Predatory Sex Abuser Kaitlyn Hunt Back In Jail As Bail Bondsman Revokes Bond… (Violation Of Bond Notification Included) *Update* Per Hearing Today She Will Remain In Jail…

UPDATE:  Per today’s court hearing – The predator will remain in jail.

The real victim in this case is the 14-year-old classmate, and her family, who was/were manipulated by then 18-year-old predator Kaitlyn Hunt, now nineteen.
The bail bond company -who initially posted the bond for Ms. Hunt- has revoked their bond, picked her up and delivered her back to the police, due to  Hunt’s admitted violations of the bond agreement.   (latest booking photo below)

Sheriff’s spokesperson Thom Raulen added, “Tonight at approximately 9pm, Kate Hunt was brought into the county jail by a representative from the bail/bond company which had posted her bond. This was not a result of judicial action but rather done at the discretion of the bail/bond agent. Kate Hunt turns herself in to Indian River County Jail.  (link with video)

As part of the initial bond, which was occurring as the media swarmed to excuse the behavior behind the new “gay is cool” social mantra, Kate Hunt was told she could not contact the 14-year-old victim.   It was discovered yesterday that Ms. Hunt had sent over 20,000 text messages which also included partially naked photography to the victim while she was under court order not to. Chris Christie Veto's The Gun Control Law He Asked His Legislature To Write…

Before Matt Drudge, and all the other pontificating Republican country club apologists, jump out to support their new doomed for failure shiny thing candidate  John McCain Mitt Romney Chris Christie, let me just point out he’s another road to nowhere.
Mitt Romney, Chris Christie, Kelly AyotteChris Christie is dishonest.   Trying to position himself for a Presidential bid, he can’t be seen actually supporting gun restrictions – even though he personally outlined them.   That’s all this is.  A deceptive liar, deceptively lying.
(Via Hot Air)  It wasn’t that long ago that New Jersey governor Chris Christie spoke out for expanded federal gun-control legislation — in fact, it was less than four months ago when Christie criticized the US Senate for not passing expanded background checks for gun purchases, while pushing for a ban on certain kinds of weapons in New Jersey.  However, when the state legislature responded with a bill that banned the specific weapon that Christie demanded, the governor ended up turning the tables and issued a veto:

Fundamental Chains….

The continual crisis, after crisis, after crisis is beginning to paint a disturbing picture. Consequential Intention. As Eric Rush wrote:

[…] the aftereffects of the sub-prime mortgage crisis, violence on our border with Mexico, the Occupy movement, assaults on religious freedom and free speech by the administration and activists, and the implausible organization and mobilization of fringe malcontents into politically active groups.

These developments can all be traced (as I’ve recently indicated) to Obama’s political roots, which are borne out by his policies, his associations and his affinity for such doctrines as Black Liberation Theology and Critical Race Theory. (more…)

REPORT – AUDIT: NSA Has Violated Privacy Rules Thousands of Times – Bulk of Infractions Are “Unauthorized Surveillance of Americans”…

Additionally the FISA court admits today it has to rely on the information presented to it when it determines legal authority. Also, the court has no mechanism to check the claims brought to it by the NSA or Justice Dept. One example is outlined in the Washington Post article.
Obama Constitution(WASHINGTON POST)  The National Security Agency has broken privacy rules or overstepped its legal authority thousands of times each year since Congress granted the agency broad new powers in 2008, according to an internal audit and other top-secret documents.
Most of the infractions involve unauthorized surveillance of Americans or foreign intelligence targets in the United States, both of which are restricted by law and executive order. They range from significant violations of law to typographical errors that resulted in unintended interception of U.S. e-mails and telephone calls.
The documents, provided earlier this summer to The Washington Post by former NSA contractor Edward Snowden, include a level of detail and analysis that is not routinely shared with Congress or the special court that oversees surveillance. In one of the documents, agency personnel are instructed to remove details and substitute more generic language in reports to the Justice Department and the Office of the Director of National Intelligence. Mona Nelson Trial – She Kidnapped Him, She Tied Him Up With Twine, and Then Slowly Burned Him To Death With A Blowtorch -On Christmas Eve- The Trial Began This Week

Yet again – Where’s The Media ?

Applying their unidirectional race-based filter of course.

Houston Texas – Christmas Eve 2010 a 12-year-old boy named Jonathan Foster should have been preparing for presents and family.   Instead, he was tied up with string, and slowly being burned alive by a blowtorch in the hands of Mona Nelson who had kidnapped him from his home hours earlier.
Her trial began this week.

Removing Impediments – Eric Holder Doing Away With Federal Minimum Sentences For Drug Crimes….

Let’s talk about what’s really going on behind this politically driven move by Eric Holder.
Hip Hop Mogul Russell Simmons was in a recent spat with CNN’s Don Lemon where Simmons said:

He is not saying that drugs are toxic to the fabric of the black community. He is not saying that a culture built around a drug lifestyle is damaging to the black community. No, he is saying the #1 problem for blacks in America is drug use being unlawful, and by consequence the criminal arrest for such use is the “enemy of blacks”. The enemy of blacks is the application of law.
Just let that settle in for a moment.

The #1 enemy of blacks in America is the enforcement of law.

So the future of/for blacks, as advocated by blacks, advances the proposition that such a future can or will improve, only if the enforcement of law is removed.

In his own essential words. The black community will be without enemy if,…..  the black culture will succeed if,……  and the black community will advance if,….. they are allowed to use drugs without lawful consequence. (more…)

Let's Be Progressives For A Day….

Watching the School Bus Beatdown video again, just gave me an idea.   Let’s be progressive for a day:

Don’t we value our school bus drivers?
We should be demanding our congress people require protective cages retrofitted in all school buses to protect the drivers from physical harm.  They most certainly need some form of protection from the inherent risks they are transporting.
Shouldn’t we also be demanding plexiglass safety barriers in all school classrooms between the teachers and the students?   Don’t we value the lives of our teachers as much as the local bank tellers, or convenience store clerks?

Now The Brutal Bias From The Orlando Sentinel In The Zimmerman Case Makes Sense – The Editorial Review Was Full Frontal Racial Bias From Black Content Approvers….

Perhaps people already knew this and I’m the first to catch on to the obvious.
When Rene Stutzman, a reporter for The Orlando Sentinel, informed me about the editorial board deciding “what” content would be “permitted to be discussed”, within the Trayvon Martin reporting of her newspaper, I had no idea the Senior Vice-President / Director of Content was African American.
Nor did I know the editor she was talking about, Mark Russell, was also African American.
It just never crossed my mind to ask.
Mark_Russell_Journalisms_8813_575tlr
Now I see two articles (here and here), discussing who was actually behind those decisions she was speaking toward, it all begins to make sense.
The editor in charge of the Sentinel was Mark Russell. Obviously, based on the extreme position taken by the editor and shared with me via Stutzman, the position was such that no aspect of Trayvon Martin’s background would be covered by the paper.  It was clearly a racial position.
A position amplified by the fact the Director of Content, Avido Khahaifa, would also be the key decision maker, and who was/is also demanding his reporters filter the news on the basis of race first.
Now it all makes sense. (more…)

That "healthy libertarian streak" she mentions is really the freedom aspect….

…. the aspect no-one in politics really want to talk about.

Less freedom < 0 ——————— 10 ——————— 20 > More Freedom

Communism < 0 ————  Democracy   ———— 20 > Anarchy
