Sometimes people ask us ‘why are you willing to confront the third rail issues’?  I think Allen West has just provided the best explanation of ‘why’.

Allen West – “racial protectionism” – When the concept of doing a website was presented to me, initially I scoffed thinking there wouldn’t be enough critical material daily to comment on — boy was I wrong. Every day I am amazed at the insanity I witness in our America and here is another example.

According to a report in The Hill, Attorney General Eric Holder is at it again with his racial preference policies,

Attorney General Eric Holder called upon the nation’s school districts Wednesday to rethink “zero tolerance” disciplinary policies that he said disproportionately punish minorities and push too many students into the justice system. Alarming numbers of young people are suspended, expelled or even arrested for relatively minor transgressions like school uniform violations, schoolyard fights or showing ‘disrespect’ by laughing in class,” Holder said during a speech in Baltimore.

What did his remarks really mean? They accompanied the release of new federal guidance from the departments of Justice and Education encouraging (i.e. threatening) schools to adopt disciplinary policies that are “fair, nondiscriminatory, and effective.” The guidance offers parameters for punishment as governed by federal civil rights protections, alternatives to exclusionary discipline and a comprehensive list of regulations on the books in every state. For over three years we have been tracking this new federal protocol of qualifying school punishment for misbehavior around the race of the offender.    The origin of the approach actually stems from Miami-Dade, Florida, and a diversionary tolerance program initiated by School Superintendent Alberto Carvalho.

Carvalho is a close ally, and political affiliate, of both Barack and Michelle Obama.   Carvalho also turned down a position inside the Dept of Education which would have placed him second only to Education Secretary Arnie Duncan.

Carvalho’s program within the Miami-Dade school district actually preceded the Executive Order given by Barack Obama which initiated the new DOJ directives around “Disparate Impact”, establishing the White House Initiative on Educational Excellence for African-Americans.  Effectively placing “quotas” on school discipline based on race.

It  was also Carvalho’s widely heralded program which led to the Miami-Dade School Police Department putting Trayvon Martin into diversionary programs using School Discipline to replace Criminal Justice in an effort to avoid a criminal record. (more…)

A blogger in New York -Davy V-  first outlined the attack.   Then we posted the assault, then Chuck Ross posted it via The Daily Caller, then WHAMMO !  Fox News picked up the story and it just ran on Megyn Kelly show and Sean Hannity has picked it up.

Sunlight is indeed the BEST disinfectant.   Previously the Rochester Police Department stated:

“Rochester Police Department Sgt. Elena Correia  told Rochester’s Democrat and Chronicle newspaper that she DOES NOT consider the incident an assault, but rather a “simple case of harassment”!  (link)

The Daily Caller News Foundation followed up with Correia. “At this time  there are no updates,” she said.

“Based on the video itself and on New York penal law, it constitutes  harassment.”

The DCNF asked Correia if investigators saw that “True Goon” had hit the woman  with his fist.

“Yes, we saw that,” she said, but clarified that an assault charge would  require the victim to suffer “substantial pain”.  (link)

New York Police Call This “Simple HARRASSMENT” ?

This example is a case study in:  1.) why it is important to discuss the TRUE intent of criminals behind the “knock out” assaults;  2.) how unwilling the police department have become toward enforcing laws when the criminal behavior is clearly evidenced; and 3.) how a politically correct media have become afraid to show the truth behind the conduct.

In the video below you clearly see an aggravated  “assault”.  You can also see a racial intent on behalf of the attacker “in his own words”.   The brutality of the mindset behind the attacker is factually evident – watch for yourself:

CHICAGO (Reuters) – Business Insider reports:

A Chicago ban on gun sales within the city, aimed at reducing gun violence, is unconstitutional because it goes too far in barring buyers and dealers from engaging in lawful sales, a federal judge ruled on Monday.

U.S. District Judge Edmond E. Chang found that the U.S. Constitution’s protection of the right to keep and bear arms must include the right to acquire them, within limits.

The Judge stayed his ruling, however, giving the city until Monday to decide on how to respond.  It is expected that Mayor Emmanuel will direct the city to appeal.

The City claims that gun control is necessary to control gun violence; however, the majority of guns taken from criminals within the city were made using “straw man” purchases in neighboring counties – in and of itself, a “crime”.

The blog heyjackass continues to track gun violence in the Windy City, which shows no sign of slowing down.

Of course the PC infected U.S. media bury the story….

(Via Daily Mail) A 26-year-old Florida woman may never walk again after her kind gesture to offer a stranger a ride to the hospital turned into a nightmare attack that has ruined her life.

Tallahassee-resident Katie Schlinger told her traumatic story to MailOnline, revealing details about the night she offered to drive a stranger to the hospital before ‘he physically and sexually attacked her’.

Ms Schlinger says she fought back and escaped with her life, but two spinal surgeries later, she still can’t use her right arm or walk on her own. And since she’s uninsured, she already owes one hospital $250,000 and is about to be kicked out of a third.

It all goes back to December 20 when Ms Schlinger was in Aiken, South Carolina, to support her brother as he underwent open heart surgery at Aiken Regional Medical Center.

She was smoking a cigarette in the car at the nearby Quality Inn around 4am when she was approached by 23-year-old Michael Antwon Fuller who asked her for a cigarette and the two started talking about their relatives in the hospital. (more…)

Essentially here’s the story as can be gathered so far – and feel free to drop any insight into the comment section – according to CoCC this is not an isolated incident for the area in question:
In Ithaca New York, last Saturday night four black females jumped a white female in a racially driven attack. One of the black attackers took out a razor blade and cut the victim so badly she needed 47 stitches to her face. The cut runs from her hairline to her chin. Four black female suspects were arrested.
However, post-attack the story worsens.
The media has completely censored the crime; and even the local media will not report on the attack due to the horrific nature of the crime cast against the sensitivity toward what the crime represents.
If you were to reverse the races, and four white women were to have attacked a black woman, expressly intending to disfigure her, you can guarantee this would be 24/7 on NATIONAL TV.
The attack was originally spotlighted by a friend of the victim on a bodybuilding website.   It was deleted from that forum but still exists in GoogleCache – HERE – From that initial discussion you will find nothing noted, except at CoCC.

According to CNN’s Mark Lamont Hill, Mitt Romney was “exploiting” his family members by having a family picture taken for Christmas – Therefore it is appropriate for MSNBC to mock the black baby, merely “exploiting” the race of the family being “exploited”…. or something.

Bradenton, Florida – A 70-year-old man pushing his wife in a wheelchair with his granddaughter by his side says he was beaten for trying to slow a car down in his neighborhood.
[…]  All James Gorman wanted was for a car speeding down the road to slow down. That car ended up stopping, and what happened next would end up putting James Gorman in the hospital.

This does not surprise me at all based on the location, Charlottesville Virginia.   It was Virginia where the police refused to release the 911 call tapes from the Virginia-Pilot Reporters being beaten by dozens of thugs while they shouted “Justice for Trayvon”.   
Virginia law enforcement are simply PC paralyzed and unable to discuss the race of criminals in their jurisdiction..

CHARLOTTESVILLE – A couple’s late night stroll on the Christmas-lit Downtown Mall turned to terror in the early morning hours of Friday, December 20, when they were brutally assaulted by three men in what appears to have been a random act of violence.

Even though one of the victims, Jeanne Doucette, managed to take photos that appear to show the assailants as they kicked and pummeled her boyfriend Marc Adams to unconsciousness, Charlottesville Police still do not have any suspects. (more…)
