As you review the latest information from the media remember “unaccompanied alien children” is a misnomer – the description is a false framework.  There are no hoards of unaccompanied minors swelling across the southern U.S. border.
The truth is the influx of illegals are entire families or women with children.  No children are alone.  Repeat:  “no children are alone“.

Media Propaganda Continues (emphasis mine to highlight) and notice how when the topic of “refugees” surfaces the direct adjectives switch from “children” to “families”.  This is neither unimportant nor unintentional.   The President and his like-minded cohorts know that specific legal challenges are not only possible but almost guaranteed if he chooses to make arbitrary changes to how “refugees” are defined.
FRIDAY – President Obama said Friday that migrant children who cross the border and do not have “proper claims” will be sent back to their home countries.
Obama made the remarks during a meeting at the White House with the leaders of three Central American countries that are home to many of the young immigrants who have been flooding across the border. (more…)

There is an article in the New York Times gaining attention because the Obama proposal outlined seems ridiculous:

NYT – Hoping to stem the recent surge of migrants at the Southwest border, the Obama administration is considering whether to allow hundreds of minors and young adults from Honduras into the United States without making the dangerous trek through Mexico, according to a draft of the proposal.

If approved, the plan would direct the government to screen thousands of children and youths in Honduras to see if they can enter the United States as refugees or on emergency humanitarian grounds. It would be the first American refugee effort in a nation reachable by land to the United States, the White House said, putting the violence in Honduras on the level of humanitarian emergencies in Haiti and Vietnam, where such programs have been conducted in the past amid war and major crises. Taken in the abstract the illegal alien influx appears singular.   However, if you allow yourself to elevate above the current crisis you find a parallel issue which aligns with the Obama goals for illegal alien absorption.  You just have to get high enough and look beyond the current crisis horizon to see where they connect.

We have already outlined how HHS UAC (Unaccompanied Alien Minor) Grants are essentially a ruse similar to ACORN.   There might be a few “unaccompanied” minors, (although we have yet to actually see or read of one) but there are many more entire families, or more commonly “mothers with children“.

$622 million has been assigned to the UAC “crisis”, and granted (spent) via HHS funding, since 2012 when President Obama authorized the Deferred Action Program known as DACA.
On June 15, 2012, President Obama signed an executive order calling for deferred action for certain undocumented young people who came to the U.S. as children and have pursued education or military service here.  The program which is called Deferred Action for Childhood Arrivals (“DACA”) actually began on August 15, 2012.

In fact, in-house professionals at the IRS recommended the Agency seek outside assistance in recovering the data. WASHINGTON DC – Days after IRS officials said in a sworn statement that former top agency employee Lois G. Lerner’s computer memory had been wiped clean, the agency put out word to contractors Monday that it needs help to destroy at least another 3,200 hard drives.

The Internal Revenue Service solicitation for “media destruction” services reflects an otherwise routine job to protect sensitive taxpayer information, but it was made while the agency’s record destruction practices remain under a sharp congressional spotlight.
Congressional investigators of the IRS targeting of conservative groups have been hampered by the unexplained destruction of emails and other records of Ms. Lerner, the former head of the IRS tax-exempt division and a central figure in the scandal.
The loss of Ms. Lerner’s hard drive also raised broader questions about why the tax agency never reported the missing records to the National Archives and Records Administration, as required by the Federal Records Act. (more…)

Last week we shared the story of reports from inside the Border Patrol who refused to participate in removing the Murietta protesters.   When DHS riot squads were called into action by the Obama administration the Border Patrol warned they would ‘stand down’ and not enforce -or participate in- the aggressive tactic.
In response to that article many people said such a position was hard to believe because the current federal government has so radicalized and militarized so many agencies – people simply find it hard to believe the BP law authority would refuse to obey.
I kept quiet and chose not to argue the point.    However, what many people forget is how the Obama regime began their tenure.  Remember Brian Terry, or Fast n Furious?   The Obama administration has been openly and specifically hostile to the U.S. Border Patrol boots on the ground.   The BP know this administration does not care about their personal safety.   Today’s border activity is yet another example of why, if push comes to shove, the Border Patrol will side with citizens, not the administration:

(Via Breitbart) On Saturday, Rep. Luis Gutierrez (D-IL) said President Barack Obama’s Deferred Action for Childhood Arrivals (DACA) program was a “down payment” to the Hispanic community before more grants of amnesty for illegal immigrants.
Speaking at the National Council of La Raza conference in Los Angeles, Gutierrez said that Obama assured him during a White House meeting with Members of the Congressional Hispanic Caucus last week that he would be as “generous and broad” as he can to “stop the deportation of our people each and every day.”
“You gave us a down payment when you freed 600,000 DREAMers from deportation,” Gutierrez said. “Now it is time for the president in the United States… [to] free the Mom and Dads of the DREAMers. And to go further. Be broad and expansive and generous.”  (read more)
