CLAYTON, MO (KMOV.com) – The National Action Network is organizing a rally calling for the arrest of Officer Darren Wilson on Saturday.
The rally will take place at the Justice Center in Clayton. The same group also held a news conference demanding St. Louis County Prosecutor Bob McCulloch file charges against Wilson, instead of waiting for a grand jury to decide if Wilson should be indicted. We will have updates and more information tomorrow after the rally. (link)

Good Grief: Dana Milbank Via Washington Post Goes Full Court PRAVDA on Ferguson Grand Jury….

Sometimes entrenched moonbats type at their computers with such force the foam from their slobber fangs sticks to the keys – here is one such diatribe.

WASHINGTON POST – What happened in Ferguson, Mo., last month was a tragedy. What’s on course to happen there next month will be a farce.

NO, a farce would be the ridiculous City Council Meetings where the Ferguson dependent class stood up and railed about the cost of breaking the law being too expensive.   That was/is a farce.

October is when a grand jury is expected to decide whether to indict the white police officer, Darren Wilson, who killed an unarmed black teenager by firing at least six bullets into him. It’s a good bet the grand jurors won’t charge him, because all signs indicate that the St. Louis County prosecutor, Robert McCulloch, doesn’t want them to.

..”doesn’t want them to”?  Oh, it must mean the prosecutor is keeping something from the grand jury right?  Wrong,… read on.

The latest evidence that the fix is in came this week from The Post’s Kimberly Kindy and Carol Leonnig, who discovered that McCulloch’s office has declined so far to recommend any charges to the grand jury. Instead, McCulloch’s prosecutors handling the case are taking the highly unusual course of dumping all evidence on the jurors and leaving them to make sense of it.

GASP.  As evidence to prove the prosecutor doesn’t want the grand jury to indict – the Washington Post says they are getting “all evidence”.  Yikes, how dare he.

Of course that means the converse argument would be accurate, right?  Meaning to insure charges the prosecutor must have to withhold evidence.?  You getting this logic…

McCulloch’s office claims that this is a way to give more authority to the grand jurors, but it looks more like a way to avoid charging Wilson at all — and to use the grand jury as cover for the outrage that will ensue. It is often said that a grand jury will indict a ham sandwich if a prosecutor asks it to. But the opposite is also true. A grand jury is less likely to deliver an indictment — even a much deserved one — if a prosecutor doesn’t ask for it. (more…)

Brown Family Attorney Benjamin Crump Admits His Desperation…

This letter sent to the Saint Louis Dispatch by Benjamin Crump clearly showcases the growing sense of desperation. As with almost all things from the mind of the Crump it will also backfire. Benjamin Crump should leave the thinking parts to his sidekick Daryl Parks.

CNN Appears Desperate To Assist Benjamin Crump and Daryl Parks With Fictitious Narratives Around The Mike Brown Shooting…

Desperately Seeking Dee Dee- “A Paramout Significants”

In 2012 the same CNN network now trying to gin up racial animus around the Mike Brown shooting was proclaiming George Zimmerman to have announced “f**king coons” via phone with a 911 dispatcher as he watched Trayvon Martin disappear behind a building.
Did George Zimmerman say “f**king coons“, of course not.
Two weeks later CNN changed their mind, but not before they spent hundreds of on-air hours debating the racial mindset of Zimmerman.
Fast forward to 2014, the Mike Brown shooting, and you find a similar approach by CNN’s Anderson Cooper, Don Lemon and their various panel guests including Sonni Hostin and Marc Lamont. (more…)

Kansas City, Missouri – Severely Beaten Elderly Couple Die From Their Injuries – Brings Total Killed By Lone Thug To Five…

Strange how we did not see this mass murder spree on the NATIONAL news….  Man beats eighty year old couple to death, then shoots another 88-year-old woman, and kills two more men in their 60’s.

victimsKANSAS CITY, Mo. – An elderly couple have both died after being beaten in their Kansas City home during an attack in which three other people were fatally shot.
Kansas City police say Ann and George Taylor, both in their 80s, died Tuesday after spending a week in the hospital on life support.
Prosecutors allege that 34-year-old Brandon Howell attacked the couple in the basement of their home on Sept. 2, then fatally shot three neighbors before fleeing in the Taylors’ SUV.
He’s charged with several felonies, including three counts of first-degree murder for the shooting deaths of 88-year-old Alice Hurst, her son, 63-year-old Darrel Hurst, and 69-year-old Susan Choucroun.
It was Ann Taylor’s desperate 911 call that alerted authorities to the crime spree, reports CBS affiliate KCTV. (more…)

Ferguson, Missouri Protests Continue Led By Anthony Shahid The Local Professional Agitator…

It really is quite amazing to watch how easily the people around Ferguson Missouri are manipulated by local members of the professional grievance community, and peer pressure. Dozens of residents proud to be arrested including some younger people.
Yesterday they tried to block the Interstate (I-70) but were stopped by police and law enforcement. Of course the Saint Louis media is giddy with the confrontation(s) helping to sell newspapers and generate viewership. However, a review of the people at the center of the protests and you find they are almost the exact same people from the prior evening’s City Council Meeting fiasco.
Anthony Shahid and Eric Vickers
It appears they have nothing more valuable to do for the community than to travel from venue to venue, agitating.

Mike Brown's Family Calls For Darren Wilson Arrest – Identical Arguments Used By Same Team Against George Zimmerman…

“All we want is an arrest, we simply want an arrest, nothing more and nothing less, just an arrest”…

No, those are not the words of Mike Brown’s mom Lesley McSpadden in 2014. Those are the exact words of Trayvon Martin’s mom, Sybrina Fulton in 2012.

Crump Law Firm's "GO Fund Me" page set up to collect donations for the "expenses" of the family as they "seek justice" ....
Crump Law Firm’s “GO Fund Me” page set up to collect donations for the “expenses” of the family as they “seek justice” ….

However, Lesly McSpadden is now repeating the exact same demand as Fulton for exactly the same reason. It has nothing to do with an arrest of Darren Wilson, it is 100% about getting to second base on a wrongful death financial and civil claim.
The ONLY reason attorneys Daryl Parks, Benjamin Crump and Anthony Gray are demanding an arrest is because the arrest itself can be used by them in their civil filings to support probable cause for wrongful death lawsuits. Just like George Zimmerman, the outcome of any legal case against Officer Darren Wilson is irrelevant to their goals. They do not care about any conviction, they ONLY care about the arrest.
The arrest gives them the “probable cause” they need to file civil lawsuits. (more…)

CNN's Paul Callan: Justice Department Over Involvement Jeopardizes Ferguson case

CNN Pundit Paul Callan points out the problems with Eric Holder rushing in his civil rights division to Ferguson, Missouri.

(CNN) — If the United States Department of Justice has any real interest in obtaining justice in the tragic shooting of 18-year-old Michael Brown, Attorney General Eric Holder’s announcement of a new civil rights investigation in Ferguson, Missouri, (population 21,000) was a step in the wrong direction.
Holder and Johnson
The department’s ham-handed effort to improve the political “optics” of active federal involvement may, ironically, create the reasonable doubt that will ultimately clear the shooter, Officer Darren Wilson.
The Department of Justice is likely to be impeding justice by proceeding prematurely with a federal investigation while local law enforcement authorities struggle with the facts of the complex and controversial case.
The DOJ investigations (there now appear to be two that have been officially announced) are highly prejudicial to the local prosecutor’s presentation of the case to the grand jury. The non-sequestered grand jurors who return home every night after scrutinizing evidence in the case are almost certain to hear of the existence of the new federal investigation.
After all, the investigation was personally announced by the attorney general himself after the President publicly commented on the case. The grand jurors might reasonably wonder why the federal government would open a civil rights investigation at the very same time they are hearing evidence about Ferguson’s most famous homicide.
