This report specifically states the FBI has recovered “work-related” email from the server used by Hillary Clinton.

(Via Bloomberg)  The FBI has recovered personal and work-related e-mails from the private computer server used by Hillary Clinton during her time as secretary of state, according to a person familiar with the investigation.
The Federal Bureau of Investigation’s success at salvaging personal e-mails that Clinton said had been deleted raises the possibility that the Democratic presidential candidate’s correspondence eventually could become public. The disclosure of such e-mails would likely fan the controversy over Clinton’s use of a private e-mail system for official business.
The FBI is investigating how and why classified information ended up on Clinton’s server. The probe probably will take at least several more months, according to the person, who described the matter on condition of anonymity because the investigation is continuing and deals with sensitive information. Jill Kelly is a woman who became entangled in the General Petraeus / Paula Broadwell affair story which exploded immediately following the Benghazi attacks in 2012.  Many believe the Petraeus affair was used by the White House to remove the CIA risk.

BACKSTORY BEFORE UPDATE – Jill Kelly was threatened by Paula Broadwell during Broadwell’s affair with Petraeus. Once the affair was exposed, the media outed Jill Kelly as the original source to the FBI who uncovered the sordid affair.
Kelly then filed a lawsuit against the FBI for releasing her identity to the public via the media. The source of that media leak was, in essence, traced to then pentagon attorney Jeh Johnson, who later became DHS Secretary.
Last September (2014) we noted that the lawsuit by Jill Kelly would carry some very interesting possibilities via judicial discovery. In July (2015) a federal judge postponed DHS Head Jeh Johnson being compelled to testify in the ongoing lawsuit. (more…)

Well, this is either incompetence or willful blindness.  The U.S. State Department now saying they were unaware the “transparency czar”, who happens to be in charge of Hillary’s email release, was a donor to Clinton’s campaign….
(Via The Daily Caller) The State Department admitted on Wednesday that it did not know that a career diplomat hired as the agency’s new email and transparency czar donated the maximum allowed under federal law to Hillary Clinton’s presidential campaign.
Regardless of that potential conflict of interest, agency spokesman John Kirby also acknowledged that the new hire, Janice Jacobs, will likely be involved in processing Clinton’s emails. (more…)

Three takeaways from the Washington Post report: 1.) Clinton paid Bryan Pagliano to maintain the server.  2.) Required disclosure forms by Pagliano show no outside income was reported.  3.) Pagliano has plead the Fifth and refuses to talk to congressional investigative committee.
In addition, with all these email revelations coming out, I can’t shake the sense that the mysterious fire in Clinton’s State Department office during the Thanksgiving holiday of 2012 -immediately after the Benghazi attack- was perhaps not accidental.
(Via Washington Post) Hillary Rodham Clinton and her family personally paid a State Department staffer to maintain the private e-mail server she used while heading the agency, according to an official from Clinton’s presidential campaign.
The unusual arrangement helped Clinton retain personal control over the system that she used for her public and private duties and that has emerged as an issue for her campaign. But, according to the campaign official, it also ensured that taxpayer dollars were not spent on a private server that was shared by Clinton, her husband and their daughter as well as aides to the former president. (via Daily Caller) The State Department IT worker who managed Hillary Clinton’s private email server while she was secretary of state will plead the Fifth Amendment if called to testify about his work on the Democratic presidential candidate’s mysterious email setup, his attorney informed the House Select Committee on Benghazi this week.
The committee subpoenaed Bryan Pagliano on Aug. 11, according to The Washington Post. In addition to testifying on Sept. 10, committee chairman Trey Gowdy asked Pagliano to produce documents related to the servers he managed on behalf of Clinton.
Pagliano worked on Clinton’s 2008 presidential campaign before moving over to the State Department in May 2009, several months after Clinton took office. He left the agency at the same time as Clinton, in Feb. 2013. (more…)

FOX EXCLUSIVE: At least four classified Hillary Clinton emails had their markings changed to a category that shields the content from Congress and the public, Fox News has learned, in what State Department whistleblowers believed to be an effort to hide the true extent of classified information on the former secretary of state’s server.
The changes, which came to light after the first tranche of 296 Benghazi emails was released in May, was confirmed by two sources — one congressional, the other intelligence. The four emails originally were marked classified after a review by career officials at the State Department. But after a second review by the department’s legal office, the designation was switched to “B5” — also known as “deliberative process,” which refers to internal deliberations by the Executive Branch. Such discussions are exempt from public release.   (more…)
