The trial of Officer Brian Rice began last Thursday with the prosecution removing one charge of misconduct in office; today Judge Barry Williams removed the 2nd Degree Assault charge stating the prosecution simply had not shown enough evidence to retain it.
Involuntary manslaughter, reckless endangerment and a lesser misconduct charge remains.
The prosecution rested it’s case and the defense began today on Day #3.

The Falcon Heights, Minnesota police shooting of Philando Castile is based around an entirely false narrative.  Castile and Ms. Diamond Reynolds (Facebook video uploader) were pulled over by police because Castile matched a BOLO Alert for an armed robbery suspect from four days prior.

Unfortunately, the false statements in the video – which have gone viral, and are being pushed by the mainstream media – have created a backlash against police officers.

Police officers in: Dallas (link), Tennessee (link), Missouri (link) and Georgia (link) have been Shot or killed in the past 24 hours as a result of a false narrative driven by the Black Lives Matter movement. It is important to get the truth out quickly.

Saint Anthony, MN, Police Officers Jeronimo Yanez and Joseph Kauser pulled over Mr. Castile and Ms. Reynolds because the driver, Philando Castile, matched the suspect profile in an armed robbery which occurred on July 2nd, at a convenience store, only a few blocks from where their car was pulled over.

By now everyone is aware of the officer involved shooting of Philando Castile that became a viral BLM activist case as a direct result of his girlfriend, Diamond Reynolds (aka Lavish Reynolds) live-streaming the aftermath from their vehicle. – BACK STORY HERE –

NOTE: It is critical to remember -as you review the images and the video- optically the live stream was captured as a mirror image.  Some video uploads mirror the image, it can be confusing, you have to reset your reference points. Philando Castile was driving, Diamond Reynolds was the passenger.
During the uploaded video narration Ms. Reynolds stated the police officer pulled them over for a broken tail light.
There are several aspects of the narrative as told that didn’t pass the sniff test, however, something about the “tail light” just didn’t seem to make sense. Especially when you consider it was daylight when they were pulled over; and where –in the aftermath media video– it can be noted the tail lights were operable.
Upon further evaluation something is missing.  We believe we have identified a very important missing element.
Was there another reason why the police officer would pull them over?

Against the earlier shooting in Baton Rouge Louisiana, unfortunately this police shooting will lead the news cycles – guaranteed.
This latest shooting happened only a few hours ago.  Police said the incident began with a traffic stop around 9 p.m (link).
Sketchy Details / No media yet – As best we can determine, a woman named Lavish Reynolds (aka Diamond Reynolds) immediately began live-streaming video of the aftermath from a police officer shooting her boyfriend four times.  A four year old girl was in the back seat. (more…)

This past weekend the Baltimore Sun outlined investigative evidence from a Baltimore detective, Dawnyell Taylor, that clearly shows the prosecution of the Baltimore Six police officers was yet another example.  Baltimore prosecutor Marilyn Mosby manufactured a political case intended to advocate for the guilt of the transparently innocent.

(Via Baltimore Sun) The Baltimore Police van driver accused of giving a “rough ride” that killed Freddie Gray was acquitted of all charges Thursday by Circuit Judge Barry Williams.
Officer Caesar Goodson Jr., 46, had faced the most serious charges of any of the six officers indicted in Gray’s arrest and death last April, including second-degree depraved heart murder.
Goodson was also acquitted of three counts of manslaughter, second-degree assault, reckless endangerment and misconduct in office.

Officer Caesar Goodson was the police transport van driver who the Baltimore prosecutor Marilyn Mosby has charge with murder.  However, the case is beginning to collapse because as outlined last year the evidence simply isn’t there.
Not only is the evidence not there, exculpatory evidence hidden by the prosecutors continues to diminish their sketchy foundation for the charges.
Last week Judge Barry Williams was put into a difficult position by the State of Maryland when it was discovered the Baltimore prosecutors office had withheld exculpatory evidence, known legally as “Brady evidence”, from the defense team.  This was the third time Mosby’s team had been caught manipulating evidence.  Williams was not happy. Understand the scope of this story and you understand the reason why the entirety of the progressive left has been harping on the Trump University story.  They are desperate to keep eyes and attention from the San Jose violence and the city officials who factually facilitated and organized it.  Of course the insufferable GOPe and ‘Conservative Punditry’ are stupid enough not to see that. 
Newly released arrest reports, from one of the only charges filed so far in the San Jose mob attacks against Donald Trump supporters, contain some harrowing accounts written by under cover police officers who witnessed the onslaught.

Below you will find an 8 page pdf of police statements outlining the violence they witnessed.  Example:

Under Cover San Jose Officer #1: […] Throughout the afternoon and evening I watched several individuals wearing “Trump” articles of clothing getting punched, kicked and pushed.
Under Cover #2: […] I was assigned to the Covert Response Unit and dressed in a plainclothes capacity. … As time came closer to 18:00 more protesters arrived; mostly younger males and females between the ages of 14 to 25.  … some began burning the United States flag in the middle of the street. It became inherently dangerous for anyone wearing a hat or T-Shirt in support of Trump.  I observed Trump supporters being spit on, objects being thrown at them, punched, kicked and even robbed of their personal belongings.  In these instances I observed victims running for their lives because protesters began adopting the mob mentality and attacking people.  I was unable to make contact with any of these victims due to my undercover capacity and fear for my own safety as well.

These are just two of many almost identical officer written reports found in the arrest records of individuals detained as an outcome of their violent behavior.

The trial of Officer Edward Nero continued today with devastating testimony from Garrett Miller in support of Nero.  Miller and Nero were the two bicycle officers who originally encountered Freddie Gray.
As unbelievable as this may sound, the prosecution had never interviewed Garrett Miller before he took the stand today and destroyed the prosecution case against Edward Nero.
Miller’s testimony was compelled by the prosecution, challenged by the defense attorneys, upheld by a Maryland court order, and such compulsion is the subject of considerable ongoing legal controversy.  Garrett Miller is also charged with identical charges as his partner Edward Nero.

Today, Miller took the stand and […] said he and Nero were on bicycle patrol in the Gilmor Homes area on April 12 last year when Lt. Brian Rice radioed that he was engaged in a foot chase from nearby.
Miller testified that he never sought to clarify the purpose for the chase. Prosecutors said in opening statements that by not seeking to determine the reason for the pursuit, the officers exceeded any legal authority to detain Gray and committed an assault. (more…)

Officer Michael Slager is the South Carolina police officer charged with murder in the shooting death of Walter Scott.  Officer Slager’s trial is set to begin October 31st 2016, however the DOJ announced additional federal charges today.
The back story for today’s DOJ announcement frames the motive for the Obama Dept of Justice, Civil Rights Division, to file proactive charges today – the media will avoid highlighting the transparency.  However, long term CTH readers will understand it well. Remember, Hillary Clinton called Ryan Julison.

The State of South Carolina has put itself in a very difficult position with prosecution of the case against officer Slager.  Despite the media presentation of the event, the charge of Murder is a significant reach given the actual events which occurred in the entirety of the several minutes of the physical struggle with Walter Scott which were not recorded or discussed in the media.
