said he spoke with two girls who were with his son. (link)

The St. Louis County Police Department is releasing surveillance video pertinent to the investigation of the officer involved shooting of Tyrone Harris that occurred on August 9, 2015.

Twice last year the business owners within Ferguson Missouri begged the police to stop their stores from being looted, torched and destroyed.  Both times their pleas fell on deaf ears.
The second time the Missouri governor promised to use the National Guard to protect them; but when it really mattered the National Guard were told to stand down – the town was torched, businesses lost.
Today a desperate community pleaded with Saint Louis leadership to protect them.  Perhaps, the third time is a charm?  Ongoing….

Cornel West and dozens of professional anarchists were arrested today in downtown Saint Louis as the Communist groups, Occupy Wall Street groups, Black lives matter groups, and other professional provocatuers take their place again to create chaos in the streets and advocate for various anti-Law and Order issues.

As a consequence of the multiple shooting events last night in Ferguson Missouri another state of emergency has been declared.
